Christina and Isaac are amazing! I hit a deer resulted in quite a bit of front end damage. They were understanding, accommodating, friendly and extremely professional! They had my car fixed in under a week. I had an issue with a mark I found on my front sensor, Isaac replaced it with zero issues. I hate to have to go in to the shop but love the customer service and the people! They truly care about their work and the customers they serve. Top notch business!

I could not say enough good things about my experience with Caliber Collision. They were so personable from the initial phone call where their very first question was, are you OK? Was anyone injured in the accident?; all the way through handing me my keys and making sure that I was completely satisfied with the experience. Not only did Christina take very good care of me, and kept me well-informed and walked me through the entire process; David did an excellent job as well. Upon my initial drop off he walked around my car with me and did the entire inspection. He also asked if I was ok. He gave me some advice about how to setup everything and what I had to do to go through my insurance. He asked if I had a rental car and I wasnt aware if I did. He called me back a few days later and he had actually looked into it himself and found out that my insurance did cover a rental car! He was calling to make sure that I was aware and to see if he needed to help me with booking the rental car through Enterprise. That was such an amazing thing that he did. It really helped me to adjust my schedule and make sure that my life wasnt as impacted as I thought it was going to be to get these repairs done. The company worked really well with my insurance. Not only did my rental meet me at the collision center to get my car but I was also able to drop it off there with Caliber, so pick up and drop off took almost no time at all. The final product on my car looks perfect, like nothing ever happened, its awesome. On top of that I was extremely pleasantly surprised to notice that my car had been wiped down and vacuumed and cleaned while it was being taken care of. I didnt expect that and didnt notice it at first to say thank you. They really just go above and beyond to make the experience as laid-back and easy for everyone in the situation as possible. Thank you again for exceeding all my expectations!

This was for an insurance claim after someone hit me and took off, they were very nice, did a walkthrough before beginning any work to make sure we were in agreement on what the damages were that needed to be repaired, and did the same after the work was completed to make sure I was satisfied that the correct repairs were made. Work is guaranteed for as long as I own the car!

I was rear ended and had to have work done on the bumper. We had been in contact with David and he was very informative and helped get us in as soon as we could with all of the holidays. The bumper came out great, they washed the car and they even cleaned the inside of the car which I know was most likely headache. The work was completed quickly and David was sending updates as they went. Highly recommend them.
