Some of the plastic bits in my side window wore out after owning my car for 7 years. I guess discount lives up to its negative connotation. The gentlemen working were nice enough, although still seeming bothered. The vehicle was past its done time and when called to ask about it was told their warehouse delivered the wrong windshield. But where was the update they promised. Also the windshield leaks like a sieve. I just finally paid out of pocket to Autoglass.

I called my local dealership and inquired on who they used for glass install and repair. They pointed me to Discount Auto glass. I got a new windshield installed due to a significant leak causing electrical wires to short out in my vehicle (leaking windshield not installed by this bussiness.) They were able to schedule me with a replacement windshield within only 2 days despite it being the day before thanksgiving, and charged around only half the price that safelite and my insurance quoted me. Better yet they had it installed and connected to my defrost in under 3 hours. They even vacuumed the broken glass from before and made it the most painless car repair experience Ive had. No muss or fuss, truly professional at such a great value.

I stopped by discount auto glass after leaving a funeral. The rubber surrounding my sunroof was loose and came apart. I stopped to have someone look at it and give me an estimate. A gentleman at the desk came out and looked at my sunroof. He spent about 15 or so minutes on it. He was able to fix it with no problem and did not charge me a penny. I even offered to pay, but he refused. I really appreciate this gesture – especially after having just come from a funeral. I will definitely patronize this place in the future again. The day of the appointment I received a text to confirm and was given a time to expect the repairman. Jake showed up on time and had a new windshield installed within an hour. He was fast,, efficient and courteous. We had a small problem with the work the next morning. I called and Jake was back over within the hour. He made an adjustment and fixed the problem. Intelligent, friendly, efficient, high quality business. I got window tint installed from a different business. The tech broke my rear window tail light at this other business. Dislodged it from the rear window. The clips sit on the rear window with adhesive. My car has been sitting at MAG Audi. The tint installer said they would pay to have the rear tail light fixed. Audi told me the entire rear window had to be replaced because the clips that hold the rear tail light come on the window from the manufacturer. To me that sounded ridiculous because it is clearly an adhesive on top of the clip, sticking it to the window (not a bolt or like such). I got to Discount Auto Glass, recommended by Fine Line Autobody. The owner at Discount Auto Glass fixed it in under 5 minutes. Amazing knowledge and work. Thank you!

Discount Auto Glass in Bexley is my new go-to for auto glass repair! I had multiple areas of my windshield that needed repaired and I was in and out of the shop in under 20 minutes (but they can come to you to do repairs too)! I’ve had my windshield repaired by other shops previously and was still able to see where the damage was afterward, but Discount Auto Glass did such a great job on my vehicle, I can’t even tell where the chips and cracks were! I was told by Safelite the problem with my windshield (inside condensation) was caused by a bad seal. I called Discount Auto Glass because they gave me the best estimate. Jake came out and determined the seal was fine, it was a problem that happened to other Chevy Malibus. He sent me something he found on YouTube about the problem happening to other people. He said he would not rip me off because I didnt need a new windshield. What a nice guy! That says a lot for this company and the people that work there. Many thanks to Jake!

Terrible job, the installed a new glass, that was liking bad on 1st storm .the toke out and reeglude after the second time the scratched the new windo, I called them and sayd to bring the truck in so the can buff it out its a new truck and new glass, the are terrible! Dont use them .

Jake came to my home and replaced my auto glass. I was super impressed. The price was over half the price of Safelite. He replaced my glass in about an hour. The windshield looks perfect. No finger prints, no scratches inside or outside my car. He even replaced my air fresheners hanging from the rearview mirror and both stickers that were on my old windshield (carwash and oil change) without being asked to do so. I NEVER write reviews, but wanted to go out of my way to write this review. Im a student at Ohio State, and somebody broke into my car and a few other students cars. Discount Auto Glass replaced my window for half of the cost of Safelite (over $150 in savings). After the new glass was installed, I was instructed not to roll down the window for 24 hours. After the 24 hours, the automatic window calibration was off and the window would go up, and would bounce back down on its own after reaching the top (extremely rare case). I took it back into Discount Auto Glass and they fixed the issue at no additional charge in under 20 minutes. Very pleased with the service, and would definitely recommend!
