Fox Appliance is the local distributor for Alliance/ Speed Queen products. I have been waiting since March for a part for my washer. I do not recommend that you do business with them. I called the corporate office a week ago and I still do not have my parts to Fix my washer.Now Im going to have to purchase a new one due to them not honoring the warranty and parts agreement. By the way they are closed on weekends

For over 20 years theyve either had or been able to get what I needed. And of course the service is always top notch. Hands down the best place to get appliance parts in the tri-city area. These guys know their stuff and have what you need in stock. Saved me a lot of money when I self diagnosed my problem and they had just what I needed to fix it and even had different brand/ price options. Team DIY shop here and be a hero to your wife!

They always have whatever part I may need, and cheaper than going to Lowes or Home Depot. Dont get me wrong, I enjoy Lowes & Home Depot, but Fox Appliance is the place to go for parts for your stove, washer or dryer.

(Maybe both)Called and got a real person which was nice!They said they had the part which was nice!Cost was $59.95 which wasnt nice.Found the same part to TWO reputable sites. ($22.99 and $29.95)I WANT to buy local and WANT the owner to make some $$.But, I just can accept a 100% mark up.Will be happy to TRY them again in the future.

The staff at Fox is very knowledgeable and friendly. I was in and out in less that five minutes with the dryer belt I needed. I priced the item online before choosing to buy from a local business and was a little surprised that the same part online was about half the cost. After considering the convenience of having the item same day and being able to rely on an actual human being I decided to go with Fox Appliance.

Needed to replace a thermal fuse, turns out my heater element was shorting on the casing and burned out the fuse I bought from FOX. Wasn’t their fault but they replaced it for free without me asking for a free replacement. Will go to them for all my parts from now on. Excellent service, very knowledgeable

Clean store and they had what I needed, was in and out in 5min. Paid $22.00 for a $5.00 part. While I can appreciate a mark up for the convenience of having a part in stock locally, a 300% markup is a little over the top.

The pump I purchased was a little pricey, but Ive used my Kenmore washer for 18 years with zero issues, so I guess it was worth the investment. They were selling for about $40.00 cheaper online, but I needed it now.
