Best Service Department Personnel Hands Down

Salesman acted like he was doing us a favor by being there. When we sat down to talk price he didn’t even have the car we wanted listed on the price sheet. The Sales manager was arrogant and really didn’t care if we walked out or not. Well we did. We will NEVER be back.Want to buy a Ford go to Germain Ford just down the road. Great people that will work with you!

Got a decent deal on my car could have been better.One complaint that i was supposed to have free oil changes after I bought my mew car but the sales rep never put it on my paperworks.Really upset but service was nice and did it this time for me but I want the to make it right for future changes like promised at this moment until resolved I can not suggest by personal experience except for the service department there good people they should not have to take the hit for the sales persons negligence.
