I went on 4 21 17. There was a man which i learned later was the owner. I told him I had a run in my windshield that needed repair. He said the guy whom does it was on lunch so i told him I would wait so he goes out side and looks at my windshield and said it couldnt be repaired I told him I had had them repaired in the past all you had to do was drill a hole at the top of the crack and put filler in it. He gets his drill and puts a hole in it and comes back inside and said there is your hole so leave. I asked if he put the stuff in it he said I said leave so i called glass doctor and drove over there. The guy from the other place had drilled a hole in between the crack not above it so glass doctor fixed it for me, they are very polite and professional I would recommend them any day. Please never take your car to auto glass on Gardner Blvd Columbus 2nd they are very rude
