Everyone there is friendly and helpful,I took my old vhs tapes in and dropped them off and in just a few days they had them copied to DVD.a problem arose from my finances, so I called and talked with them about it, and they held them for me without a problem, until i got the money to pay for them.the videos they made for me are excellent, it is some very special treasured memories on these videos. I recently had my old family tapes converted over to digital and they did such a good job with everything. The customer service was phenomenal and they were even able to repair a tape that was broken and transfer it too. I would definitely recommend this company as it was such a great overall experience. Their pricing is very reasonable as well
