I have had to use crash champions twice and they are really the best. I love the text updates on your vehicle and they keep you informed during the whole process. The staff is kind and helpful. I will always use crash champions for auto body work!

Took four weeks to repair and I still have rubber seals and door seals sticking up (which they tried to fix with electrical tape when I pointed it out; electrical tape came loose immediately after). It took 9 days from the time I dropped off my car for me to finally call (they told me they would call with updates) and ask what the progress was. I was hung up on 3 times and told the advisor was out of the building. Finally got a hold of the advisor and was told that they needed a new estimate approved. Had it approved same day and work still did not begin for two days. Every time I interacted with anyone, they said that I would be updated on Tuesdays and Thursdays. That never happened. I was never updated unless I called in asked for an update. I was given a two week estimate and it took double the time with no check in’s. Unnecessary repairs were made to extort my insurance. When my car was done with the approved work, I was then told the tires were out of alignment. Nothing ever touched the tires, only the passenger door. My partner worked as a car technician for five years. He saw the damage on my car and knew the situation that occurred to cause the damage. He said that the shop made up repairs to extort my insurance for more money. My rental insurance ran out as the shop extended and extended and extorted my timeline and insurance. Horrible experience start to finish. I had brought a previous car in for work, about 6 years ago and the work was done in 3 days. Similar damage that time. Shops should not allow you to bring in a car for work if they do not have enough technicians to handle the work. If you are not ready and able to do the work on my car, wait until you are ready. I was told that the shop was overwhelmed and 2 technicians short. Then you should have waited and told me to bring in my car at a later date. My rental insurance never should have run out while waiting for my car to be finished. My insurance should not have to approve 3 different estimates. It is extortion. My car was held hostage for their last extortion. Not to be released until uncalled for work was approved. I was never given updates unless I called in and called back and called back because I would always be hung up on.

They where very professional about letting me know ever step of the way about how long it was taken and what they where wanting for to get it done. If I have any problems with my truck later on I know where to take it to be fixed the right way.

After a small crush my insurance company referred me to crash champions for an Estimate. I decided to let them do the actual repairs. I am so happy that I was lazy that day and didnt take it to my regular shop. The work was done in a timely fashion. And the front of the car look just like brand new everything including tires and wheels which were not involved. The car looked So great, I decided it was worth the extra money to make My cloudy headlight look the same as the crystal clear new one. Had two vehicles we needed repaired after a rather eventful evening. They dealt with two different insurance companies seamlessly. Quick to communicate any issues (one vehicle ended up being totaled) and next steps. Everyone involved was very friendly and professional from start to finish, and even knew me by name upon entering to pick up my repaired vehicle (not sure if that’s a good a bad thing but regardless...haha). Repairs look perfect, like the accident never happened, which is exactly what you want! They made what could have been a headache of a situation a smooth process!

I was early for my appointment, the receptionist was very understanding, got the paperwork ready for MD while I was waiting. Hardly a wait time. My appointment was at 10am, I was there at 945a, someone was out inspecting the damage with me at 950a, and the receptionist called enterprise to get them here earlier then the original time. I would recommend crach champions to anyone.

Came in drop my car off I was referred to this place. They did a decent job of replacing my door but after my car was fixed I noticed scratches to my tent that were not there previously to dropping my car off. I noticed some other things as well. I brought it to their attention and they want to claim that they did not do it. I think it’s highly unprofessional that they are not taking ownership of the damages that were done while my car was in their possession. I feel fixing it and doing the right thing should have been the best outcome. I will not refer this shop to anyone. Highly unhappy!!

Broad Street location.Took car in for 2 estimates for separate dents acquired on vacation. Insurance made us split them to 2. Got reasonable estimates. Both were dents, not major damage...door dings. Took it in to get them fixed. Called after 2 days and they were finishing up and would call back later that day. No call back. Next day we called, and said they found a broken piece and needed to hear back from insurance (what breaks for a dent, other than a piece THEY remove...I think they may have torn the door gasket on removal, guessing). 4th day, went in person. It was ready, but they had only fixed 1 of the 2 dents. So it took 4 days to fix one door ding...Ive had the entire side of another car repaired in that number of days. They said they were too busy to fix it today, and to reschedule for a couple weeks out.In my opinion: the body work done itself is fine. The problem is the front office, especially the clerk. Screwed up intake, missed callbacks, then tell the customer they did something wrong. Well maybe we did, we came to this place.Weve used this place several times in the past with no issues, but this is not how you run a business. Next time, well be dealing with another shop.So, in summary, we have 2 dents, multiple visits to fix them BOTH, and way to long taken. Hoping they can complete dent #2 in a timely manner, but not holding my breath.

Considering the reason why we had to go to this place (minor fender bender), we had a great experience. Its a one-stop shop for car accidents. We worked through the other persons insurance and they told us to go here. The insurance adjuster was here as well as the car rental person and of course the auto body shop. The whole process went smooth and they communicated everything with me along the way. We got our rental car here and returned it here as well. Only having to make one stop to handle everything is such a great idea! When my car was fixed I returned the rental car here and went on my way with my vehicle being completely fixed. They did a great job on the repair (had to get a new bumper) and also guarantee their work for the entire time you own the vehicle going forward. I hope to never have to go here again (who wants to be in a car accident?!), but if I do I would definitely recommend going here. And everyone was so nice!

Although I went here for the convenience - as it was the closest repair facility to where I live - I felt the overall experience was 5-star. Good work, an exceptionally clean vehicle when the work was completed, and good communication (text) throughout.

We used the Broad Street location to have claims adjustment for an accident. The receptionist is not friendly or warm.Joe, from Wisconsin, was our claims adjuster. He was great! He was super empathetic, easy to talk to and helpful. His supervisor was also very helpful. I am confident that they are effective and efficient at their jobs.

Auto Body east broad is amazing. I cant thank you guys enough for getting my car back to me so quickly, let alone excellent work on the repairs. I was very nervous taking my car somewhere that was not a part of the dealership chain that I work for. Nobody wants an accident, but it happens. Thankfully nobody was injured, however not having a car for a little while and going through the process of insurance claims and talking with repair shops, getting rentals etc. is not something someone wants to deal with. Auto Body kept me updated every step of the way, over delivered on the repairs and time it took them to finish my car. The work was exceptional. My car looks better than it did before I had my accident. Kim was a huge help to me and kept me in the loop on everything via phone and email. Meeting her when I picked up my car was even better. Nobody gets excited about having to utilize a car repair business. Its not usually a pleasant or quick experience by any means. Our experience was both! Auto Body Collision & Glass was awesome! The took our call immediately, called with updates often, and finished the pretty extensive repairs much faster than expected! I felt confident in their services and their repairs. With this being my first wreck ever, I was nervous about this experience. But Melissa at Auto Body Collision & Glass took excellent care of our vehicle! I would highly recommend their services to anyone and if ever needed, I would definitely utilize their services again. Thank you!

Hit a deer and Geico recommended them... needless to say they reused parts they broke. There is bubbles in my clear coat/paint. My headlights weren’t aligned. The fender wasn’t aligned correctly. There was a piece missing off of my headlight which caused water to get in. They scratch up the bottom of the brand new hood after they painted it... Terrible business. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there.

Horrible service. Went in for a fender bender, they called me to pick up my car, paid my deductible and my car was undriveable. Front desk clerk was very rude. They kept telling me I needed a battery. I went and got a brand new battery, but car will not accelerate. Having to now have it towed to the dealership.This place is a rip off.

It was a low effort experience, my repairs were done correctly and in a timely manner. I am completely satisfied with my experience. Car came back cleaner than I left it. I am a very happy and satisfied customer. Would recommend them to everyone.

Was charged for 1.1 hours of labor on a job that was done in 10 minutes. When I asked for an explanation of the bill, she said Well, I can make you sit and wait for another hour. ... Go elsewhere if you want an honest mechanic!

Had an appointment at 9:30. Because of traffic, we were running a little late. We called and the receptionist was very rude to my wife. She told us if we got there within 15 minutes after our appointment, they would still take us. We walked into the shop at 9:41. The receptionist was in the restroom and when she came out, it was 9:46. Since we were now a minute late, they refused to take us. The receptionist felt it was also appropriate to mock us that she could not have been in the restroom that long. The man she got to talk to us proceeded to tell us he wouldnt take us since the next 2 appointments were already there. If the rude receptionist had told us on the phone they wouldnt have taken us, we would have rescheduled and come back another day. Do not tell a customer to be there by a certain time and then reject them when they abide by your rules. Definitely will be going elsewhere. Also, judging by the other recent reviews, why is this receptionist not fired and working minimum wage somewhere with a teenager as her boss? Seems much better fit for her.

While I am not an automotive expert, I will give them 2 stars because my car does appear to be running just fine after my accident. I was side-swiped which left my passenger back wheel area damaged. It was not drivable, but really didn’t look all that bad. However, it took this place 4.5 weeks to fix it. Their original estimate was 11-12 days. This was my first accident so I really didn’t know what to expect, but I can’t tell you how many times I heard my friends and family say “You still don’t have your car back?!” I was beyond upset as I was paying for a rental out of pocket, so they did give me a loaner car for the last week. Looking at my emails, it was 2 weeks from the time they told me my car was ready for the paint department to when they actually painted it. I am also a person who believes good customer service is what keeps a place in business, so I was disappointed every time they emailed instead of calling me to give me an update. It felt like they were trying to avoid me because they knew I would be upset. While they tried to make up for it with the loaner car and comping the $26 I owed, I won’t be using their services again.I was also called day and night, on my cell and at work for a week by an affiliate company who wanted me to take a survey. Auto body said i would be asked to take a survey, but i figured it would be mailed to me. The caller ID just said LaJolla, Ca so I didnt know who the heck was calling.

Dishonest bunch of folks. Took my vehicle to get an estimate, wanted to record my interaction, but Jordan Swingle said its geicos company policy not to be recorded. What!?are you serious!? This should be an industry you can trust but anyone who refuses to be recorded is likely doing something shady. I already had an estimate from the best shop in town, 3C, yet the geico adjusters estimate was to try to repair the damages caused by their insured rather than replace what needs replaced. Geicos estimate was for 1100 less than 3C, clearly not caring about mine or my childrens safety. Stay away from this joke of a place, get your vehicle fixed right and stay away from the shady folks at geico

Horrible customer service experience today. Took my car for a insurance claim and the front desk lady was very apprehensive and unwilling to listen to concerns, and not helpful at all in answering questions. Her attitude and tone came off as shrewd, apprehensive and made it a place I did not want to do business with. I decided to take repair elsewhere because I felt uncomfortable leaving my repair in their hands after that interaction.

Insurance claim to fix my truck and looks like they did bare minimum.. suppose to polish pipe not done also if you replaced the bumper you would have seen the damage to rear end!! With Allstate insurance agent ... wasnt suppose to be till ten was surprised that I pulled in early they took off to the shop before I could get out Allstate was advised not to let the body shop around or touch my truck ... took pic to another body shop and they also state work wasnt complete on my truckThey dont even deserve one star

I will not or recommend the body shop i was lied to about time to receive my vehicle back which was to be on Thursday made arrangements with my employer arrived at the time they said car was not done could not pick up on Friday due to working finally got it back on Saturday when i inspected the car found grease on the seats asked about it the representative became angry saying they dont due detail work i also know this was untrue I was informed on Thursday they due clean after a job i cleaned it my self the work on damage was ok just that bring lied to treated rudely and paying 2 extra days for a rental they seem less than honest
