We hired this company to move my daughter. She scheduled a pick up from a storage unit to her home. Not only were they late but they claimed they could get her things from storage but couldn’t deliver that day due to “his drive time was up”. When they showed up the next day one of the men asked for Tylenol due to being hungover. We were not given a discount or an apology. Do NOT use this company.

We had the A+ of moving teams get us packed up on on e end of town and delivered safely to the other. Carlos, Desmond, Lewis. Tyrell, & Eric worked tirelessly. They took great care of every piece of furniture we owned and bubble wrapped it all well. They moved countless boxes and we had no problems with anything. These guys were so kind and friendly too.We 100 % recommend this moving company. Their pricing is fair and we were so pleased that they took such great care of us.

Chris, Branden and Tyrell did a great job of moving all of my stuff. They kept me informed about their process and what was needed to be done. I did not have any issues with them. I would recommend these three to others as well.They were on time and were able to go to both my storage and the second location to help move my things. They took really good care of everything as my marble table. One of the guys motto is treat the customers things as he would his grandma.

I did overall enjoy using them and I would use them again. Maybe I was naive, but cost about $500 more than I was expecting. Also next time I will have to be more explicit in my direction. I put all my things into storage and they didnt go from floor to ceiling when they packed it. Great guys! I totally enjoyed the experience.

The men were super nice nice, but that didnt make up for putting marked boxes in the wrong rooms and putting furniture backwards against the walls! Im a single woman and having to move heavy pieces to face the correct way, when I just paid extremely good money to have this done properly, was very upsetting. Then to also find several boxes in the wrong rooms, and I had to correct that also...jeez, I should have just unloaded the truck by myself, since I was already helping them and they still couldnt get it right. I wouldnt recommend working with this company period.

Technically, they did the move but I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They left a tarp at my new house (it’s still there btw) scuffed up walls, charged for every small thing ( tape, wrap and etc ) without telling us beforehand. We should’ve been made aware of each and every charge before the move started. A $300 move ended up being $600+ They tried to leave without putting our bed back together... they put furniture pieces in random boxes... sigh definitely NOT a quality moving company.

I was thoroughly disgusted with this company. I never received an estimate of the cost. When the team arrived I was told that one of the people could not perform the job. Therefore a job that should have been no more than 2-3 hours was pushed to almost five. When I unpacked that evening, I discovered that the workers had stolen my silver jewelry. I would never recommend them to anyone. I called the company and they acted as if theft is common with them.

The guys were in on time and very courteous. I don’t have one complaint. Thank you sooooooooooooo much for your help in making my first move my best move!!!

If I could give a negative rating I would.I was on the schedule for an 830 to 10 am arrival. At 10 I called to find out where they were. Dispatch told me where they were based on GPS. More than an hour away. Couldnt tell me why they were running late. Of course no one called either to say that there was a delay. Having decided that they had wasted enough time out of my day for nothing I cancelled.I have emailed twice since then to inquire about my deposit. I was there. They were not. I do not feel as though they deserve the deposit. So far no one has responded to me or even acknowledged me.Save your money and use someone else. These guys are a joke.The email address on their webpage is not active!!!

All three gentlemen on the moving team were professional, polite, and treated each other just as respectfully as they did me. It was a pleasure to hear how they spoke when communicating needs (Wheres this supply? Sorry to be in your way - youve got the load, you get the road. Would you like us to rearrange anything or empty your car of the boxes you brought before we leave?).They were punctual, efficient, dealt with my stress with welcome humor, always deferred to me rather than telling me where things should or would go, and thanked me for being thoughtful about keeping my pets locked out of the way and offering cold water. It all took less time than Id budgeted saving me hundreds! Thank you so much.

Company needs to be sued, they are scammers and over charge you. Emails sent out is to try and cover up for how you will be over charge, nothing is throughly explained and if you havent use a moving company how would you know to ask. Warning do not use this company very unprofessional, lies and they over charge. Sent company from greenville even though I live in columbia to charge me an extra 400 dollars, wrapped two small night stands charge me 60 dollars, quoted 1 price and changed it after I was showed it by the drivers. Total rip off and there company does not practice and pandemic precautions. 800 plus dallars to move less than a mile away and i packed my own stuff up.

The quality of the move was great but I wasnt happy with the hidden charges. I have never been charged for moving supplies, thats usually included. Also, I was told I would be the second move of the day. I figured the movers would get to me by 12noon. It was 3:15pm before the move started. My entire day was thrown off because of the late start.

I had a wonderful move, just some miscommunication in pricing. Once that was resolved the move itself was handle fast and efficient! Would recommend!!

I booked and confirmed a move two weeks ago thinking this company was local. Three days before the move they called to confirm and attempted to charge an additional $556 for travel time between Simpsonville (where they are actually based) and Columbia. When I refused to pay they cancelled the move leaving me hanging three days before the move. Completely unethical and misleading. They have a local address and phone number but are not local.

I hired All my sons moving company to provide services in Columbia SC on April 17, 2020. I received a phone call from the Columbia location to go over paying a deposit and that I will be charged 100/hr. From that point I had no contact from the location and no agreement or contract for services. There was also a bogus number for the location that just rang with no way to leave a VM. Finally I decided to drive out to the location located off shop road in Columbia to my surprise the location was closed. At this point I felt I was being scammed. It was not until 1 week prior to my move that I had to initiate a new quote online in order to speak to someone. I received a called finally from Dan (I believe thats his name) and I expressed how I felt that it was very poor customer service that I have had absolutely Zero contact with anyone regards to my move. He reassured me that it was legit and I am on schedule for 4/17/2020 at 9am. I advised that even though I am in a 2 bedroom apt that I alot of stuff to include heavy furniture and I reside on the 3rd floor and will be moving to the same community 2 doors down on the 3rd floor. On the morning of my move I received a call at 8 am from the movers advising me that they have arrived. Two men showed up and I looked at them and told them they would not be capable of doing this job. One hour later I talk to Dan who then advised me that a 3rd man would me more (my bad for not asking how much more ) but in my head Im paying 100 hr how much could it be. Mind you none of them wore mask during the move my friend and I made sure we had on mask during the move. The 3 movers proceeded to move my furniture by hand truck. My furniture was never loaded onto the moving truck and I say this now to set up for the ookie dook I got 3.5 hours later. Here we go the mover proceeds to bring a agreement that I should have seen prior to the move however it did not work that way. I was billed 786.00 for 3.5 hours of labor. I was charged 159.00 for a truck that traveled to my home to never to be used. I was never advised that i would be paying 129.00 an hour for 2 men which jumped to 159 an hour for 3 men. Additionally I was asked to write down my cc number on this form for payment in which I did not. I am over frustrated about this i have reached out to the corporate office on 5-13-2020 and spoke in length to Jessica Garza who advised that someone would reach out. As of today i have not heard from anyone. It is unfair that I am charged for the use of a moving truck that was never used also that I was not makde aware of the agreement until after the move. As a consumer I feel that I was taken advantage. I am one dissatisfied customer and I Do Not Recommend your services in Columbia SC uou are not upfront about pricing. Had a appointment paid a deposit and while waiting for the movers. I called to be told they were cancelled because they could not reach me ... Nobody called me they sent emails that didnt come thru right away when asked for a refund of my deposit I was told it was none refundable .... BAD SERVICE

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Nice until you sign the contract, then your hellish experience begins!.They UNDERQUOTE to get you to sign contract.Then OVERCHARGE for materials, time & labor.SLOW on front end of move. Wrapping furniture in slow motion to eat up time (raises your bill).Then hours to get to new location when it was only a 1 hour drive.UNLOADING DISASTER!REFUSED TO UNLOAD TRUCK until we paid in full ahead of time! (after inflating bill 400 more than the agreed upon quote).When we questioned SEVERE OVERCHARGES they threatened to leave with all our furniture still in their truck unless we paid it! We paid them in full.Very RECKLESS! Tossed items off truck to ground. Banged up furniture & walls & floors! We asked them to be more careful and they became obnoxious & ignored us. They were RUDE, SURLY, & ARGUMENTITIVE. They dropped F-Bombs constantly. Then, with HALF our belongings STILL on the truck, they DECIDED TO QUIT FOR THE DAY & tried to leave with our things! POLICE had to be called! There was a huge scene out front and finally they were made to bring the rest of out belongings inside. They kept sneering & making ugly comments to us as they spent the next hour just DUMPING & PILING everything in one room! They refused to carry the furniture into the rooms it belonged, just piled it all inside the front door!Later on we found they had actually SABOTAGED our items by deliberately pouring our cleaning supplies all over items inside the packed boxes! And we discovered they STOLE some of our more valuable items! I still am finding out things missing that I KNOW went on their truck but NEVER came off of it! THEIVES!The head mover was covered in prison tattoos & definately did not get rehabilitated. He was VILE. I truly pity anyone who hires All My Sons Movers.DONT SAY I DIDNT WARN YOU.THEY ARE MOVERS FROM HELL.Dont believe me? READ THEIR OTHER REVIEWS.I wish my spouse had read the reviews on them before hiring them.

All My Sons moved my furniture from Chesnee, S.C. to Sumter, S.C. They arrived on time, wrapped everything, loaded the items and drove to my storage unit in Sumter. There were four men and all were friendly, professional, courteous, caring and efficient. I have moved many times and this was by far the most positive experience of them all. The total cost matched the estimate and well worth the price. Although I hope not to be moving in the near future I would definitely use this company above all others.

I was scheduled for a morning move, deposit paid, date/time agreed upon.As it got closer to the agreed time on the morning of my move, nothing. I called to reconfirm and it was then I was asked if I could reschedule because of scheduling issues on their end. They called me back about an hour or so later and just flat out cancelled on me at the last minute. Not only was this a major inconvenience but it was also VERY unprofessional. I will NEVER look to this business for their services again.

Wow, awesome awesome awesome, from the very beginning when I called to set things up, staff was kind, knowledgeable and empathic. I had to change my appointment three times due to family and staff never got inpatient. Movers called exactly 30 minutes before arriving. John and Dustin were prompt and professional. Worked quickly and safely. They handled my belongings as though it was their own. I had car trouble and they gave me a Jumpstart and made my vehicle was running and ready to roll. At destination my day got worse John contact supervisor and they got me squared away. I cant say enough great things about All My Sons, I will recommend and use their services again.Thanks for everything John an Dustin and continued blessings.

I would not recommend them to anybody. I recently moved from Charleston to Columbia. Even though I had specifically written fragile on my china n glassware they dumped heavy stuff on top of it. When I was not looking they would dump everything downstairs upside down boxes where it said upstairs, broke the wheels of my suitcases and the pots to my plants. I am afraid to open my dinner set. The lid to my ceramic canister was broken as well. If I had noticed all these things I never would have tipped them. Calling and complaining would not help but I can warn others from any such experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is AWFUL. They did more standing around shooting the shi then they did anything else and I don’t know where thy learned how to pack but my 2 year old could’ve done a better job then they did. They showed up without any boxes and told me if I needed boxes I’d have to provide them, a moving company with no boxes, I mean seriously that’s like Dunkin Donutes having no donutes. Their management sucks abou as bad as they do, refused to call me back after saying they would do so and could’ve cared less about my complaints that I told them about. They charged us for things they didn’t use and damaged a lot of my stuff. These people need to be oh of business so please do not call them because you WILL regret it I promise. And the positive reviews they had I guarantee were people payed to write the or family members because nothing they said was even close to the truth.

We used All My Sons and could not believe the carelessness with which they threw our boxes around! We had a rain delay which caused a late night moving... One of our dining room chairs to a formal dining set was broken by one of the movers. To his credit he took a picture he took a picture to report it. Several art pieces and China were broken as well. All My Sons has said they will write us a check for $15.00!!!! Fifteen dollars for hundreds of dollars in damage they are responsible for!!! I will NOT use this company again for my next move!!!
