I called Wheels Unlimited this morning inquiring about an oil change. I went in about an hour later and was out within 20 minutes. They have some of the most amazing and well experienced technicians I’ve ever dealt with. I also went in with other concerns about my car that they were able to address as well. As a woman, I always fear dealing with mechanics that may try to up sell things that aren’t necessary because I’m presumed to not know much about cars. That was NOT my experience at this location and I’m so appreciative of that. I went in with a need and it was addressed at a fair price and I was out in record time. I have zero complaints and would recommend to anyone! Thank you for amazing customer service!

Well got rear ended on neil heading south bound and then she fled. Waited in Wheels Unlimiteds parking lot waiting to report it. Super nice parking lot to gather my thoughts. Would stop again, just not for the same scenario.

My car kept getting a check engine light for my engine running lean and the guys here were so great at explaining the possible problems that could be going on. Theyre not out to nickel and dime you and I so appreciate that theyre upfront and honest. Theyre also super reasonable in their costs for repairs. I was alone and didnt know anything bout a tire. I pulled up here with a flat donut on my car and a flat tire in my trunk. They wasted no time in putting air in both tires. There was a sign there that said air $2. As i reached for the money one of guys said it was ok. I felt so blessed and so grateful.

Great service. Friendly people. Was able to help with my rims and tires. I hit a pothole and bent 2 rims and blew out 2 tires. New ones, by the way. I wish I could have gotten here first. It would have saved me $1800 dollars.

I gave them 5 stars because my mom is pleased with the job. She had recently purchased a used Dodge neon and it had a few concerns. It burned slot of gas, and she being a fixed income she be reluctant about driving. We had a previous estimate from another shop for getting a tune-up. At the time I thought was pretty good. I told my mom I would pay to get it fix. I checked around and found wheels unlimited. The estimate was half and it took them no time to complete. She said the guy was very friendly. I went to this mechanic shop to have my wheels aligned. When I took it there, I was told I needed upper control arms for both side of the car, outer and inner tie rods for both side of the car and ball joint for both side of the car when in reality 1 ball joint, 1 upper control arm was needed to be replaced. This is very unethical behavior on their part. I do not recommend this shop. This shop gives other honest mechanic shops a bad name. I am glad I took my truck to a reputable shop where they were very honest with me about the issues of my vehicle.

Go elsewhere for your repairs. Service advisor was worst Ive dealt with. Its rather a shame, I wouldve referred the shop months ago. Last guy that helped me there was much better suited for the job. Ill take my business elsewhere from now on.

Wheels Unlimited might be the best place to take you car, period.The staff is beyond nice and really explains to you what they are going to do and shows you how much it will cost. They are quick, to the point and makes the stressful situation feel like there is nothing wrong at all.5/5, of all the places I have taken a car, Wheels Unlimited is by far the best.Unfortunately I moved across the country, but I still miss this place whenever I have had issues for my car. Tempted to drive it all the way back just to have their service!

My car got serviced here as part of a collision repair. In addition to not clearing the codes from my cars computer, these crackheads stole my aux cord, phone charging jack, and my change tray that were in the arm rest of my Dodge Journey.I would never trust my vehicle to them.

Amazing experience. Guy w glasses is super on top of things. He helped me actually spend less than my premium. Insurance guy came out, priced a quote and because big insurance companies quote labor fees the same across the country, the price was higher than my quote. So he coulda just took a direct payment from the insurance agent. However, this guy didn’t just pocket it, he actually called me up in front of the insurance guy and offered to have the full claim amount sent to me and then have me pay him (with the reduced labor fee).Long story short amazing customer service and saved my $200!!!This place has the cheapest rate in Columbus.

This place is awesome!I bent my top rim on the backside on a pothole that wasn’t noticeable because it was filled with water and looked as if it was water sitting on the road. Got to love the road upkeep no matter the season.I found Wheels Unlimited online and called here after trying to call Wheel Medic, who couldn’t get me in same day. They told me the best they can tell me is to drop it off so they can get to it tomorrow and when I inquired if there was any other shops that was able to fix rims. I was told, no. Not unless it’s a shop that will hammer it out. Well this place does!They are awesome. The guy at the front desk told me about 2-3 hours when I dropped it off. He ended up calling me back earlier than that because they got it done sooner.So not only are they friendly and more open to walk-ins, but in my experience, very quick as well. You can’t tell my rim was ever bent so they provide good quality work for the price.I paid $102 and some change, which included tax. The actual service price I was charged was only $95, which is cheaper than what I would have paid at Wheel Medic due to my rim type.Highly recommend them!

My tire was causing me issues Wes staff quickly found the issue and fixed my rim price was so affordable I had him to both on my passenger side. Wes seems very trustworthy suggested I have my other two rims cleaned for a better seal I will be back they did an awesome job and were very quick.

Got a flat and drove straight to Wheels Unlimited in a panic because I had meetings around Columbus scheduled for the afternoon. They couldnt get a good patch, so they popped my donut on to let me go get lunch. Called me an hour later, ready with 4 new tires for me. Got them on in under 45 minutes and I was free to get on with my day safely. The owner was professional, reasonable, friendly, and trustworthy. Great experience!

Bent rims?! YES THEY CAN FIX THEM.Awesome customer service as well as all other tire servicing needs. The competition in the area have a much longer wait and may charge more.I came in for 4 bent rims and they straightened all of them. Balanced and straightened, I was definitely cruising with confidence in no time at all - with a scheduled service appointment.

Wow. I’m impressed. I hit a huge pothole on 270 and tried to go to two different places but they couldn’t get me in til Thursday or Friday. Wheels Unlimited- I showed up at about 9am. He looked at the car gave me a price and I was fixed out the door in less than 45 minutes. Definitely will return and recommend to others.

Automotive issues make me uncomfortable and I rarely know where to go to get things fixed. Google assisted me in finding Wheels Unlimited and due to their great ratings, I went there to get my rim fixed. It was only a couple of minutes after I arrived that I was greeted by a guy who gave me all the information I needed. They gave me a quote that was less than the competitors and I came back another day to get all four of my tires replaced. They were quick. They had great communication and made me feel comfortable. The work was great and my car drives much more smooth now. I would highly recommend Wheels Unlimited.

Always looking for a great tire/wheel shop. I am my own mechanic, but when it comes to tires and wheels, I lack the equipment to do the job. After my first time here I was impressed, had my tires balanced on their road force machine for an extremely fair price. Also had me out the door in under 30 mins. I asked that they used a torque wrench on my lug nuts and sure enough each one was torqued to the spec I asked for. Will now be using this shop for all my wheel/tire needs.

Nice people great prices but I had a conversation with the guy asked him could he mount an balance 2 24 wheels and tires and replace all 4 valve stems. He said they could handle 24. Long story short the machine broke but the one tire they did mount they never changed the valve stem. Which he say they do when they are no good. But clearly he didnt check because I woke up with my new tire flat. Poor

I had a recurring noise and vibration problem in my vehicle. After two attempts at having a balance correct the issue, I was finally offered a roadforce balance by Midas. They informed me I had two bent rims. I took my wheels to Wheels Unlimited to get the rims repaired where I was immediately assisted upon arrival. Within 5 minutes the technician told me that my bent wheel was not bent, but was misdiagnosed due to old weights being left on the wheel. He proceeded to balance it and fix it within 5 minutes. The 2nd wheel did have a minor bend which they offered to fix for what I consider a very reasonable price. I was told they would have it fixed and re-balanced within the hour. I went to have breakfast and while eating received a call that the wheel was fixed and ready to go. I was ready to replace both wheels if necessary so they saved me money and offered me an extremely fast and knowledgeable service. In the future I will definitely come to Wheels Unlimited first for all my wheel servicing needs. Thanks!

Wes and the guys there do a great job, everything from tires, balancing, heel alignment,wheel straightening, repairs, oil changes. You need it fixed they can do just about anything. All but major accident body work.

Wes was so incredible! I was stressing because I broke down on the side of the road in a snow storm and in turns out my compressor was busted and I had work the next day so I needed my car. He was able to get me my car up and running and in tip top condition within just a few hours on his busy snowy Friday for a fraction of what it would have cost me at Goodyear. He has won all my future automobile business.

Went in today to get a wheel straightened. Quoted me $35/wheel. When I got in, he tried to fix the wheel and found out he couldnt. He gave me a recommendation of where to go for a new tire and didnt charge me for the work because he couldnt fix my wheel for me. Ill definitely be going back in the future!

Went in to have my rim fixed, the bent was clearly noticeable. After fixing it they found out my hub was also bent & that is not fixable so therefore my wheel will still wobble. The guy did not charge me for the service they provided on my rim. Great people!

I have been going to this shop for about two years and service is always top notch. But let me tell you about the customer service: I was to pay 102.00 but only paid 15.00. They will go above and beyond to make it work for their customers.
