I got hot by a today, shattered my windshield completely. The deer is fine I promise. Anywho they were charging to much out of pocket my insurance doesnt cover it its literally the only car I have so try the glass guy they say they can replace clean up and throw away for 200.

This place is very unprofessional. Called in to see if they can do my car and secretary said to bring it in. I’m from Westerville drove all the way there just for the owner to basically kick us out! Per owner “ oh you missed your 10 minutes time frame” excuse me?? Who does that? It’s a waste of time. Did not even apologize. If your that busy then you should of tell me that you don’t have time so I will not waste my time, that’s what adult professional and normal people do. Don’t bring your car in this place it’s a waste of time.

Secretary was very kind schedule an appointmentTold her I would be there in about 10 minutesTook me exactly 17 minutes to arrive when I did the mechanic said I missed my slot and he could not get to our vehicle today drove all the way there from Westerville. Ended up going to auto glass now who not only got me in right away gave us a discount because of the inconvenience that Glass Fitters caused. Based on this experience I would never recommend these people to anyone

Had them out to replace my mothers windshield, while the install itself was done well it would have been nice if he would have washed the glass on both sides prior to install, of course cant wash the inside for a few days because you cant press on the glass and break the seal and had to ask him to wash the outside he claimed he already had and the adhesive he dropped on the quarter panels he said I dont know, I didnt put it there. Take a little more care when doing your job.

This company is fantabulous!!!. Their pricing is reasonable and very competitive. My service technician Jim was awsome and he did a very nice job cleaning up the broken glass and replacing my window. They blow Safelite Auto Glass out the water. I highly recommend using them as your first choice for glass repair.

Brought it in today to get my 2004 Jeep Wrangler Xs windshield replaced. Fantastic work and a friendly staff to help out. The shop is small and kind of hidden in an industrial park but WELL WORTH searching for. They were a little behind on schedule but nothing that you wouldnt get with any other shop.Knock on wood Ill never need another windshield again but if I do Ill be sure to bring it here.

Told me when I got there that it was too cold to replace my windshield outside and my truck was too big to get inside. You couldn’t have told me this when I scheduled the appointment the day before? I realize that truckers are a small portion of your business, but our time is valuable. Especially home time with our families. On behalf of my wife and kids, thank you for wasting my valuable home time. One star is too high.

Absolutely awful experience. The worker left the windshield filthy and didnt center the mirror when he put it back in. With no way to clean the inside because cant press out on the windshield and break the seal. Jim was the name of the technician they sent out. He was rude and I will not let him touch a vehicle I care about again. When he was installing the windshield he tugged apart dash speaker wires and just left them a mess. Customer service was rude, condescending, and unhelpful when trying to explain the problem after being left on hold several different times and being hung up on multiple times. Wouldnt recommend this business to anyone and wont ever call them again. Just an awful experience all round with the entire business.

I called apperianly they are a auto glass company but they dont sell glass windows thanks for wasting my time update google or change the name of your company
