After years of wasting an exorbitant amount of money on car washes and never fully being satisfied, and being worried of damages that could occur during the car wash, we decided to visit Jax Wax Inc. Right off the bat, the employee working there that day was incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to tell us exactly what we needed for our specific vehicles, and was able to explain each product in detail. One thing we noticed immediately was their pricing and how reasonable they were. So 2/3 boxes were checked. Good service, and great pricing. Now, all we had to do was use the products. After using all the products that we had purchased, we were blown away by the quality and outcome of the detailing! I cannot recommend Jax Wax Inc. enough. If you are looking for a great vehicle detailing product…look no further!

Just wanted to let everyone know that this is an outstanding company! My first time buying from them was on Black Friday. My order arrived very fast and when I opened it my bottle of graphene had leaked not alot but enough. I sent email to customer service and without any hesitation they sent out new bottle! Update - the JW team got back to us and explained the delay which is understandable. They are awaiting the item from manufacturer then sending right along once they get it and threw in a pad/compound kit die the inconvenience. Remediated the situation really well taking into account that we are right in the middle of Xmas and New Year holidays.Thank you again for the help Jax Wax team!Once all is said and done with order received, will move to 5 stars. Really great when experiences like this show you how committed a business is to solid customer experience.

Ever since I switched to Jax Wax I have not used anything else. I have used all kinds of products but never any that made not want something better. Once I find a product that works and works well theres no reason to switch. I am very particular about cleaning my vehicles and how I clean them, but it all starts with a great product. I highly recommend.

I am getting ready to sell my condo, and had a big pet stain in the carpet at the base of my stairs. I didnt know what to use on it. I thought the carpet would need replaced. Fortunately, I was on the email list and got a notification about the new carpet and upholstery cleaner from Jax Wax Inc. I ordered the kit, thinking if the product didnt work, I wasnt losing much financially.Wow...it worked great...even on a set in pet stain. And it worked quickly. I am so pleased. I plan on ordering a couple more bottles. By using this product, and having it remove the stain as efficiently as it did, I saved over $100.00. There was no trial and error with other products; I didnt have to get someone else to clean carpet nor replace it.Thanks so much.

By far the best car care products in Ohio and Id even go as far as saying the best in the Midwest.The always friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff have been able to answer any and every question Ive had and there have been a lot of them over the years, Jax Wax has definitely become my #1 go to spot for products and is my #1 recommendation to people.Being so close to the airport(but not so close you have to keep circling thru the airport trying to find it), I urge people with private jets to fly in to Columbus, Ohio, and take the 3-7 drive for yoir products. You will not be disappointed.

I bought a bottle of pink swirl remover wax at a mustang show about 2 weeks ago and didnt get to use it to about a day ago, one of the best, if not THE BEST wax/ polishs Ive ever used! Unbelievably good!!! I cant wait to see how the rest of the products works! Well worth the money!
