Absolutely terrible! I ordered a brake kit from them, they sent me brake pads. The kit I ordered doesnt even come with brake pads. They seem to assume I didnt want what I ordered, offered zero resolution, zero help, and will not send the item I ordered. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! How hard is it to complete on online single item order! JUST SEND ME WHAT I PURCHASED! I do not want a refund, I want what I ordered! AVOID THIS SELLER!

Terrible communication after I had a fitment issue. Multiple calls, never answered phone. Sent 4 emails before one was replied to. Finally got a RS label after a 5th email. Sent the product back, and have yet to receive credit. It has been 7 weeks now. Price might be decent, but dont expect anything after the sale. Youve been warned.

I couldn’t leave zero stars! Ordered a prop on eBay. The wrong prop showed up...... through no fault of the seller. Called multiple times, NO REPLY. Sent emails, a return label was sent out. I returned the item, NO REFUND GIVEN !!! No answer from the seller. Now they have my money and the item I bought. NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE !!!! You’ve been warned

Theres no way to return an item once youve ordered it. No one answered the phone or call you back Ive been trying to reach someone for two weeks. No phone call no email back. Its like once you order something thats it. I measured my sterling cable how they said and it was wrong so its too short. Now I guess Im screwed out of my money and stuck with a cable I cant use. Dont order unless your absolutely sure its the right thing you want.

My wife and I bought a helmet for our son. We chose a similar size to the helmet we were borrowing, the two helmets were different brand but I looked at the helmet sizing chart. Helmet came very quickly, but was WAY too small. Contacted shade tree the customer service rep was knowledgeable and acted like he was sending out the return label immediately. Three more calls and a contact them email... mind you it has been OVER a month and we still dont have a return label! GUESS I KNOW BETTER THEN TO BUY ONLINE. Ill just pay extra at the local shop next time.Justin

Great place to buy all things pertaining to motorbikes, fourwheelers, etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful if they dont have it in stock they will get it. I purchased 2 of the matte black and gray CKX Flex helmets at a great price but it was during lockdown so they brought it to my vehicle when I pulled up. I went back today looking at some tires but as my bike is older there wasnt a matching set in stock but could order from another store they have and they would deliver. So far I like the place David is very helpful and there was a lady that was as well. Thanks for the great service and fair prices. I also bought a Flag and a Neoprene face mask today. Horrible customer service. My husband bought a Set of tires through ebay and only received 3 of the 4. We have tried contacting them numerous times and no one answers the phone. We have even left voicemails and no one answers back. They told us they were going to reach out to fedex to find out about the tire and i have talked to fedex multiple times. Each time they tell me they are waiting to hear from the sender.

My order was missing parts so when I contacted them they seemed very nice and genuine. Was going to send a return label to swap out the parts. emailed them multiple times and called as well. Over two weeks later I still never got that label. Very quick to take your money but definitely take their sweet time when its their mistake. One of the worst experiences Ive had to deal with shopping online in a very long time. Wish I had seen their reviews before I purchased through them. Beware and go somewhere else to give them your hard earned money.

Beware – This is the same Shade Tree Power Sports store and online business that went through bankruptcy in Ohio and then moved to Tennessee. The past service and product delivery is unreliable. I bought and paid for a product and service in 2017 and then kept getting weekly excuses for why they could not deliver. Finally after seven weeks, I canceled the order and asked Michelle at the store for a refund. I went to a different store and had the product and service in three days. I hope the change of location will somehow improve the management but it is the same owner.

Purchased a Kimpex product through ebay November 2018. A small part broke off the first or second time I used it. Kimpex said warranty issues go through dealer. Emailed them March 2019 and they said theyd take care if it. Then no response. Followed up via email May 13. No acknowledgement or response. Same email again May 27. No response. Same again June 25 this time expressing my opinion of their customer service. Got a response - ..looks like it was on backorder. Its now mid August and still nothing. There are a lot of options for internet based sales.... I would advise that you avoid these people.

I bought a rear windshield for my john deere gator .I understood it would fit for sure . it did not .it was going to cost to much to return .never again

I bought a motorcycle tire online from them a couple days ago. The tire arrived with sidewall damage. I dont understand how this passed inspection. Truly unacceptable and disappointing service.

Service and returns is the WORST; purchased 2 solar dock lights, neither worked. Have contacted Shade Tree 1/2 dozen times, they do not answer their phone or call you back,,, be very cautious when considering buying from them,, its really too bad their service is soooooo bad
