After calling many places, I found Carlos online and gave him a call. He was very polite and helpful over the phone. I made an appointment with him for next day and he showed on time and the glass (front windshield) replacement took less than 30 minutes. He was very professional, friendly, and COST EFFICIENT. I would definitely use his service again if need be and Id recommend his services to anyone.

Safelite quoted 335$ and had limited availability for appointments. I called Carlitos he quoted me 175$ to get it done sooner. Easy decision, on time and professional. Would recommend

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Carlitos Auto Glass! First class customer service from start to finish. I always start my search for places to do business with by going through Google reviews. Carlitos was close to my home and had really good reviews so I called for an estimate to get the windshield replaced on my 2011 Kia Soul+. A rock had struck my windshield during my commute the previous day and the crack was starting to spread quickly. I had my quote within a few moments and let him know I was checking around and would get back to them if I decided to do business with them. After checking around at other businesses with good ratings I found Carlitos to have the best pricing for any company that comes directly out to your vehicle for the replacement. One quote I received was slightly lower, but I wouldve had to drive to the other side of town for the repair, their reviews were not as good, and they said the job would take about an hour and a half so I wouldve had to wait around for the repair to be completed. So, Carlitos was a no-brainer! I called back to schedule my repair with them and was shocked when they said that they could be at my house in about an hour. WOW! Carlitos showed up exactly when they said they would. He showed up looking professional, was very friendly, and completed the windshield replacement quickly and neatly. Upon completion, he went over his work with me and provided detailed instructions on caring for the new windshield. If I ever need any auto glass replaced again in the future there will be no more Google review searching needed. Ive found my guy!
