The one star is for delivery. I had a great experience with the sales staff and was happy with my purchase. Delivery was scheduled for a week out. $80 for delivery, set up and haul away of the old one. I get home and my old washer and new washer are sitting in the basement. My home is old, the pipes are corroded. Fine. No problem. They declined hauling away my old washer. The delivery guy said no problem, call and reschedule the delivery. When my mother called the store to reschedule, she was told it would cost another $80. She was upset but was told thats the way its done so she paid. I got home, spoke to someone over chat. They had the manager call me. Apparently, the delivery person took pictures, spoke with the manager at the store and they both decided they wouldnt unhook the old washer because they didnt want to ruin my home with a possible leak. So, according to the store, the only viable resolution was, they refunded my mother and I have two washers in my basement. I either have to pay them $80 or take care of it myself. I would rather pay someone else to take care of it rather that let those scammers back in my home.This is what they didnt want to ruin with a possible leak. A concrete floor right next to a drain. Then I had to call back because I didnt receive the $30 hoses I had paid for. They requested that I come into the store to pick them up. Nope! They said they would refund it to my card. Lets hope.Moral of the story. Buy from them only if you dont need delivery! Their sales associates are good but the rest of their customer service sucks. I really dont like being cheated and scammed.

I bought a new electric range cooktop a few weeks from Home Appliance Solutions. Their service was good and direct, they did not pester me while looking at products but were able to answer questions. Their delivery service was one of the best rates and quickest delivery availability that I was quoted. The range I bought was a scratch and dent product, but the defect was minimal and this place gave a great discount! I would definitely return again next time I am in need of a kitchen/household appliance!

Okay, this may be a long one. My warning is you may not get what you pay for.I had purchased a new gas range from HAS a few months back online and got a great price. Never received an email receipt, so I thought I just got scammed. Called the next day and the person I spoke to was slightly upset, stating that their website had the wrong price and I got a better deal than I should have. Okay, well had they asked me to make up the difference or maybe re-order as long as they were polite I wouldnt have a problem with that. They email me my receipt and inform me that delivery would take some time due to Covid, thats fine, crazy times were living in. Called maybe a month after my order just to check my status. Immediately they say something like, oh youre the guy that got the oven for a steal...like Ive become an Urban Legend of the HAS water cooler.Fast forward to last week, receive a call from the delivery driver, that was great, a call ahead is always appreciated.Delivery arrives and the driver asks me if I would like the range out of the box? I thought this to be odd, how could an oven be installed while still inside the box? I say, yes please. He then looks at me and asks, oh would you like this installed? On the HAS website, it states installation and removal are standard for delivery. Installation would be much appreciated I respond. Driver looks at the invoice, scratches his stomach and states, nope not going to install it. Okay. Driver asks where they should drop the range off since they refuse to install it. Kitchen sounds like a nice place for it. They bring it in, see my old stove and the driver points to it with a look of shock and terror, would you like that removed? Oh yes, that would be perfect. Again driver looks at the invoice, nope cant take it.I thought to myself, did I miss the part where I had to pay for installation and removal, checked the website nope, that comes with the delivery charge. Why ask me if I would like the new appliance installed and old one removed if you were just going to say nope?Emailed HAS asking why these services were refused, yet to hear back. If you are okay with not receiving services you paid for, was an alright shopping experience.

Needed a washer and dryer that would fit in a small closet in our new apartment. Found a stacked unit that fit perfectly, and is a great size for a family of 3! Huge store, lots of variety. Sales people are very friendly and welcoming!

Discovered Home Appliance Solutions online as I was calling around appliance stores searching for the elusive 18 dishwasher.A very pleasant person answered the phone and performed a visual check of in stock merchandise and verified they had not 1 but 6 of the dishwashers available.I headed out to the store where I was greeted and helped. The salesman explained the store, products, warranty and offered any needed installation parts at a very reasonable price. And by the way, the dishwasher was flawless in appearance and was very well priced.I purchased, the dishwasher was wrapped with plastic and i was assisted with loading in my truck.I highly recommend stopping in and checking this spot out if a new(ish) appliance is needed. Ill be back for sure.

After spending 12K on appliances at Appliance Connection(worst company) I received zero customer service with them once they got my $. I called HOME APPLIANCE SOLUTIONS with an issue with my new appliances, they couldn’t have been more SUPPORTIVE and KNOWLEDGEABLE. I’m sorry I didn’t purchase my appliances with them. Next time I need an appliance I will be buying it atHOME APPLIANCE SOLUTIONS. 💝

Buyer beware!I stopped in to check out this new appliance business in columbus. They sold me a set of new scratch and dent Electrolux front load washer and a dryer. I was assured these have been fully tested. Fully working and full factory warranty.Now these things are a pain to move so I let him upsell me on delivery. Plus the old appliance removal up charge, plus a new cord, new supply lines and new duct. All of which I had or could purchase cheaper, but they won’t do the install without upwelling all new supplies. Whatever, I was in an easy mood that day.My total was $1298 with tax. I go home and log into Home Depot and see I can get the same set, with all of the same things listed above, BRAND NEW for $1302 after tax.I debated calling in to cancel my order but decided to honor it and support this new local business. Big mistake.The delivery guys came 4 days ago. They were great btw.They didn’t have the right power cord (which was discussed in advance) so I had to go to Lowe’s and buy the the needed cord to install. Nice relaxing Saturday morning right....After they got them hooked up the dryer is making a terrible grinding and rubbing sound. Obviously these were not tested and now I have a heavy piece of gargbage at my home.I was assured it would be taken care of.It’s been 4 days. I haven’t heard from Home Appliance Solutions nor do I expect to.Horrible product. Horrible customer service. Never again!Jeff - Urban Spaces

We bought a range and dryer. They called the installer(we converted to gas) for me and set up my delivery for the day before the install.When the dryer arrived DOA they brought a replacement the next day. They did everything they could to make it right.

Cant say enough about Carl. He went above and beyond the call of duty a couple times for us. We were replacing a 56 year old (yes 56) built in oven with very specific cutout dimensions. We will always stop there for our appliance needs.
