The customer service is incredible. They went above and beyond helping me diagnose my furnace issue. And after we figured out the part that was needed (was not in stock), they referred me to Ameritron who finally fixed the issue at a grwat price and quickly.

They did not have what I needed, but they were able to get it faster than anyone else in the county. Friendly and knowledgeable. Super polite when we communicated, they would call when things came in and if we were slow to pick up the item. In these days of Covid-19 it is nice to know someone is still working, helping us to keep things going at home.

This place is awesome !!! My furnace went out and the people I called to look at it wanted to charge me $988 im sure before taxes to replace my furnace control board that cost me $240 from Appliance Parts centers of Columbus.. saved me over $700.00...Thank God for honest people 😀

Had a 10 yr old Admiral dryer not heating up. The guys helped me diagnose the issue. It was the timer switch. They had the part and fairly priced. Would highly suggest anyone that needs parts and great advice to stop in!

They were nice to deal with over the phone. They helped me try to diagnose the problem which ended up being a bad pump in my washing machine. When I went into the store they checked the pump I took out to make sure it was actually broken. After confirming it was broken they swapped the pump out of the housing for me.

Im giving them five stars for ONE SIMPLE THING: they had the furnace part I needed in stock, and, the price was not unreasonable.Most HVAC parts stores wont sell to the public and those I have found that do overcharge substantially, meaning, either you suffer in the cold for days while you wait for delivery, or, pay 3x as much.Not anymore, thanks to finding this store I know where to go to get the part I need the same day! Great experience and customer service! I was there this past Saturday and was looking for parts for an E-Wave Fridge. This brand of fridge no longer has any available replacement parts. Other stores advised me that the part no longer exists and that I should just replace fridge. I arrived and the staff was more than willing to help. Within a minute, they were able to find a similar part with the same specs. I installed shortly after and it works great. Thank you all again!

Washer timer went out. They ordered it for me & had it by 10:15 am the next day! Love the fact that there is still a personal, face to face, store to purchace at home DIY parts for appliances & such. Very knowledgeable! Used a handful of times in years past & so happy to see they are still around!! Amazon is NOT always the answer!!

Had the below experience at another location.Their website says customer service is the most important thing.. well that is false advertising. We needed the parts today and called to see if they had them in stock, they did, however the guy on the phone said “we close at 5:30, you have 21 minutes to get here”. I said okay, I am on my way now and will be there as fast as I can. I called at 525 to tell him I was just 2 minutes away, no answer. Pulled in to the parking lot, ran to the door, and it was locked, a guy smiled at me and walked in the back, I looked down at my phone and it said 5:31. Are you kidding me? I stood outside for a minute or two because I was in shock that he wouldn’t spend an extra what, five minutes to help me? I will never shop this chain again, nor will I ever recommend it. We found the parts on amazon and they are significantly cheaper. My advice, check amazon first. Side note, their website says they close at 6.

Hands Down!!! THE BEST APPLIANCE STORE AROUND!!! I compare them to about 5 in the Columbus area that I have had experiences with. The are very helpful, walk you through the things to check for and check your old parts if possible, These guys at this store in particular are the best at what they do. Called these guys, they double-checked to make sure I was ordering the right part. They had it in the next day for $84 and change out the door. It was worth the drive from Canal Winchester to deal them.

Thank you and Thank you for being such great guys. We have been customers for quite a long time and this time they went above the call of duty. I called to ask what time they closed knowing this is a holiday week and they were only open for another 15 minutes. I still didnt have the parts removed from the furnace but was sure it would only take a couple minutes. They told me they would be there until about 6:15 doing paperwork. I showed up at 6:22 and they sold me my parts. My furnace is working again and the house is warm. These guys know what they are doing and are always friendly. There arent enough stars to rate these guys.

I have been buying parts there for at least 15 years. They are so helpful. They have given me advice on diy videos and helping me trouble shoot. This should be the first place you call before a service call. Ive saved hundreds of dollars. Most fixes are fairly simple.

The light bulb in my GE microwave blew out, and I thought that the bench fee alone wold make it necessary for me to just go out and buy a new machine. But the repair cost was so reasonable that it blew me away. Also, I was delighted with the prompt, courteous and personable service. Im a first-time customer but I expect that I will be back the next time another appliance gives me trouble.

These guys unflinchingly go above and beyond any reasonable expectation of quality customer service. Ive even seen them pop up YouTube videos on their monitor, to guide customers through the parts installation process. I use them on a professional basis, they have never failed to meet my needs. Their genuine caring has actually left me scratching my head on more than one occasion, as its so far out of the norm in this day and age.

These folks represent everything that is fantastic about checking local first. They either have it or can get it really fast, prices are as good as Ive seen anywhere, they know what they are talking about and great customer service includes answering what questions they can. I have kept my washer and dryer running for many year with the help of this company and its amazing employees. I have had help diagnosing and fixing problems. Just today I was given a simple fix for my washer. I bought a replacement part in case the problem was more complicated. I was told to return the part if it was not needed. He was required to give me the simple fix. He could have taken my money and sent me on my way. I will be a always be a customer here and will send all my friends here. Thanx a lot guys.

Appliance Parts Center goes out of their way to help you resolve your problems ASAP.They will test parts you bring in or tell you how to test them yourself. This is amazing to me! They dont have any hidden agenda or desire to sell you parts you dont need - and they will tell you if the part is easily changed out by the average guy. This just baffles me in an industry where service companies are misleading, and charge $80 for each repeated visit and might not even fix the issue...

You can order (&pre-pay for) appliance parts to be picked up at later date (a few parts may be in stock). Prices are comparable to online stores with advantage here of customer service - theyll help you order the correct part so you avoid return/restocking fees.

They sometimes take a few minutes, but they always know what to try! Weve fixed a lot of stuff with parts from them. Super nice guys!

Bought new belts to fix the problem on my washing machine and the belts weren’t the problem like they said. Went to take the belts back for a refund and they wouldnt give me my money back. Bearded guy in there doesnt know his ass from a hole in the ground. Gonna order online from now on

Great place for DIY parts. Have a wide range of item to fix household appliances and even mechanicals like hvac and water tank parts. I do hvac work and stop by here for stuff sometimes. May cost a bit more then I can get wholesale but convenience is worth alot to me. Still good prices for any homeowner.

Arrived 10 min. before 6 (closing time)and the man was already locking up, but he did unlock and help me get a part. I turns out i didnt need that part and when i went to return it they wouldnt take it back. BEWARE OF NO RETURN POLICY. The man didnt tell me of the policy that if this wasnt the part i needed i cant return it. Rude, short, and obviously dying to leave early workers at this location.
