They were super helpful and knowledgeable. I thought I needed some cables and gear for my MIDI keyboard but they told me how to hook up it up without buying anything else. They even offered to have me bring my equipment in and help me set it up if I have trouble. Next time I have equipment to buy, I will go to Sound Ideas.

Great options... Just a bit pricey. Do hour research before buying new. Used equipment here is awesome. 3 star for not having a restroom for customers spending hard earned cash.

I was pleasantly surprised at the depth of knowledge the pro audio folks possess at Sound Ideas. Quite a contrast to the sales weasels at G.......... Center which constantly operate on the edge of bankruptcy. Do a web search for yourself.P. S. I also fly R/C planes. I thought I died and had gone to heaven when I saw the back room.

Kev and crew are the best! I go here 1st for all of my DJ/lighting needs. If he cant do it it probably cant be done. Prices are fair, friendly staff and a great selection.

They made me feel like they were better than anybody!! Pure disrespect towards a paying customer .. plus they dont have prices on their stuff!!!! So we just charge what ever we feel ??? I will never return to sound ideas again!!!! Get your head out of your asses!!!
