As soon as we pulled up. The manager came out to great us and ask us what we needed done. Really professional. Unfortunately, they could not get my tires to seat on the wheels because they were run flats. They did not have any cheetahs in the shop for them to seat the tires. However, they did refund me some money because they could not complete the work. Really made up for it. I had brought my own tires in, but when I was there, they said they do price matching. So I will definitely take my car there in the future. Really nice facility. Really clean. Adam the manager was so helpful. I would definitely recommend bring your car here.

Cant thank Adam and the DTC team enough. If youre wondering where to get your tires, stop wondering. This is the place. Heres a bit of our recent experience: We had a trailer tire blowout on a long trip, and it could have derailed our family vacation. We arrived at the store with only an online appointment for 8:45a and Adam and team listened to our story and actually got us taken care of right away (the tires were done before Burger King next door could get our breakfast order right). Thanks to everyone at this store, we were on our way before our appointment time and are MUCH safer going down the road. The DTC service and team members are what keep us coming back, even if we have to drive miles out of the way. You all saved our family trip and we appreciate you!

The gentleman I had help me found a location that had my tire in stock. I couldnt wait for it to be ordered. I have 4 status because I dont appreciate trying to get me into a lower tow rating even after telling you I tow heavy duty. I would return for other needs however.

Great customer service.Stopped in on the random. Had a slow leak in my rear drivers side tire. Manager Adam walked to the door and greeted me.Took my car in. Told me a small nail was in the tire. I asked if the repair process could damage my cars tire sensors. Adam explained how Discount repairs tires and the technology used. Shared a story from his experience.The other employees I spoke to were friendly. I overheard their phone interactions which were pleasant and helpful.Tire repaired. In and out in < 20 minutes.

At about 4:00pm on a Saturday afternoon I went into our garage and noticed that my wife had a flat tire on her Prius. Having recently relocate to this area from another state I had no idea where to go for a tire repair. I immediately began searching the internet. I went down the list and called several places and none would fix the tire at that late time as most closed and were not interested. Being about 15 minutes out of town I notices a small ad for Discount tire and called them. I was advised they closed at 5:00pm. I immediately drove the 20 minutes to their location. I arrived at 4:30pm. There were 3 people in the lobby and immediately upon entering I was greeted by a gentleman named Levi. Levi advised me the tire would be completed by 5:15pm because there were people ahead of me. It was not a problem so I sat and waited patiently. At 5:00pm a young man informed me the tire was ready and indicated that he would put it on the back of my SUV. I said that I had not paid for it yet and he informed me it was completed at no charge. Being quite surprised I said No charge! Are you sure? He said, We do not charge for flat repairs. I thanked him profusely and let him know that do to their level of service I would be returning to buy a complete set of tires. I am a stickler for customer service and am constantly evaluating levels of service. In a time of complacency and generally poor service I must commend Discount Tire on their excellent service. I always leave reviews on line, good or bad. As soon as this review is completed I will be visiting other on line sites to leave more reviews. Well done Discount Tire, and especially you Levi!

Noticed late this afternoon that I had a screw in my tire. New to the area, but have always used discount tire, so I decided to give them a call. Expecting to get an appointment for days later, I was told to bring the car in now and they would take care of me. They did the full inspection on all my tires (to ensure I didn’t need new ones) and then informed me they would have the tire repaired in less than 45 mins.In all my years of using discount tire this was by far the fastest service and most professional treatment I have received. I highly recommend using discount tire for all your tire needs, and if in the area make the trip to this one. When I need new tires I will be back to talk to Mitch!

My husband recommended for the fast service and it look only 30 mins to put all 4 tires in. but cheapest option was near 450 AFTER $30 DISCOUNT.they didnt ask me if i want to keep old tires and charged for disposal fee of $11 as well...the service is great for who wants immediately help.but not for who wants to save on $$$

My experience with Discount Tire was amazing! Sure, it was a simple tire inspection, but the employees greeted me as I drove up to the store and were very clear in their instructions of where to park my car. Inside the store was very clean and the employees were very cheerful. They removed the nail in my tire and repaired the hole for free. I was in and out of the store in about 15 minutes. After several days, the tire has maintained pressure. I will definitely be coming back here for all my tire repair/needs.

I waited patiently, paid my almost $300 bill. Unfortunately they did not have the right lugnuts for my wheels as they thought. Got the right lugnuts overnighted the next day but had to wait another hour & 15 minutes to get my tires and wheels put on, I was told, about 15 minutes. 3 hours I spent at Discount tire to get my wheels put on. I guess they already had my money so there was no motivation. Not impressed.

Discount tire in Columbus has forever earned my business. Guys working up front are no joke. Got my issue with a set of wheels and tires purchased through them fixed in 10 minutes. They honored their warranty even though the wheels and tires were purchased prior to me owning the truck. A+ job. Excellent customer service.

Called ahead to buy a tire from them after a shop said they could not repair my tire and I needed a new one. When I showed up they knew I was willing to buy a new tire looked at the one that needed patched and told me they could fix it. 20 min later I was on my way all at no charge. This is definitely a place I would recommend and would go to again.

After having poor experiences with the other tire shop in town, I decided to give Discount Tire a try, and Im glad I did. I was in and out with a new set of tires in about 20 minutes. The store was very clean and looked nice, a polar opposite to the other place, which was always dim and dingy.They had me drive my car into the bay, lifted it, changed the tires, and had me drive out of the bay once it was finished. They never had to enter my car at all, which is pretty important to me with how the pandemic is ramping up lately. There were also masks being used and plexiglass shields at the registers, something again absent at the other tire shop.While I was waiting, I also overheard them talking to another customer, offering various options on how to take care of her situation, including some that I wouldnt have expected. The staff are very knowledgeable and professional, and seem genuinely interested in helping out however they can, rather than just trying to make a sale. I was extremely impressed, and definitely plan to do future business here.

Spent about 3 hours shopping for tires online. Checking prices and reviews on tires before deciding to buy tires here. At the end of the day they had the best deal and more selection of tires. Maybe not the absolute cheapest tires but definitely better tires for the cheapest price. Also extremely friendly and fast. Had 4 tires installed in about 20 minutes!

My gf needed a tire patched, it was her first experience with doing something like this with her car and knowing how some shops can be with women I’m ecstatic to say that the staff was professional they were fast and extremely friendly to her when she took the car in and I as well over the phone. They told her it would take 25 minutes to complete and it only took 15. Highly recommend these guys! NEVER GO TO TIRE BARN.

Went in with a 2020 vehicle with 7k miles spoke to Kyle. He came out looked at the screw in tire and noticed a thin pin sticking out right next to the screw that was leaking. I asked him to dismount the tire off rim to see if the pin object went all the way thru he said he sprayed it and it had bubbles coming out just like the screw. So I had two choices buy a new tire or he would put my spare on. So of course I took it to another shop who did as I asked and removed the tire off the rim to look inside the pin never went all the way through. So Im thinking this is a new tire shop in a town that already has 4-5 tire shops they would want to build a customer base? So my advise is to stay away from Kyle until he gets more training and knowledge about tires and customer service. They offer free tire repair but insist on selling you a new tire without inspecting the tire completely.
