Courteous staff. They explained the car repairs clearly and why the repairs were needed. Because it was AAA, the prices were reasonable. Would highly recommend this location.

Ray is Amazing! While I was at work, noticed my tire was going flat. Called AAA and within the hour had a tow truck pick up my Jeep, and before I was off work, they had replaced a bad valve stem. Thanks again Ray for being the best of the best. #1 in customer service.

Very nice people. We were turned around and needed to use the restroom. It was the middle of the night and these people were at the gas station we stopped at. Workout hesitation, they took us to their shop to use the facilities, and gave us the directions needed to get back on the road. We were ever so grateful.

We had a few hiccups after brining the car in, but Ray was great about ensuring we left safe and secure. He was courteous and professional. I appreciate that he was able to address my concerns quickly.

Working on day 3 to get my brake lines replaced. They started on Friday and it’s Tuesday afternoon and still no car. I understand that things happen but this is our only form of transportation and we’re both disabled and we’ve had to change doctor appointments that we waited months on and now have to wait 3 months to get rescheduled to see them and it looks like we’re going to have to either rent a car with money that we really don’t have because we have to pay them $1200 for the brake lines replacement. I owned my own auto and truck repair before I retired and my body retired but I wouldn’t have strung them out for 3 days knowing that they were in dire need of their car. No happy and still waiting without my car.

Professional and courteous. They know me and I feel comfortable and confident with staff. Love them!!! Especially Ben! He is very patient 🙂

AAA helped me out! My car battery went dead. Queen, the lady who helped me, came out in about a half an hour. Then she helped start my car, and then guided me to the AAA place. I got a battery replacement tonight. Well done, thank you!

All the technicians were very nice especially Ben. He was easy to talk to and explained things in a way that was easy to understand.

Busy location. Was not able to get an oil change as a walk-in. Definitely need an appointment. Called them as they are affiliated with AAA and Im assuming service is honest and reputable.

This was my first time here, after an associate recommended them, and I was very pleased with the work and with their professionalism. The reason Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the inside of my car was pretty dirty afterward. I had to go home and use some upholstery shampoo to clean the door panel and the armrest. Id still gladly recommend this location, though!

Not sure which location my guy was sent from. But the representative told me it would take a hour for the driver to arrive and unlock my door. I was at work at the time so I didnt mind. It actually only took him no more than 10 minutes to get to my job. And literally only a minute to get my door unlocked!! Never disappoints!!

My car was towed to this garage on a Wednesday. No one attempted to contact me. I had to call everyday for follow-ups, and was finally told they performed a diagnostic without my consent. I shelled out nearly $100 and was not given any options, except to have someone tow my car back out.I am a AAA member and strongly suggest that NO ONE uses this garage for any reason. Avoid this place!UPDATE: After filing a complaint with AAA and writing this review, the manager of the facility contacted me. He apologized for the service, stating that he was on vacation and things slipped through the cracks in his absence. Still, this was a poor showing on the shops part. The manager did refund the money for the diagnostic that I never authorized; one good point of this story.

My car needed to be repaired before getting back on highway. I think they left something loose in the car because strange sounds were coming from it on the ride home. Long story...now my car is running hot and I cant get back down there to have them look and see if they may have done something wrong during the repair.

Ben and the AAA staff continue to provide excellent, timely, courteous service each time I need their help.

Applied for a job as a tow truck driver. After doing the interview I was left hanging for weeks with random phones calls telling me they where looking into my records and would call me back that day but would leave me hanging for weeks again. They had me submit a resume in which I filled all my work history then they had me submit the same history online only for the website to be unclear and led to me not getting the job. They handled everything unprofessionally. If that is how their treat a possible employer Id hate to see how theyd treat a customer

As many times as I have been there, I will have a rebuilt car before long. The customer service department is tops. My new mechanic seems to be honorable and trustworthy!
