I bought a lot of furniture for a great price. The sales person Adam was very helpful 😃. The deals were amazing. And setup was quick and professional. However it wasnt a year and two of my mattresses unraveled and the backboard was too weak on my bed set. Thats why they lost a star but otherwise great shopping experience. They always have new things coming in. I like to stop by from time to time to see the newest selections.

Delivery is quick and setup is easy along with the delivery. Extremely happy with them. I look at all these great reviews and wonder what happened when I went there. The original visit was great. I thought I was getting a great deal and I was excited about my delivery. When the bedset came, several items were missing, and an item I did receive was defective. I had to continue to contact the store to find out when the rest of my items would be delivered. I was told over and over again that a delivery would be made one day, and when I tried to get ahold of them that day, I would get no response. I was on the phone with the financial company constantly trying to get things resolved with the store. The last straw was when the store owner told me the other items where finally in which was 2 months later. I came to the store to pick up the items myself, they told me there that the items were at their other location. I drive to that location and the guys there call the owner to confirm where my items were. The owner then gets on speaker phone so that he can explain that my items were actually at another warehouse. He promised that he would personally deliver the items the next day. Several days went by and once again the owner didnt call. I went back up to the store and this time I was not nice. The owner once again gets on the phone and claims my other items arrived defective. When I asked why they didnt call me since Ive been dealing with this since May, he said someone on his crew should have called me although Ive only been trying to deal with him. He made the promise, so he should have called. I left the store once again without my items and was told he will call me in a week when everything is in. This was 3 weeks ago. Ive text the owner told to send my address so he had it on him, then no further communication. Ive been told lies over the phone, Ive went up to the store, then told more lies, and now I still dont have the items I selected back in May. Its now August! Ive told the finance company to come pick up the things I do have because Im over it. They are kind enough to realize what Ive been going thru and agreed to allow me to return everything without any penalties. Ive never experienced anything like this in my life. If you have had a good experience there, Im happy for you. For me, Ill never step foot in any of their stores again. After my money was taken when I originally went to the store, the owner didnt care about me as a customer after that

They didn’t set up the washer correctly and the washer makes a loud noise. When I complained about the issue, they said they would come and fix it and they never showed up. Now I have to pay Samsung money to fix this loud roaring sound. Sometimes it is better just to go to Home Depot or Lowe’s even though they are more expensive.
