Very unprofessional! We walked in the store it looked like two people were working. I just seen one customer sitting I am assuming he were waiting after filling out the application. My problem was we were not greeted. I feel like as a salesperson if you are busy, you would say good afternoon please look around someone will be right with you. No one said anything to us and we where there for 20 minutes and no one still didnt say other thing. They were at the desks talking and laughing in their own conversation. I was there ready to pay cash for merchandise. But I will NEVER set foot in that store again.
By far the WORST Experience ive ever had dealing with this place... i dealt with FARMERS once before, the first time i dealt with them i had a problem with them calling and harrassing me about payments that i already paid (ON TIME)... But i gave them the benefit of the doubt and I choose to shop with them a second time, my Worst mistake thus far.... In mid March i went inside the store to purchase a living room set and a king bed set totaling almost $7000, I PAID $4500 CASH on my funiture so as you would expect, i want to be treated RIGHT because i feel as though im a good customer.. i was helped by a SALESWOMAN by the name of KAREN.. (shes Very unprofessional and lacked proper communication with me through this whole ongoing ordeal).....my funiture was scheduled to be delivered on April 15th, nearly a month after my order due to some things that was on BACK-ORDER.. on the day of delivery is when i thought i was in Hell.. when my funiture did arrive, all of my things didnt arrive, ( nightstand & lamp) and my loveseat was damaged my mattress was dirty nd the plastic wasnt all the way wrapped on it like the movers slid the mattress across the floor instead of picking it up.. on top of that, i ordered a king bedroom set but when they begin to setup the bed in my bedroom i noticed it was a queen bed. Therefore they had to take the bed back leaving me without one... I called KAREN several times trying to figure out the solution but she couldnt come up with one other than to order another bed and couldnt give me a timeframe on when the bed and nightstand would arrive, so im currently waiting on my bed still today and i havent gotten my replacement loveseat either as of today... ive been trying to call the store to speak with Karen but it seems like she is avoiding my call because they will put me on hold for long periods of time and she never comes to the phone to communicate with me or inform me. It was like the other associates was covering up for Karen so I asked to speak with management and they told me management wouldnt be available until the following week. I still havent gotten any info or nothing. This place is a rip off, This has been a terrible experience and i will never do any business with FARMERS For as long as i live... sad thing is, my first payment is coming up before i even get a chance to enjoy my funiture... currently im sleeping on a bare mattress in my bedroom while i wait till only GOD knows when to get my funiture... below are a picture of the couch they delivered to my house....
Terrible customer service. I called the Columbus Georgia store and spoke with Rick. I had to call three times before I got a answer. He told me the reason he did not answer the phone was that he was with a customer. I told him that I was a customer also and that I was calling to inquire if someone could pay on my account for me. He was very rude and said he had to go. I have had problems with him in the past. I have called the corporate to complain about this store, but never got a call back. Ms. Bridget who opened my account is always very nice and professional. There are a couple of more people that I have had positive interactions with. I will not do business with the company again.

The worst experience I had... First of all after I choose everything I wanted, of 5 things I got 2 and the rest went on back order for over a month... I was always calling and checking the status of it and it was always an excuse... The day I decided to go there and change for other articles, they had a few parts of a bed that they recollected from different stores... I left for 5 hours so they could arrange everything before picking it up... I called an hour before and everything was ready...when I arrived, they didnt do anything 4 people looking for my stuff, everything was a disaster, plus it was about to rain and nothing was covered, no boxes no nothing....the chest looked like they took it from the floor....all the pieces separated, scratched... In other words, horrible experience...
I shopped there a couple of months ago. There was a customer service representative by the name of Joey that opened the door for me and my daughter. He was very professional and did everything we asked. I was impressed with his service and kindness. I highly recommend going there and always ask for Joey to see if hes available.
Karen was very friendly and helpful, and we loved the dining room set she sold us! Overall very affordable place with high quality furniture.
Horrible customer service. Was a few days behind and they started calling me over 10 times per day. Spoke with the manager Rick and although he did not say verbatim that I was lying he definitely implied that I was and that he could see that they only called me 1-2 times. I legitimately have screen shots of where they would call my phone 5-6 times back to back, daily when no one answered them. He acted as if nothing was wrong with that and that theyβre allowed to harass their customers which, is against the law. When I first asked to speak with the manager I could hear where the woman on the phone was told βshe hung up on me.β The girl said βoh, she hung up on you?β & then proceeded to hang up on me out of spite. I will never buy another piece of furniture at any Farmers ever again.
I would like to say that I came close to writing farmers furniture off. I bought a living room set from them middle of May 2019 and had trouble out of the couch they replaced it still had some issues they replaced it with a love seat per my request and then my recliner broke I kept having to put the spring back on myself again and again. I called the store never could get anyone to help me always got the runaround or the part has not come in or something for an excuse each time. I called back about two weeks later to find out the part was there the entire time. They said they would call me to set up a time for a service technician to come. Nobody ever called. Thatβs when a sales associate said I needed to speak with there new store manager Mr. Tori Jones. I was close to calling corporate to complain. I want to say that after speaking with Mr. Torre Jones I have a complete new respect for Farmers Furniture he has completely turned the store around to wear now they are my favorite. He told me that he would swap my recliner out told me the date that it would be there. It came in when he said it would they set it up and it works perfect no more complaints. Thank you again Mr. Tory Jones. This is a very kind and friendly manager that will meet the customers needs. When he says he will do something he will do it. Horrible customer service. Sales associates were talking about us while we were walking out of the store. Very rude and unprofessional. If you decide to not buy from them they make sure you know how annoyed they are. I recommend the Farmers in Phenix City. The customer service was wonderful.
Was not for me sales associate yelled across the floor let me know if you have any questions. We went there because of item in sales and couldnt find it.

I purchased a couch and love seat along with the protection plan that is supposed to cover stain and rips. Of course now my 2 year old managed to get permanent marker stains on it, they said they wont cover it. That it was intentional. Seriously upset and will not bring my business back to this store nor will I recommend it to anyone else ever again!
I love Farmers Furniture the staff is very nice, the furniture is a very good quality. The prices are reasonable, they have all your furniture needs and appliances too,which I plan to purchase next.

This place is a joke, I was lied too, an additional $1500 was added onto my over all cost, one employee told me my pay off was one thing BEFORE we signed the paperwork, and now that I am calling to pay it off it has suddenly went up almost $500.. on an interest free account and no one can explain how..
