I was beyond amazed by the repairs CARSTAR Collision did on the damage to my passenger door and rear bumper, along with the paint job. Happiness is not a word I use often, but it was a word I deeply expressed and exuded while picking up my vehicle due to the repairs and timing. I dropped off my vehicle on 10/25/21 and was told it would take a week or more, however, I was able to pick up my car on the following Friday 10/29/21, which was a relief within itself. At each step, the representatives kept me informed about the estimate, what needed ordered and done, and how far along my car was in repair. Not once did I have to call in to check on the progress. Excellent service and I would highly recommend them for repairs.

TGIF! It has been a week since getting my car back from Color Magic, and I am still satisfied! My family vehicle was involved in an accident and Color Magic was recommended to me by 2 people, and since my experience with the shop was phenomenal!!!! I have recommended Color Magic to a few people myself. Matt and his employees made me feel relaxed and not pushed during the entire process of getting my car in, dealing with my insurance, how quick my car was in AND OUT!! They even went the extra mile and got my (!) Light to go out!! Their communication is the best customer service I have experienced in a while! They sent me texts in a regular updating me on my car, but not in a way of didnt I just talk to you or what now, my experience with Color Magic was smooth! I couldnt have asked for a better collision shop! I mean they even cleaned my car inside and out, and having kids you know that means a lot!

My experiences with most repair shops are not good but it was very easy and quick to work with color magic carstar.They overdelivered by completing the work in 3 days rather than a week which I appreciate. The cars front bumper looks brand new. The hood and sides had slight damage and dents but they fixed it without having to replace parts and you can’t even tell it was just fixed.The best part? The cleaned my car 😂 thanks

Hard to find the entrance to the place. I also had a nearly 2-week wait after dropping off my car before I got it back. Not the fastest auto work Ive had done by any stretch, but the snowstorms made delivery of parts difficult. The steering alignment, replacement strut, replacement sideskirt and paneling, and tire inflation all felt very good on the road. It helps that they work with my insurer. Overall, Im just encouraged to drive even more carefully so Im not left in this position again.

This company was on the list from my insurance company when a car backed into me. They were really nice and have an online/text system that tells you how much repairs are and when its going to be done. It took longer than I thought but they said they found extra damage, and some parts ordering took time. People were super friendly, their shop is huge and it was nice dealing with them people at front desk wore masks, which was great. They like vacuumed floor of my car and cleaned the dashboard when I got my car back! That was just super nice!

When the local Reynoldsburg Al Qaeda sleeper cell decided to turn left across 6 lanes of E Broad street and my kids new civic had to eat the rear end of the CRV, probably loaded with TNT, he chose Car Star because of the reviews. They were in constant contact and the car was done 2 days before they expected. Fixed the hood, bumper, lights, fog lights, airbags. They matched the opal flake white paint with perfection. Hood lines perfect. I would swear the car was never hit. They fixed an estimated $10000 damage. The car is perfect. If you all dont pick this shop to fix your car, I dont know what to tell you. This shop is no joke.

Color magic had my car for 8 days. Their associates ensured to keep me updated on everything, as well as providing great customer service as I had a lot of questions. They even cleaned my car when they were done, which I didn’t expect but highly appreciated. I left my rental with them, and they got it returned to enterprise with no issues. Highly recommend color magic & would return if I needed any mechanical work done.

I have had several vehicles fixed at this shop. They are very professional and polite. My 2018 Silverado this last time was finished 3 days early. They always detail the inside and the outside of every customers car. The young lady, Brady was extremely helpful. The estimator, Mike kept me up to date every step of the way. Very professional, personable, easy going, down to earth staff. They keep you constantly up to date on the status/cost of your car. The work they did on my bumper makes the car look brand new again. They were a preferred shop with Progressive but all of the reviews are right, just an all around great place to do business, and hopefully I won’t need them again but if so they will be my first choice.

I would never take my car to any place other than Carstar Colormagic. They do a wonderful job every single time in a timely manner. They even have a rental company at the shop, so they will hook you up right there on spot. The process is completely stress free for the customer. The repair jobs have always been top notch quality and they do a great job of taking away the stress of having to deal with insurance companies. They have a Hertz rental car location on the property which makes it easy to pickup/drop a rental. Would recommend this location without reservations.

Amazing experience we had at this Car Star location. Paint color match perfectlythe inside of my Honda was detailed like it was new. I forgot money in my glove box that I forgot about and it was still there. Just a great honest place. Just a great overall job. The office staff was also great. Mike my estimator was Very informative when I called, never sounded irritated with all my questions. I couldnt have had easier experience. Tina, the front desk woman was great. Extremely nice and caring. Fairly minor Front quarter repair in Oct 2019. I waited several months to write my review to ensure I didnt have to go back for anything. I was certainly skeptical of any insurance recommended shop, and when I saw the bill I was a little wary of how many used parts were involved in the repair... then again, my car is not as young as springtime anymore. That said, The repair looks great and there have been no residual issues such as noise, poor fit or loose parts. The service was friendly, they worked directly with Enterprise on my replacement rental, so it was a positive experience.

I took my car here after an accident. Everyone’s great attitude was the first thing I noticed. No one WANTS to repair their car and they made it as easy as possible. I dropped the car off that day, picked up a rental at the same location (hertz- make sure to call ahead they don’t always have vehicles immediately available but can get them in short notice) and several days later they called and said that my vehicle would be available earlier than estimated and later on that afternoon if I was available to pick it up. Really made a difficult situation as seamless and pain free as possible and I’m very grateful for that. DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND!

There was one seam that looked just a tiny bit off and they would not even consider letting the truck leave until I felt it was perfect. they immediately got two guys working on it and then took time to answer some unrelated questions I had about my truck. They did all the work with my insurance company and made things as easy as possible on me. These are nice, honest people who are very good at what they do. I highly recommend them.

The insurance company recommend them and after the job is done There was paint bubble when I brought this to their attention they said it was there from before and they try to say it’s a rock chip and I took it to a different place to get a second opinion and they said it’s paint bubble we it’s gonna cost me another $700 to get it done right highly not recommended

ITS RITE IN THE MODDLE OF THE GHETTO have a police escort with you.. Only highly reccommend if your really high..Had claim work done there on my driverside door and mirror. Which intels taking the hole door apart, inside and out. NOW, the same day i picked it up the driverside window does not roll down. OK NOT A BIG DEAL, IT HAD TO BE REPAIR WORK DONE, I WILL JUST DROP IT OFF AND LET THEM FIX IT......Oh no friend, it was not there fault. It was failer of another part not part of the claim. So when i dropped it off the mechanic who built the door him self was defensive and described that the door worked perfect when he put it back together and that it was not there fault....So I left it there,, IM SURE YOU CAN GUESS WHAT THEY TOLD ME ABOUT IT. Issue is, there is no to persway me that it is not COLORMAGICS fault and THEY DONT CARE THAT MYWINDOW FREAKISHLY BROKE ON THERE WATCH. ...SO I WILL TAKE IT TO THERE COMPETITORS TO HAVE IT FIXED..Oh yeah 1800 for body work.
