Highly recommend Rader Collision Center! Needed some body work after being hit by an errant lane-changer. Called several places and Rader was the only one who talked me through how this whole process works. Also asked if the car was drivable. Told him it was fine except my door only opens about 10 inches so I have to SQUEEZE out of it. Right away he told me that, if I decide to use Rader, I should swing by any time and he will at least make it so the door will open for me until they could get the car in for the repairs. Even though it would be at least a week before they could get me in for repairs, I decided to go with Rader. Not at all disappointed. Danny Rader and Martie were both so friendly and helpful. Took care of getting the rental car arranged and dealt with any supplement insurance needs. Great experience.

First time dent offender to my Toyota 4Runner backing out of my garage. Unbelievable customer service! We had to replace a fender and wheel well liner on our car, and bought the parts ourselves with the intention to do the work. After realizing it was likely beyond our scope, we contacted Rader, who quoted a very fair price for the labor. Not to mention, the employee I spoke with was super personable. They finished the work a day earlier than expected, the total price was exactly what was quoted to us, AND they even cleaned the interior of all the elementary aged kid crumbs and other mess that had accumulated! This attention to detail and kindness is lacking in so many businesses. We will certainly go here for any future needs.

I hate to write an essay here, but I could write a novel on my experiences with this body shop. Sit tight here. I was driving to Mammoth Cave in Kentucky last month as part of my vacation from work when I missed one of my turns in the midst of my route. The only turnaround visible for the foreseeable future involved me crossing a set of railroad tracks. The road allowing me to cross the railroad tracks was very thin and blended into the gravel. You can guess, I missed the road and wound up falling into a gravel ditch, hitting my front bumper on one of the tracks and killing one of the fog lights in the process. Me and my father were looking for auto body shops that worked with our insurance when we found Rader Collision Center. The day after the accident we took the car in for an estimate. The receptionist (I believe her name is Marty) was very welcoming and an absolute pleasure to work with while we awaited an estimate. The owner (Dan) was unavailable for estimates at the time (he was doing another one) so she offered to photograph the vehicles damage so the technicians could determine the estimate. Once Dan became available he offered to zip tie my bumper on while we waited for the estimate to be finalized and repairs to begin. Three weeks later we took the car in. While they were painting the new bumper on the car they caught that the radiator support was almost snapped, saving us nearly grands in repairs for a fallen out radiator. Unfortunately the first time the part they got was broken so they had to reorder it. Apparently no dealership in town had the part so they have to order from a different source. Eventually they were able to get the part. So the repairs took a week and a half longer than expected, but I am very happy they caught that radiator support. When we picked up the car they personally thanked us for selecting them to repair my car in a very sincere manner. Since they were unable to get me out of a deductible due to their contract with my insurance, they instead gave me a 100 dollar gift card to Kroger which really helps a lot since I shop there for my food and other kitchen supplies. Really the most down to earth and nicest people I have ever met in my life. Five stars is not enough. I will definitely be bringing my cars back here from now on (hopefully not anytime soon, I dont want another accident). I will certainly be recommending to anyone that asks me. The pictures I have posted are the before and after images of my car. They didnt just fix my bumper, they waxed my car and buffed out scratches and also did a full detail of the interior.

These people are absolutely amazing in every aspect of the word! I had just bought a car had it for a week and it was hit...took the bumper and everything with it off. But the owners of this company were with me every step of the way. They offered to set up my rental car, took the time to go over every detail of my estimate, and were extremely nice all around. They even put my tags on the car and helped me with my oil change. If you need any type of body work done please please please dont overlook this company. I can promise you if you took the time to read this entire review you will not regret your decision because these are some of the nicest, most down to earth, and honest people you will ever have the chance to work with. I have been very happy that I had been referred here from a family member. They have worked on several cars for us. Danny and Marty are honest, kind, and very knowledgeable. I know that Danny will make sure things are repaired perfectly and completely safe. Hes found things that were wrong on a used car that was in a previous wreck and provided me with details so I could make an informed decision on getting the repairs that were needed.

Martie was amazingly helpful, working directly with my adjuster and car rental company without being asked. The prices are very fair. Their estimate (and final price) was almost the same as the estimate from the insurance company. Compare this with places like Tansky Body Shop that wanted double that price. Work was completed within about 1/2 day of when it was anticipated. They even washed and vacuumed. The only minor suggestion Id make is doing a walk-around with me when I accepted the vehicle back, to answer any questions/concerns I had. Though in my case, it was fairly minor repair, and I didnt have any.

The Raders are amazing! I had two repairs done through them (one through insurance and one paid out-of-pocket by someone that accidentally hit me). They were able to get both done at the same time without making the paperwork confusing. It was a seamless process! Have visited twice. Marty and Danny are so friendly and helpful. They made sure my first issue was taken care of and handled all the stuff with insurance. The result was great, fixing the driver side door panel from someone backing into it. The work was done quickly. The second visit got me in and out quickly in the same day. I was so amazed that they were able to get me taken care of that quickly. They are top notch. Take your vehicle here if you need body work! You will be glad you did.

Ive had 2 accidents. Both times came here. Dan gave me different options, but more importantly, he & Marty explained how I could spend the least amount of money and get what I wanted done. Scheduling was simple and everything was done timely. Helpful with insurance claims and car rentals.Its weird to say, but these people feel like friends. Real friends. I have a lot of respect for all the work that Marty does with the customers from paper work to conversation. She is AMAZING. Their work is so good they dont even advertise. Almost all of their business is from word of mouth. So, from my mouth, I am letting you know, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING HERE FOR COLLISION REPAIR.

It is clear that they care deeply about not only the professional integrity of their work, but also ensuring a positive and even enjoyable experience for each of their customers. As soon as I walked in I was warmly greeted by Marty, who helped walk me through the process. She and Danny both took the time to personally inspect my vehicle and were extremely accommodating for my schedule for the repairs. As someone who doesnt know a lot about cars they were very patient and courteous to explain what the repairs for my fender bender would require. Dropping off my vehicle for repairs, and picking it up again, was a breeze and Marty helped coordinate a rental car through my insurance. The repairs to my car ended up taking a little bit more time since Danny wanted to make sure the paint job on my vehicle (a tough shade of blue) was perfect. This is not any sort of criticism--rather I sincerely respect his attention to detail and putting the customer first instead of rushing through a job. My vehicle looks phenomenal, both the body work and the paint job are spotless, and I honestly think it might look better than when I first got it!I know it sometimes seems suspicious when every rating is five stars, but Danny and Marty deserve every single word of praise. When I was leaving they told me that it was an honor for me to trust them to work on my vehicle and that sincerity blew me away. There are a lot of car repair shops in Columbus and I feel so lucky and grateful that I found the best one by far. I cannot thank Marty and Danny enough--while I hope I dont get into another accident there is no other place I would go to, and I will be recommending them to anyone looking for the best.

I loved my experience with Rader Collision. I brought my car in for a quick estimate on storm damage. Although they were super busy with pot hole repairs, they gave me an expected time to come back for my repairs. A week later, my car was broken into and I brought my car in for an estimate on the window damage. Both times I was in tears and the staff were SO sweet and made the experience better than if I went somewhere else. I told them I didnt feel safe keeping my car in my neighborhood anymore and so they kept it and worked on storm damage repairs in their spare time. I got my car back much sooner than they estimated. It was clean and well-repaired too. I will not go anywhere else for repairs. Their service and quality are top-notch!

If you have need of collision repair and go anywhere else you are making a mistake. Dan and Marty (husband and wife team who own/run the shop) are the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. The entire process start to finish was friendly, professional and efficient. The actual repair itself was a 10/10; perfect paint match and no hint of the repaired damage. My vehicle looks as good as new. I dont hope to need collision repair again soon but if I do will go back to see Dan and Marty at Rader Collision Center. These folks can be trusted to take good care of you and your car. My experience start to finish was completely stress free and required minimal effort on my behalf (unlike what you experience with the chasing you have to do with many in shops to get your work scheduled and completed). 5 stars is the most you can give on Google. See the many other 5-star reviews but I felt like I should add mine as well. Ive only been in a couple accidents but I dont know if Id be able to find a better experience than with Danny and Marty. They helped get my car repaired after I was rear ended and pushed into another vehicle. Marty was great at helping me get things figured out with insurance and a rental vehicle. I also really appreciated the care she took to make sure everything was sanitized while were dealing with Covid-19. Danny was thorough in the repair, making sure to address any damage that wasnt visible, and the bumpers on my lease look good as new! They were also incredibly friendly and good to talk to and during this stressful time its really nice to be able to be around people like that. Should something happen again *knock on wood*, Ill definitely bring my vehicle back to Rader Collision.

I found Rader Collision and after reading a handful of great customer reviews I decided to take it in for an estimate. I am a firm believer people write reviews for two reasons. They either had the best service and want to praise on the company OR they had an awful experience and want to warn you, which is why I read them. Well I have nothing but PRAISE for this place!! From the first encounter with them on the phone, to the in person estimate it was no question I had found an amazing place with exceptional people and customer service. Danny literally drove with me to the airport so I could make a flight, took my car, fixed it and parked it at the airport parking lot so it was ready when I landed!!! Are you kidding?? NO BODY does that type of thing and it was something that deserved a review like this one because if ANYONE is looking for a body shop you know where I will be sending them, RADER COLLISION. Rader did an amazing job on my front bumper! Paint was matched identical, he even painted my center piece a different color for me! Lady at the front desk was super super nice! I have nothing but amazing things to say about Rader, i highly recommend them! I did have to wait a tad over a month to get in but i see why now, everyone goes there! And its for a good reason! I will not hesitate to come back here no matter how long of a wait in the future!

I cannot say enough good things about Rader Collision! I took my car there after it was side swiped to repair the passenger-side door, mirror, fenders, everything. The entire process was made SO much easier by the staff at Rader Collision, from getting a rental car, navigating insurance payment, turning in my rental car, and receiving my car looking absolutely STUNNING! (The detailers they use are VERY good at what they do, so I highly recommend adding that service!) I will never take my car ANYWHERE else, because I feel I can trust their advice and not once did I feel I was being taken advantage of or offered inferior parts/service (like SO many other shops do, so BE CAREFUL!). Rader Collision is wonderful!First, Marty and Danny were both very pleasant when I first met them (and they even stayed open a little later to do an estimate for me!) and immediately looked at the car and started explaining what they would do to repair the car and why. It was great, as a female who knows nothing about cars, to have people help me understand why they were going to repair it the way they said.During the repairs, Marty and Danny both made sure to call and give me status updates (without prompting!) regarding where they were in the process and about when the car would be ready.Afterwards, everything looked great! The side mirror was replaced and my car needed some paint and buffing. It looked like a brand new car. There was also a dent on the hood that Danny went ahead and fixed, which was much appreciated! They were both very sympathetic to the fact that my car had been on a college campus :(Thank you, Danny and Marty! Would recommend to anyone, both friends and family!

Marty and Dan are probably the nicest, most down to earth people Ive met in Columbus to date. I drove my car there to get an estimate post accident, only to realize that it was overheating on the way there, making it non-driveable. Great..... Even though they were booked up until late June for the level of repairs I needed, they went above and beyond to help me find another State Farm Select Service shop nearby. Not many businesses would do something like that. Marty pulled up a few collision centers nearby and I gave them a call to see who had availability first (price was not a concern because I well exceeded my deductible). I ended up going with Reisers Autobody East (who I believe is one of the places Rader refers to when theyre full). I ended up getting my car back 3 days early and looking better than ever. Based on this interaction, if myself or someone I know is unfortunate enough to get in an accident in the future, Rader Collision will be at the top of my list. All these reviews are a testament to their level of customer service and you can rest assured that their referrals are taken care of as well.

We have tried to get body work done where we live in Newark, but nobody we have used can do good work where things align, paint matches, and it looks acceptable. Raders does excellent work in every aspect! I have never dealt with a more professional and competent body shop! The work on our 2012 Impalla was just perfect! We will continue to drive to Gahanna from Newark to have the best work done! We cannot say enough about this business!
