I have been a client and customer for 18 years and I have nothing but great things to say about Climate Control Heating and Air.This week my well aged AC finally died. I called And Ronnie was at my house with in an hour. He quickly identified a major issue with the unit in the attic. He gave me several options and quoted a very reasonable price. The next morning they were in my driveway ready to install the new system exactly at the time as promised. 3 hours later My home was cool and comfortable again. The price was great, the service was excellent.Just my opinion, but no need to look for another HVAC service provider!

The system wasn’t cooling our house. The serviceman did a great job of finding the leak, fixing it and replenishing our refrigerant. Didn’t take long. Resolved the issue same day I called. Grateful.

I came home from work yesterday and the house was so hot. The a/c was not cooling at all. Got up this morning dreading what I knew would be an ordeal. Called 5 or 6 companies -left messages. Then I called Climate Control, they actually answered the phone. Mr Ronnie came straight over. Took my unit apart, showed me part of what was causing the problem; turns you need to clean the coils once in a while...had no idea. He dug my hose from under dirt and leaves and cleaned my coils really well. He showed me readings both before and after- what a difference something so simple can make. He then added the coolant - it took quite a while, guess my unit had very little. The entire time, he was educating me since it was apparent that I knew nothing at all about maintenance. It was probably evident to him that I was in over my head a bit with this old house. I think he could have charged me much more than he did. Told me to call him if I had any further problems. What a blessing to a single struggling woman. He was very professional, courteous and kind. I could not ask for better service. If there were 10 stars I would give them. Thank you Mr Ronnie for turning what could have been a very difficult and frustrating day into a happy one! I have cold air yaaaaay!!!

This is probably the best, most responsive company we have ever dealt with. Our A/C went out and they were here within an hour of my call. Parts where on hand and fixed the issue in under an hour. This was the second time we had called them this year relating to two separate issues and each time was the same result. Highly recommend you give these guys a chance to solve whatever issues your having. Awesome company and great employees!!!

AC unit went out in August (hottest month of the year) and Climate Control came out the day I called and was able to install the new unit the same day; whereas, a few other companies gave me a two- week window.Excellent customer service, cost, and turnaround time. I will be using them again for any future needs and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!

Tim, the on-call tech, responded within 5 minutes to my call for emergency service. We discussed the problem and he was here within 20minutes. Pleasant and Professional especially considering the need to crawl around a 100 degree plus attic. Diagnosed the problem...replaced needed part and got AC running in short matter of time. Will definitely have Climate Control back for a complete system review and check-up. Truly a great company with considerate and polite staff.

My experience with this company was terrible. Melinda was very rude. Numerous of times I ask to speak with a manger or owner she refused. This company came out to my house 4 times within 3 months a/c still does not work as it should. However each time they came out the bill increased due to adding Freon, expansions valve, insulation and so on as they say. Saturday I call them 2x after hours trying to use their emergency line because my unit froze up. They still yet to return my call I would NOT recommend this company. But ultimately the choice is yours. Good luck

Climate Control is the absolute best! They go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I will not use anyone else. They are honest folks. Worked late and went the extra mile to make sure my unit was up and running on a cold night! Hats off to the whole team.

Our air conditioning went out at the beginning of the July 4th weekend. Needless to say, I was glad when Timothy arrived this afternoon.He found the problem, corrected it, and gave me helpful information. (When I contacted Climate Control, I asked if the serviceman could do the yearly maintenance while he was here.) Timothy made sure the coils were cleaned thoroughly when doing the maintenance and also took the time to explain things to me as I watched him work.My husband is a disabled veteran. He served in the Vietnam War, so it was a relief to have Timothy take such good care of us.I highly recommend him and will request him when it is time for next years maintenance.

Brian and the CCHA team have been our go to company for all HVAC services. They installed the original system (1998) that was a workhorse for 20 years. The new system they installed 2 years ago is also working wonderfully and I expect it to last just as many years. They are adding an additional air purifier to help keep us healthy by killing 99% of viruses, bacteria and even reduces lingering odors. Great company, team and products!

Dealt with Richard, needed to service and/or replace an aging system. Was able to have a new system installed within 24 hours in the middle of July which I imagine is their busiest time. They stated installing at 8 and we were cooling the house by 12. Great service and good prices by comparison.

Would highly recommend Climate Control Heating & AC. Buba was awesome and fixed the problem quickly. He gave a lot of helpful tips along the way. Being a young woman/new homeowner having zero knowledge on HVAC I was a little scared of being stirred the wrong way. They came and fixed the source of the problem for the best/cheapest solution! Would definitely use Climate Control again.

Most honest company I have used, being new to the area I called a few to come out for estimates for repairs/replace my unit. The others were anxious to sell me a new air conditioner, but they were able to get it up and running for a few hundred dollars, and were careful to let me know it will need to be replaced soon, I will definitely call them back when the time comes...Thank you for being honest

After being with out my AC for two days having Tim come out this morning to check out my heating and cooling system was a blessing . he very courteous and after explaining my units problem to him it didnt take him long to figure out / test and make the needed repair . very reasonable price and Ill be using Climate going forward thanks again Tim .

We have been a regular customer of Climate Control Heating & Air Conditioning for over 15 years. They continually provide prompt, professional care for our HVAC system. Our air conditioner was making a terrible noise and they came out within 45 minutes of our call, which was after their normal business hours. Ronnie, our Technician expertly diagnosed our problem and ordered the part overnight. The part was installed the next morning by 10:00, and our air conditioning unit is running perfectly again. I trust them for all my HVAC needs!

Excellent Service! Fantastic Company! Wonderful Employees! Terry was on call for the emergencies with my air conditioner that occurred during the weekend. He was very prompt and assessed the situations in an expert and professional manner. Knowing of my Fathers serious health issues, Terry and Brian installed a new air conditoning unit for our home on Sunday morning. They did an outstanding job. They checked everything out and made sure everything was perfect. I want to add that anytime we have had problems with our heating or air conditioning, Climate Controls expert technicians have always come to our home at a moments notice no matter whether it is a Friday night or the weekend. In other words, I give my highest recommendation to Climate Control for all air conditioning and heating needs. They are number 1 (i.e. the best) in my book.

Professional work

Company was called out to fix AC which was no longer working. Says they replaced coil (under warranty) and added freeon. Tried charging have over $900 and a week later it wasnt working. After multiple attempts to have them come back out to fix it, they refused unless we paid the balance of when they supposedly already fixed it! Company then started ignoring calls, sending statements with interest tacked on, and refused to ever send us proof or an itemization showing they actually replaced anything. Had AC fixed by another company and is working perfectly, they said if Climate Control did replace the coil they broke the TXV when doing so because they didnt take it out. $500 fix! Dont go to this company they will try to rip you off!!

Good service. I will use them again if ever I need service. Technician came on a Saturday and fixed the problem and only charged me for the service call.
