Ryan does great work! I brought my bike into him to look at for some for some suspension problems. He was more than happy to walk out and take a quick look and confirm I had damaged my front forks. He got me in quick, ordered upgraded parts and installed them fast! He was more than happy to work with me on time and answer any questions I had. I thought my riding season would have been over for how late in the year this happened. But he got me back out with a much better ride then I could have hoped for!

Absolutely fantastic service. Got an exhaust installed and ECU flash/dyno tune on my 2021 Ninja 650. Makes it feel like a whole new bike. Runs so much better than I anticipated. Pricing is great and Ryan is awesome to work with and beyond knowledgeable. Everything was done quickly and the level of communication is unbeatable. Do yourself a favor and ditch your current shop.

Spoke with Ryan and scheduled a time to drop off my WR250R that was running poorly. He discovered that the Power Commander had gone bad and the valves needed adjusted. I blew up the clutch and cracked the engine case on my 2007 Honda CBR1000RR. I thought I was done riding for the season but Ryan got the engine case welded, which looked great and replaced the clutch and had me back on the road in 3 weeks! Thanks Ryan.

Had Ryan install new full exhaust, quick shifter, break lines, chain and sprockets, rear rotor, rear sets and dyno tune my 2020 Yamaha r6, he set me up with an appointment quickly, finished the job within a few days and my bike runs and sounds amazing. He’s the guy you want working on your bike.

Took my bike to him awhile back with a few major issues, ended up waiting through the winter to fix it and Ryan stored the bike free of charge during that time and while parts were coming, very responsive and thorough throughout the whole process I got pictures and videos sent to me of my bike being fixed.THEN he went out of his way to come BACK to his shop after hours to let me pick my bike up because of my work hours.THEN upon arrival he told me he also replaced my levers, and headlight ontop of the other repairs because they were faulty. In 2020 I bought a little used 2008 kawasaki ninja 250. I am not mechanically sound so I thought it ran fine. in the winter time she was having a lot of issues. seeming I bought it from a young college student I was not surprised that the ninja was neglected. Great customer service. Took a while, but I was able to get my shock for my bike rebuilt and he was very helpful with any and every question that I had. I will return when I cant do something myself.

I had some work done to repair a front tire as it was leaking at an alarming rate from almost all of the spokes. The shop resolved the problem, and also performed some preventative maintenance (on his own accord) in order to prevent the problem from coming back. The turn around time was excellent, communication was solid, and the prices were more than fair. I will definitely be returning for more work in the future.

Ryan at 28 Motorsports is an extremely gifted mechanic. He has solved problems with my dirtbike that other mechanics were unable to solve. Excellent shop and great service. My Harley had some issues and I needed to get it fixed fast. I called and Ryan got me in within a week and had my bike fixed the same day. It’s running much better and their prices are very fair. They are professional and knowledgeable. I’ll be bringing all my bikes to 28.

Ryan took my bike in for a full engine replacement when many other places wouldn’t. Takes a little time and patience but he gets the job done and does it well.

Ryan was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and had great communication. My 1999 honda shadow 600 is running better than it has in probably 15 years! It was new to me last year (2020) so I wasnt quite sure what the problems were but Ryan was quick to figure everything out and get her running beautifully. Ryan is the finest tuner in central Ohio. Took my 2020 Yamaha Tracer and added a power commander along with a tune. Bike sings now. Ryan is trustworthy, dependable and honest. I will use him for everything for my bike moving forward.

I contacted 28 motorsports, and Ryan set me right up with an appointment. Got my bike dropped off to him for a pc5 install on my bmw s1000rr and to get it dyno tuned . Had it done the same day, with great results ! Highly recommended to use Ryan with 28 motorsports !

While not the fastest shop (who really is right now), they certainly have great quality! They were able to get everything fixed on my bike which was crashed into while parked and it is back in tip top shape.

My overflow container had a whole in Friday when i was riding my gsxr 750 i called him after work hours and he told me to drop it off at the shop he looked my bike over and found some other things wrong with it he ordered the parts and had it fixed within 3 business days. This is my second year going to 28 Motorsport they are very good at motorcycle maintenance. I’ll be returning soon for some touch up on the appearance on my gsxr

Take your Ducati to Ryan. My 1198 had a faulty Bazzaz unit that caused electrical problems. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue, and openly communicated the entire process to me. I received pictures and videos of the process along the way. When I got my bike back, it ran even stronger than before. It rips hard. This guy knows his stuff and I will certainly be returning!

These guys really messed my brakes up, took an extra 3 months, and was so unpleasant to talk to on the phone. Said everything was my fault, when I paid a deposit, left bike in their care and was just asking for updates. Really thinking about small claims. Bike is in worse condition than what I brought in for. Would not recommend these guys to anyone who want a professional mechanic. Sean acts like a child and his work reflects it. Utterly diss appointed in the work done and the professionalism was awful. Stay away.

Dude is a genius! I needed my forks rebuilt on my VTX because the front end was kinda soft, and bottoming out a lot. Took it to Ryan and told him I wanted it really stiff, and that’s exactly what I got! Won’t be going to anyone else but 28 Motorsports from now on!Update….About a month or so ago, I needed a rear tire replaced. He had the exact tire I wanted in stock, and actually cheaper than Iron Pony. I dropped it off, took a Uber home, and before I could get to sleep good (hadn’t slept in over 24 hrs at that time) he sent me a text and told me it I was ready. He’s fast, reasonably priced and honest!

Took my 01 triumph speed triple to Ryan for a tune up and some TLC. Let me tell you this man goes above and beyond. The bike runs better than new. The 28 Motorsports team is top notch!

Ryan did amazing work on my 2014 R1. I bought the bike and it definitely needed some TLC. He had the bike back to stock height, fixed my vibration issue I was experiencing when applying throttle, and also fixed other issues which I did not even know existed. He did excellent work at a very good price and did not even try to sell me on any other services. I will definitely be taking all my future motorcycle needs to him and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to get their bike done. Also, he has an in-house dyno which is sweet.

Took my 2014 Yamaha R6 to Ryan at 28 Motorsports and he hooked me up tremendously. He found out what was wrong with my bike and patched it all up. On top of that he installed racing headers which makes it sound phenomenal! I am beyond happy. He was able to give me helpful advice whenever I had a question. 28 Motorsports is also Military friendly so between that and him looking out for me I saved a lot of $$$. Best bike shop in Columbus! Ryan is one of the few true bike mechanics left. Took my 2002 Honda Shadow into him after Ask Powersports lied about the work they did and Iron Pony was clueless. He had it up in running like new in a couple days for a great price! Wouldnt take a motorcycle anywhere else!!

I took my FZ1 to Ryan for a new chain, sprockets and a laundry list of repairs. My clutch specifically had been giving me issues and everyone I took it to said that it seemed fine and that they couldnt recreate the problem. Thankfully a friend recommended 28 motorsports. Ryan gave my bike back to me running better than ever, the clutch is now perfect and I couldnt be happier. He even went the extra mile by adding sealsavers after rebuilding the forks and doing additional work just because he knew it was needed. Ill never take my bike anywhere else. Highly recommended!

He is highly energetic and has a knack (gift) of making his customers feel comfortable when discussing mechanical issues or riding in general. He is very patient and does an excellent job explaining things in a way anyone could understand who has basic mechanical knowledge. Ryan did a great job on a bike I recently purchased. He analyzed the bike, worked on the brakes/carb/tune up etc., and put on new tires. The bike rides completely different... all of his work was timely, flexible and fairly priced. He does a great job communicating any mechanical issues and is honest about the work that needs done. I cant speak highly enough of Ryan and his staff at 28 Motorsports. I went to ride my bike the other day only to find it had some clutch issues...called Ryan and he was able to look at it within an hour of talking to me. He bled the clutch and got me back out riding that same day. On top of all of this, he did this clutch check all for free! Knowledgable staff, they tuned my ride perfectly, installed my tier and did an oil-change. I would recommend them as long as you dont leave your JOY-ride unattended. My tier had half life left after the burnouts they did.

If you’re in over your head mechanically then this is the place to take it. It’s affordable and they care about their customers. Would like to start by saying, I am a heavy equipment mechanic who did not have the time required to repair my wifes atv before memorial day weekend. After reading the reviews on Google I decided to give Ryan a call and explained to him the situation, without hesitation Ryan said bring it by the shop. Upon arrival, unlike most shop owners who sit behind a desk, He was in the shop working on another customers machine, He helped me diagnose the issue within 5 minutes of me being there ! Top notch shop and a great all around guy will definitely do business with him in the future!
