Unfortunately the young man handeling the counter at the parts department is rude most of the time, also I noticed the price for parts is around 35% more that if you buy the parts from another MB dealer and have them shipped. Every single time that I need a part he doesnt want to even look unless I have a VIN number. This is not the case when I order directly from another MB dealer. One time I need a jack stand and he refused to give me one unless I have a VIN, even when I gave him make, model and year of the car because the car was in the freeway with a flat tire and need a jack to change the tire. I have been ordering from MB dealer in California and is alot cheaper,less hassle and they dont have attitude if I dont have my VIN.
