Stole my merchandise and my money. He is a thief!

Started out well. Cleaned and polished 3 or 4 pieces for me. But on the last piece charged 1000 dollars to fix and plate a delicate brass piece. When he came and dropped it off we were not happy with the result. Said he would come back tomorrow to pick it up and redo the piece. Said everything is 100 percent satisfaction guarantee. Took our money and never heard from him again. If I could do a zero star I would. The company is a scam. If you drive by the address the company isnt there. Totally ripped off.
