This is not my first time using Columbus Body Works and It want be my last. Adam helped my throughout the process of getting my car repaired and he was super awesome. He always kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. He is just one of the AMAZING people who work there. Abbey the receptionist is also true professional who sets the standards of customer service! Also the high quality of work they do is unbelievable! You definitely cant go wrong with Columbus Body Works on Veterans! I highly recommend them!

The body shop was amazing! All I had to do was show up and they took care of everything. It was through insurance and this was one of the 3 allowed by my insurance and because of the reviews I chose this one and am so glad I did!! Abby was absolutely wonderful and kept me up to date on everything! She is super friendly and very helpful! And my car was ready earlier than anticipated which was even more wonderful news! I had a minor fender bender and needed a new bumper, so brought my Subaru in to be fixed. I was really blown away by the customer service. Cal was fantastic! He was professional and polite and kept me updated the whole time they had my vehicle. I dropped it off Monday and picked it up Wednesday….and they cleaned it!!! This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a body shop. I would recommend this business to anyone!

I had my step bars on my Excursion sprayed with black Rhino liner. I dropped them off on a Thursday afternoon and they were finished on Monday. They turned out great and were done at a very reasonable price. Lindsey was awesome to deal with. Thanks for great service!!

The employees were very professional and friendly. While observing social distancing protocols during the initial repair estimate on my vehicle, the experience was fairly quick. My repair was completed in about 5 days with acknowledgement to product shortages. I would definitely use this company again should I be in need of repairs.

At a glance the body looks good, but Ive had to take it back twice for missing parts and now a loose bumper. Job seemed rushed:(

I am extremely happy with the work done on my 2012 Ford Explorer. I was hit in the bumper while parked and they did all the communication with the other persons insurance company, they communicated every step of the process with phone calls and text messages and finally the work was impeccable. They wasted my time making me schedule an appointment just to tell me to go to safelite, when any body shop back home could’ve quickly and easily adjusted the window track. If you don’t think you can do something don’t make someone schedule an appointment have them go all the way out there just to schedule an appointment somewhere else.My honest guess is that they just didn’t think it was “worth” their time cause it’s an older looking car, but their loss of business idc fr. Dude literally came out and didn’t even talk to me for a whole minute before saying go to safelite, yeah even if I need some big body changes on a car I sure am not going there ever. WOW.So much to write, so little space and time.My 2016 F150 got keyed on the two drivers side doors. When I took it to Adam he first gave me a quote right then and there, then told me they could take it in that day and start on it and have it back to me by the end of the week (which they did).While I waited for him to finish his estimate, Ciera their parts manager helped me look for a new hood that I wanted to put on my truck. She was able to get more answers in 10mins of looking than I had been able to find in a few weeks of searching. When we found out it wasnt going to fit she didnt try to pressure me into buying something I didnt want, and was just as happy as I was that I had gotten a definitive answer. She was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly.When I came to pick my truck up it was pristinely detailed and buffed, they made it look like she belonged on the show room floor of a dealership.When I dropped my truck off to have the door panels fixed I asked them to take a look at a few other spots that I had gashed my truck pretty good. I had two gashes that were about 6-9 long and went all the way down into the metal. On the other side I had a spot on my door that was about 9 Long x 4 Tall, from when I scraped it against a tree. They repaired both of the spots to the point where you could not tell that anything had even happened to them, even while standing in the sun and knowing exactly where the scratches had occurred.When I dropped my truck off I expected my truck to perfect when I got it back, and even with my expectations as high as they were, I was still blown away at the quality of work from Adam and his crew. They also gave me a lifetime warranty on the work.I cannot say enough great things about CBW and would recommend them to anyone who is wanting to have any amount of quality work done on their vehicle.
