I have a 1988 FXRS and it is the only place I can get parts for my bike in stock. I normally do not give reviews, but the two bad reviews gave lame explanations. Terry is great and is very knowledgeable.

A guy recommended this place to get the bike worked on. Just called, they dont have a mechanic. The woman who answered was very pleasant to speak with but that flipped towards the end with I cant handle this. Im assuming she didnt know how to help. She mentioned some place either by or at the flea market. But failed to mention which one. Terry, he reccomend Thundertower. I gave 3 stars because of the woman failing to finish a sentence(not mentioning which flea market.) and her attitude with me towards the end. My husband and I just want whats best for the 2012 Heritage Softail.

Ive been there twice, unfriendly service both times. We were the only ones in the shop and it still took a couple minutes for them to listen to our issue. Refused to help with anything other than a Harley motorcycle and couldnt switch the tire on a rim we already removed from my Harley sporster.

Been going here for many years. You cant beat old school knowledge.
