Daniel helped me with my paperwork and finalizing the process. He was very informative and made the process extremely easy and stress free. The team at AutoNation Honda was awesome. When you have an 8month old baby, just getting out of the house can sometimes be a challenge, but Woo and Alex helped in every way that they could. Woo took care of getting my car fixed that same day and let me know of the shuttle service. Woo was so kind and compassionate about customer care. Alex was the shuttle driver who was personable and trustworthy. I knew I was in great hands with both of them. They were very timely and knew to make that a priority. I will be going back if needing any future repairs.
Terry Burns is a great salesman! He was very helpful throughout the entire sales process! I mainly wanted to write this to sing his praises. He helped with the sale in any way he could and even helped get my trades up to the dealership. The only complaint I had is I had to return 2 days in a row after making a deal and wait 3-4 hours each day to wait for the finance end of the deal. I understand that they were shorthanded so I dont blame the finance man. Its a very pressure free environment. I would definitely recommend AutoNation Honda for the sales end for anybody thinking about going in!
Service tech Jordan was very helpful and exemplified great customer service. I had an oil change. She kindly explained that there were no coupons/discount that she could offer. I have always gotten discounts and was disappointed that this can no longer happen. Not her fought. I assume it is managements decision.

Wish they had negative star ratings!! This has been my worst car experience of my life. All I needed them to do was change my tires to give me new ones for my Honda Civic. I was there for 11 hours!! Absolutely ridiculous, I will never get that time back. To make matters worse, not even 24 hours after my ordeal at AutoNation does one of my “brand new” tires is already going flat. I can’t believe I paid almost $600 and 11 hours for this very unsatisfactory job! So now I have to go back and try and find a competent mechanic at Auto Nation to replace this “new” tire, which is equivalent to trying to find a needle in a hay stack. Please, for the love of God, DO NOT go to auto nation for your car needs. Find a better mechanic. You will most likely get a better job done, for a cheaper price, and a FRACTION of the time.
On 08/25/21 my car was struck by lighting for 60 days my car was in their possession. The car had been defaced and I have yet to get a clear answer how that happen or when it will be repaired. I was told every week they were close to completing the repair and they ran into another issue. During this process I lost my job because the repair time exceeded my rental coverage. I ask for loaner vehicle told no. So on 10/25/21 I went to retrieve the vehicle I was told it was repaired. However the windows didn’t work, nor did the odometer and again it was defaced. I talked to the manager and that didn’t seem to help. Now they want the car back to fix the repairs, which is leaving me carless once again. If I could give this place zero stars I would stay clear of this business. Not to mention they encouraged my insurance to continue to pay for repairs that exceeded $10,000 on a $19,000 car rather than total the car out . Smh this has been horrific. An my first adjuster believed they exaggerated the prices on repairs.
AutoNation Honda Columbus provided great services for me when my car needed fixing. I needed to fix my headlights as well as replace my car keys and both services were provided smoothly and efficiently by AutoNation Honda Columbus. The staff, particularly Mr. Woo Lee, were all very friendly and helpful. Woo went above and beyond to make sure both services were provided in the fastest manner possible and communicated very well throughout the process as the car keys were being sent.

Took van for service after messing up wheel alignment and other suspension parts after crossing rough railroad tracks. Jordan was professional and very helpful in discussing services that needed completed. Was informed that my technician, Bryan, was very particular in ensuring the alignment was as perfect as possible. My van services were completed in one day; which was surprisingly after other dealership experiences.

The service department here is a straight rip off. Just bought a 2021 Accord from them at the beginning of the year. Had my wife go this past week to get the oil change and tires rotated, they wouldn’t give her a straight forward amount (around $90) and continued to try to add additional add-ons. Sounded almost like they was trying to take advantage of a woman. BTW they never answer the phone.
Scheduling by phone was easy. Service Center Rep was courteous and patient with my questions, informative about current and upcoming service needs, was straight forward in outlining costs and service completion estimate. Services were completed within the time I was told. The service technician who drove my care around to me and who, I assume, completed some or all the servicing was friendly and courteous. I was asked by both if I had any questions and was thanked by both.Overall very positive experience!!!
I had a great experience with AutoNation Honda in Columbus when looking for my first new car. Christian in Sales was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy, he went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of; a very nice guy. Michael the CFS MGR was very helpful in the process and helped me feel at ease by answering all my questions and concerns; presented great interpersonal communication skills. I have a vibration while accelerating in my 2012onda CRV between 25 - 40 mph. I ask them to tell me what was wrong. They gave me a list of standard maintenance items to be done at 90,000 miles for $2398.95. They said it was probably a warped brake rotor causing the vibration. Brakes dont cause vibration when accelerating. They charged me $96.42 and I still dont know any more than I did before I went there.

Purchasing the vehicle was semi okay for me. I called to make sure that a vehicle listed online was there. Once I arrived the vehicle was not there and had never been. I ended up being satisfied with the car that I did buy. However it is now over a month later and I have been trying to call about my tag and registration. I have been getting transferred over to a phone number for about two weeks now. No one is answering the phone. Today I called again and explained my situation about being active duty and needing to have registration paperwork turned in to the MP’s in order to even have my car on base(where I live) and was guaranteered a call back. Of course no one called. This is ridiculous.
The process was straightforward from test drive appointment to bringing the car home. Brandee was great to work with. She was easy to reach, kept me informed, and responded to emails quickly. If Im ever in the market to buy another car Id definitely go there first.
Really wish I would have bought my car at this dealers and I WILL buy my next vehicle from AutoNation of Columbus!I brought a 2019 Civic into the service dept for warranty work on the CV Axle and Trevor Caudle wasted absolutely NO time. He got the warranty information I requested, had the shop take a look at everything, ordered the parts I needed, and had the repairs scheduled when I would be in town! All this in 30 minutes or less.Excellent customer service!Very Prompt, Diligent, and thorough which are qualities that are impossible to find these days. Almost as hard as finding someone that wants to work and theres a-lot to be said about a person that shows up and takes pride in their work.I will definitely be using this dealership for all future purchases, routine maintenance, and warranty work or repairs all because of this one person doing an exceptional job, efficiently.

Couldn’t imagine I would be coming this far to have an oil change and tire rotation done, due to me leaving Louisiana because of a life threatening and very disastrous storm, I ended here in Columbus Georgia for a two week stay with my sister until I was able to return home I notice that it was time to have my vehicle serviced so my sister said I’ll take you to auto nation Honda where I had the most professional and timely service performed, I wld like to say thanks to the service advisor and all who assisted me.
I was impressed by the professionalism of the technicians. They made my breakdown less stressful and the turnaround was quick and efficient. The ability to pay online was a nice touch.
The customer service associate, Haley, was knowledgeable and very helpful. She was clear on everything I asked and was fast on delivering a very good experience. My only concern isn’t with her, but with how few associates they had helping customers. Haley was one of two people I saw both days I visited the shop. I remember going there and seeing 3-4 associates helping, but that was before all the pandemic.
Thankful and grateful when I arrived for routine oil change, without an appointment, and was given first rate service! I expected to be turned away but was pleasantly surprised how quickly my needs were met. Thank you and see you next time.

I purchased from Auto Nation Honda Columbus after a two months search for a very specific pickup truck. From the first phone call to leaving the lot with my used truck these guys were total professionals. Every person I spoke to gave me the feeling that my business was the most important thing they had to do at the moment.I dont think I am supposed to name him but I hope you get the same salesman I did. I drove from Athens, GA to make my purchase and he made me feel that I made the right decision.Honda Columbus is a one price dealer. You know the price before you ever get there. They were helpful in evaluating the truck to make my decision to actually make the purchase.Buying a car is uncomfortable. It is the most money I spend on anything except my home and my childrens education. This dealership and the staff I dealt never did anything to increase that level of discomfort. If I am ever in the market again and they have the vehicle I want I will drive to Columbus again.

Trying to work with King Honda (in Auburn, AL) was painful, so I contacted AutoNation and never looked back. They gave me fair pricing upfront for the new Pilot and the trade-in offer was in-line with CarMax and Carvana offers too. All of this was done via email, text, and a phone call or two. I drove to Columbus, they confirmed the condition of my trade-in, we signed the papers, and I was on my way back to Auburn in my new vehicle.Such an easy transaction! AutoNation will be my first option when I’m back in the market for a new vehicle.

Personally, I think lm happy with the workI went there to check my tire pressure and leftwith a break-job. The customer service representative was very professional and knowledgeable and caught my breaks timely and brought it to my attention and the work was done.
Had 2 recalls on myJeep. Made a 8am appointment. Told them that I would be back around 4pm. When trying to call and check on it, for 2 hours, nobody answered the phone or returned the messages I left. They should have told me that it was first come..And someone should be managing the phone!!! Needless to say, I did not have the service done. I picked it up at 4pm. Not happy at all.

Trevor made me aware that it was a recall and that the warranty was extended for my Honda Pilot. I rarely have good experiences with dealerships, but Trevor did an awesome job keeping me informed about my vehicle and letting me know when it was ready for pick up. Thanks Trevor.
Overall the services I requested were completed and in a timely manner. However, both times I have come to this location for an oil change the cover underneath my Honda was not put back on properly. This resulted in it dragging on the ground and being bent backwards. Its very frustrating and inconvenient having to go back just for them to screw in the screws. The first time I ended up having to replace it altogether which was not cheap at all.
The experience was amazing. The person that worked with service Woo Lee was who took care of us. My girlfriend came in with a problem with her KIA that no one could figure out. We took it to KIA on Whittlsey and they were not helpful at all and tried to get my GF to buy a 300$ battery and didn’t even try to fix the problem. We took it to Auto Nation Honda and Mr.Lee was very respectful, hand on, wanted to help and figure out the problem. We gave them the car and in two days they had figured the problem out. Showed how it could be covered under warranty and also printed out a detailed packet of what was going on. They also even had the courage to say “hey we don’t usually work on KIA’s programming we aren’t completely familiar with it so we know what’s wrong but would be better to get a Kia mechanic to fix it”. That right there tells me Mr.Lee and the rest of the staff want to help and are good people who are not gonna throw you around. I will only be bringing my car here to be looked at if I or my GF have a problem anymore. I highly recommend to switch your mechanic to AUTO NATION HONDA!!!! Ask for Woo Lee.
My car was due for service. When I set the appointment up, the person who scheduled me told me that my car also had a recall out on it which involved something to do with the sound system. I told her that we had previously gotten a letter about the recall and when my husband checked my VIN, it did not show that my vehicle was in the recall. She checked with parts or service to verify that the part needed for replacement was in stock for the date of my appointment.The day of service for my appointment was 6/2/21. I was checked in by Haley Parks, service advisor. After a little while, she came to the lobby and told me that my car wasnt in the recall and asked if I had been having any problems with hearing any cracking or popping sounds. I had not had any of those issues. She told me that they could check it out, but if it was checked and wasnt found to be in the recall, then I would be responsible for $90 something dollars. I explained to her that I was told when appointment was scheduled, I was told it was in the recall as noted above. She said that was the call center and half the time they didnt know what was going on.I feel that there should be better communication between appointment scheduler and service advisors. Also, every other time that I have been there, the service advisor was very thorough in going over the vehicle checklist and cost of items on the bill but this time, that didnt happen. I went back in to ask a few questions because I didnt know what some things meant on the paperwork. I have been in there for every service that my car has needed and have had no problems prior to this.

After another driver totaled my 2016 Honda Accord, I was in the market for a new Accord. I had my heart set on Radiant Red which turns out was hard to find. Through internet searching I was fortunate to find what I was looking for at AutoNation. After an email query, I was contacted by Brandee who was great to work with. She provided all the info and pricing upfront with no hidden fees or costs. As the pics of the car were a few months old and was not able to see the car in person. Brandee offered and sent me updated pics from lots of angles so I could verify the condition of the car. Brandee and her manager were efficient in processing the purchase of the car and got it delivered to me (280 miles away) on the same day. The car arrived in great shape and as advertised. I loved the no hassle buying. Would absolutely recommend working with this group.
I think the young man who assisted me was named Johnson. Very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. My problem was that they failed to check the speakers in the car or let me know that three of them were busted. Then again maybe its my fault for not checking and only assuming this car had already been inspected
Autonation honda service is the biggest scam artist around. My sister purchased a brand new car 2021 may had for 2 or 3 months with about 7k miles. Please tell me why her rotors were hot spotted? The manager Tim in the service area is going to say we resurfaced the rotors. Also using the same pads. This did nothing for her car. Will be contacting BBB, pad slapping a car on top of resurfacing rotors that were damage from the start is very unacceptable. O he also told me she could have gotten the rotors torqued down too tight or they cooling off too quick after being heated up. He though I was going to belive the in accuracy to this. News flash I know plenty about brakes. Also he gives me a 1800 customer service number when I asked to speak with whos over him. This will not be the last they hear from me. This is the Northlake parkway location
When I tell you Jamorris Ford found exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle he went above and beyond truly outstanding and then he came in on his day off to seal the deal he was truly gentlemen and helped us threw the whole process Ive always wanted a Honda and I got one Thank you Jamorris Autonation Columbus give him a raise ASAP! And last but not least Daniel Hess this man right here was a God send to us at the last moment I wont go into details but he knows how he helped us avoid a major headache with another company and he was truly helpful also I send you guys both a cyber hugs once again thank you both🤗 I didnt feel like putting commas and stuff got way too excited to write this.

I purchased my Civic in 2019. I have only been to Auto Nation Honda for maintenance or anything.Jordan in the service dept has always helped me. She goes above and beyond every time. She even came out with her own tire pressure thingy to measure my pressure as my tire pressure light came on.She saved me a problem by recommending that they check my tires and explained why.There was a nail in my tire.She keeps me updated too throughout the process.Employees like Jordan are such an asset to their company.Thank you.

The receptionist was Amazing. Can’t recall her name but she was short, maybe Hailey? She was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. But.... there’s always a “BUT”..... I called to schedule an appointment and was told they would be able to take me back to work after I dropped off. I get there and she says the transport guy left for the day... huh? I had to call a coworker and see if she could come get me. It would’ve been nice for them to know where staff is proper to saying something can be done. I missed an hr of work bc of something I was told could be done. They did offer compensation but I encourage better communication amongst the scheduling dept and the actual service dept.

Went in for my first service appointment on my new Honda Pilot. Staff was very friendly starting with the check in process! I was told by Cameron that they had the vehicle I was interested in and to come by and test drive it. I drove from Hogansville Ga to Columbus Ga to test drive the vehicle. When I arrived to the dealership Cameron told me he does not have the vehicle that he told me he had but he did have a used one. I was not interested in the other vehicle at all. It was a total waste of my time and gas. I can’t stand someone to lie to me.

The process was fast and easy however the customer service is ridiculous. When you approach the desk which is directly in front of the door NO ONE greets you. The girl yesterday just looked at me and then started typing. Even after I asked if maybe I came into the wrong door she still never even acknowledged the fact that I was standing directly in front of her. Thanks to the gentleman next to her who was very nice and welcoming. Great customer service is everything. People will not spend money where they aren’t welcomed.
Service department is impossible to get in touch with. Will not return phone calls. I got an oil change last week and came home to find headlights that were out and low tire pressure - things that I thought would have been at least inspected during the service. I will not be going back for service.
I didnt even realize I had signed up for free service / tire/wheel replacement and other stuff when I purchased the car. Going to my service appointment was quick and smooth I really enjoyed it! I had to go to another collision center multiple times and the tire didn’t get fixed until Honda touched it I rally appreciated that.
Thanks to this company I’m out of $400 after being told that the battery I had in my vehicle was bad and I was told I had to purchase a brand new battery from the dealership in order for them to even do diagnostics to see what was wrong with my vehicle. Well I just recently purchased the battery about 2 months ago. So since my battery was still new I take my old battery back to where I bought it and they had to check it to verify that the battery is bad and turns out that the battery was still In good condition. So basically Honda made me buy a new battery from them that wasn’t even needed. Needless to say I feel like I was taken advantage of that the dealership got over on me. I will not return! And I will not refer anybody to them.
Came away with a lot less money in my pocketbook but I commend everyone I dealt with. I came for my 30,000 mile check up thinking I would just wait. After it was explained what all the service included I was told it would be several hours and if I wanted to go home they would call for the shuttle. Everyone was super nice from check-in to ride home. Once the car was completed the shuttle came back to my house to bring me back to the dealership. Thank you all who helped me out yesterday!
