I needed a window asap and it would have took about a day to come in, but Kristen understood my situation, She went above and beyond and outsourced everything I needed to make it happen even though they werent making any money She continued to help me through the entire process. Last week I used them for a windshield replacement and service was fabulous. Kristen helped me get everything set up from start to finish, including my insurance and after it required going to Rivertown Toyota for calibration. Once the car was taken by them to Rivertown Toyota, we started have issues with Rivertowns service department. She jumped right in to help me with this. Even though I was told I would have my car back same day, Rivertown said otherwise with no warning and I had to be at work the next day at 7 am. The service was awful and not helpful, but Kristen made it happen and I was able to get my car back the same day. It still required her to deal with them post me getting my car back, but I know she handled it professionally. Rivertown also told me to wait 3 days to remove the tape from the windshield but I did not trust what they told me. I immediately called Kristen back to confirm and as I thought, I was given wrong information. The tape was to be removed in 24 hours. If I had followed Rivertowns instructions, it could have potentially caused damage to my paint. If ever needed glasswork again, they will be my 1st choice. Much appreciation to her for going above and beyond for me.

They were very nice ppl they gave me a appointment day to bring drop my car off and call me soon as it was done and with a good price. I have any other issues I will go back to them loves the service ..

I traveled here from Opelika Alabama and was treated as if I was family, the lady which I did not get her name assisted me with getting to the location because my GPS is not working properly the guys that actually installed my back rear glass did an awesome job I cant say enough good things about this business and will return in the future if.Thank you Stephens Auto!

Friendly and good Customer Service

Top notch work.

They were supposed to repair a windshield leak but did not. They simply replaced the cowl and did no sealing or anything else, saying there was nothing else they could do. Paid $235 for shoddy work and unprofessional treatment.

Friendly service and very accomadating.

Had to have my windshield replaced and walked in for a price quote. So glad I did, the manager was extremely helpful and had the tools to look up the correct item I needed within a few minutes. Had the replacement done in one day and called numerous times to update me on the status of completion. Good prices, quality service, and fantastic results.

Quick service and very reasonable

I gave them 2 stars because the glass is clean and clear and seems to be installed correctly, however, trim finish and reinstall of bottom piece and accessories was less than stellar. Use at your own peril. The manager showed no inclination whatsoever to make adjustments

I wouldnt recommended anyone else for perfect service! They replaced my windshield for my 96 honda accord stay day priced a little high but the work they do is worth the extra buck! Couldnt find any service better locally!

I have had them do 3 jobs on hot rods I was building and I have had to fix what they did or pay someone else to fix what they did. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLASSIC CAR TO THEM TO GET ANYTHING DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Could not get pass the rude unprofessional phone call when I called for a quote that was double the amount of other quotes. How disappointing.
