Terrible experience, save yourself the headache, lies, and schemes and go elsewhere. The owner will try to sell you his store stuff you dont want, then over charge you..then you will either have to sue him or go through your credit card company just to receive a refund thats due to you. He will not communicate with you, and will do nothing but lie and give you the run a round. I will never ever visit or recommend anyone to go to this place. I ended up having to go through my credit card company to get my refund when I prepaid for installation and equipment that he knew he couldnt provide, so I chose alternate equipment after 2 weeks of going back and forth with no communication from owner, which was cheaper equipment. My credit card company took care of it for me since the owner did nothing but lie, ignore my calls, and try to keep my money. If I could give 0 stars I would have 🤬. Go elsewhere!

Worst experience Ive ever had trying to get a better sound system in my truck. No communication at any kind from the store unless I made it. Parts were delayed for months. Multiple lies from the owner. And, when it was agreed that I would get a refund. It never happened until I went through the credit card company. Dont waste your time with these folks.

I had the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any establishment I have ever done business with. I delt directly with the owner regarding getting a new radio installed in my car. The one I chose was out of stock at Chruchfield, however the owner assured me he could get it by utilizing other vendors in Atlanta and if any issues arose he would call me the following Monday. (it was Saturday when we spoke) So I proceeded to pay for the radio and installation up front. Monday came, Tuesday came no call. So I visited the shop Wednesday, and inquired with the owner that since I havent heard from you, Im assuming your vendor cant get it either. So I changed to a different radio and wanted to order that, he insisted that he could get the same model better brand than the one on Chruchfield (for the new one I chose) and could have it Friday (When Chruchfield could have it). I visited Friday morning and had it installed (It wasnt the brand I chose nore what we discussed) But I didnt care as it was a good brand. I requested an updated receipt and my credit as the one that was installed was much cheaper. He gave me an excuse of he had to do some deposits and it will be Tuesday for my credit??? (Monday was a holiday), went by there Thursday and he assured me he would issue it that day, as of today it is now Friday and still no credit. Nothing bad to say about the installers, they are some cool guys and does good work! The problem is the owner who lies, is manipulative, and displayed scandoulous unethical business practices. Like a previous review I had to go through my Credit Card company to get my money returned to me. If you need a radio installed please save yourself the headache and lies, and go somewhere else. I will never ever do business with this establishment again, nor will anyone I know!

One of the Worse place to ever go for service I call them to come out to work on my home sound system over a month ago no one every showed up . They have told me four times they would out this week but still no one shows up . They say they will call you back and never do . Please if you can find another place to go you should go.

Had to have my home system they installed rewired. The installer told me would bring a audio output cable to finish connecting, that never happened and the company that rewired everything said it wasnt even needed. Older guy at the front desk is awesome! Your installers are horrible.

I visited custom radio not long ago to have a CD/DVD Navigation system installed in my car. The tech told me that the radio was not compatible with my speakers. Even after I told him the radios description said it was compatible to my speakers. The owner then tried to sell me a system in his shop at a $200+ mark up. I then took my radio system to another shop here in town, and had it installed. I works fine! I would not trust these guys with a $3 bill

1st I would warn anybody to stay away from this store if you are not the right color. I brought 2 sets of speakers for my motorcycle and had them install them in my bags. I also had them put in a new amp I purchased. After talking with the installer we changed the original speakers to ones that fix in the bags . l Well, it took them about 2 weeks to get it done with me stopping by the store every other day to ensure something was being done . After completion of the job i learned that they didnt install quick disconnect so I could take off my bags. I would have to disconnect the whole thing if I needed to change the tire or anything. The mean of this review is this, 2 of the speakers were bad or with bad. i took them back for a replacement set around the beginning of February 2018. I went back several times to check the status of the replacements and were told his shipment hasnt came, he was going to get some from another store,or he was going to Atlanta and get some. Please keep in mind, each time I stopped by the store it was a week or a week and a half between each visit. Funny how when they sold them to me he had plenty in stock. Now its a waiting game on a shipment to get my replacement.If I could gave a minus star, i think I would gave them a -5 for the many of lies I was told.

The owner/manager is horrible, but has fairly knowledgeable staff. Do yourself a favor and do a little research on equipment you might be interested in and make sure to get quotes and pricing in writing. Expect to pay more than the going rate.

This place definitely didnt want my business. Was not friendly and the prices were outrageous. Told me just to install an amp would be almost 300 dollars without the price of an amp. I couldnt wait to leave there. I will never go there again. I havent done car stereo in a long time but if this is the state of customer service then I see why people choose to do it themselves. This place seemed to care less if I bought something and it seemed like they really didnt want to sell me anything..

Custom Radio did an amazing job on installing subs in my 16 Silverado. Will definitely be coming back for my other vehicles.

If you want professional installation this is not the place to go.

I had a stereo system installed with subwoofer and amp but turn around not even 30 days later the speaker blowed! I drove back to the shop to inform them of what happened they assured me that they would take care of it..... Its been a month now after several calls and pop ups nothing was done at all the store owner or manager didnt even attempt to speak or fix the problem or replace my warranty subwoofer!!!!! I was told the box was special order but they took the woofer out of the box and left the box in my vehicle which they said was special order!!!! I am still calling and getting the run-around Everytime!!!!! I would not recommend this place to anybody especially my ppl of color because they get down right nasty with short talk or rolling eyes
