Worst place in the whole wide world to try to do business with. I did a credit application on a Friday morning and the next Friday I still didnt get a response about it.They never answer the phone or return phone calls. After more then a week with no idea how the credit application went I decided to drive 70 miles to the Columbus Ms. store the lady was in the back on her personal cell phone so I had to wait until she decided to talk to me. Finally she got off the phone with a rude attitude only for me to find out that she havent even processed my application along with a stack of other applications.She said didnt even seem interested in completing my application or even apologizing for the inconvenience.She said shell call me when she process it. That was two days ago. Do yourself a favor.Save your time and patience.Go somewhere else dont shop here.This Atv was suppose to be my 14yr old son a Birthday gift and today is his Birthday

The best atv store in Columbus

I went to Funatv to purchase a UForce 800. Well, they didnt have one in any store. I settled for a ZForce 800; i did all of the paperwork and couldnt get approved even though they claim that all you need is at least a 550 credit score(mine is much better than that)and at least $1,500/month in income(I definitely have that too). After going through a lot of red tape, I was finally approved; but they wanted a $1,500 down payment. I finally talked them down to a lower down payment. After that now they wanted proof of income. I provided that to them. When I sent that to Funatv I kept getting push back about a number was missing or they needed more proof. I went through this for 3 days. At that point i was done. I went to talk to them for one last time. I gave them another copy of my paystub and bank statement. I was told that i should hear something back within an hour. I waited at the dealer for around 45 minutes and still didnt hear from them. I left and went down the street to The Boat Gallery of Columbus; in 30 minutes I had a 2018 Viking Special Edition on the trailer and headed home. I didnt have to show proof of income or give them a down payment. I was approved within 5 minutes for a vehicle that costs $4,000 more. How interesting is that for you?
