Super nice people I was there for service I ran into a salesman outside Ben he didnt question anything he didnt try to put any pressure he sent me right to the service guy I needed to talk to Anthony he was super cool straightforward while I was waiting on him they even gave me some strawberry cake that one of the parts ladies made homemade I wish I knew her name I think I want to marry her. I certainly be back there.

Went there on recommendation from my BIL to buy a used bike. The hardest part was making a decision there were so many bikes that I liked. I worked with Neely who was patient with my indecision and helped me get a great price. The transaction was smooth. They financed in house at a good rate and even had insurance before I left the store. I am not sure how much better this could have gone.

Absolutely phenomenalI found a bike I liked online, never having been to Capital City I was skeptical about a dealer, only ever having purchased from an individual. Once I get there the following day, the bike was on hold for another buyer, no big deal I knew it was a dealership. I spoke with Frank Ward who was beyond the perfect salesman to meet. He took his time, listening to what I was looking for, including price and needs where he pointed me to the 2016 Electra Glide I ended up buying. They gave a competitive trade in value and streamlined the entire process. I realize that there’s not a “Frank Ward” at every dealership but he broke the mold on stereotypical salesmen. When the time comes to upgrade for newer, i will not hesitate to return here! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!I would like to mention though, their “detailing” of bikes after purchasing could use an improvement, a revamp or just a clean rag. It honestly looked worse after the “detail”

Stopped by this place to look around and found a used seat that Ive been wanting but it took the extremely rude parts lady forever to get me a price and when I said it was too much she said yeah well and three her hands up at me. All that was unnecessary. The salesmen seemed nice and multiple asked if I needed help while waiting. Just unfortunate it ended that way. Likely lost my business forever.

Filled out credit application a week ago andnpulled credit and they have never called me back about anything i was looking to purches a newer bike i used them 3 years ago and they were ok but they will lie to you to get you to come down there and then tell you som3else when you get there JUST BE VERY CAUTIOUS when you are purchasing from them and if there is a problem with the bike when you get home they will not stand behind it

Associates lied about the financing option that I was using and about having the bike that they promised me that they would have when I got up there it was already sold and they try to get me to do something else and then tricked me into signing a lease when I was trying to do a the loan option

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Horrible service and they sell motorcycles that have many issues. My dad bought a motorcycle from them on Friday, and the only time he rode it was on the way home. The next day, there is a puddle of gasoline in the garage from where the fuel line has leaked. We decided to take the motorcycle back on Monday(only waited that long because it was an holiday weekend). On the day we went to return it, the battery was dead, even though we had been told they had just put a new battery in it before he bought it. Once the battery was charged and the motorcycle was brought back to the store, they were only willing to buy it back for a $2000 loss to my dad. They wouldn’t explain why they weren’t willing to give him closer to the original purchase price. Seems crazy to have to pay that much for a motorcycle that was only rode from the store and back and already had issues when it was bought. He will definitely never go back to this store.

I had a great experience here. Neely was great did whatever he had needed to ensure I got the street glide I wanted. it was a bittersweet day leaving my cbr but after 1k on the glide glad I did it. Awesome dealership and an awesome staff!Dont let someones experience keep you from having one of your own.**UPDATE**After one year, I found out I was outright lied too and deceived! I was told this would help build my credit long and behold it was never even reported to the bureau. Theyre bikes are OVERPRICED. I suggest you find your own financing. The horror stories are true. Dont get roped into a lease since they dont like traditional loans. I was told that wasnt even an option. I was told not to call Harley Davidson because I wouldnt get approved!! ALL LIES Save your time and headache down the road, bring your own financing or just go to Harley themselves. Dont deal with snake oil sneaky salesmen. Ones that wont fight to get you what you want. They wont even give you a call back when they figure theyre done trying. I was waiting for over a week, walked into Harley Davidson got it done and on a 2020 in under 24 hours! I was a customer and thought Capital City and Neely did me justice they did not! Dont find out later when you really need it to count!✌🏿

Great customer service

Treated my husband badly. Made him wait forever so he didn’t have time to ride it first. Dead battery & gas leak. Found out it was too much for a 71 year old. Closed for the weekend. Took it back Monday morning and they only wanted to give him $3500 instead of the $5500 he paid on Friday. Too bad there is not a Lemon Law in SC for motorcycles. Battery no good and don’t know why it’s leaking gas. Trying to resell ourselves. Would of gave zero stars but you had to push on one to be able to review.

DO NOT TRUST THESE CROOKS! You have been warned. They sold a truck with a bad transmission and did not disclose it at the time.After the truck was driven off the lot and the transmission went out within a couple days of use, they refused to take it back or fix any problems of lemon that they sold us.Dishonest sales people. Horrible customer service 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 RUN!

AWFUL Service, past off to 3 salesmen, and we had a deposit on a bike there. Trading a clean bike with title and CASH. NO ONE had time for us. Didnt explain ANY DETAILS OF THE BIKE WE PURCHASED AFTER 6 HOURS THERE. Drove out of parking lot and handle bars fell. Would Love to hear from the owner. But sure I wouldnt. BEWARE

The people are great and friendly enough and will get you on a bike but only for their selfish reasons, they don’t tell you such things as renters fees that literally double the price you are paying for the bike that they quoted you. They do not report to the credit bureau because they don’t have to when you are renting the bike. Now you are stuck in a 4 year lien term that isn’t helping your credit and paying twice as much as they quoted. Don’t do, go somewhere else.

I did give them a five star, but found out that everything these people said was a LIE..You cant lower your payment like they said. People please beware of this place. Very shady business. Save your money and go to a real Harley dealership.

Just rode my 2018 Street Glide from Capitol City to the house. My second bike I’ve bought here. They can work just about any deal and they showed me that . Two years ago my credit was under par but they were able to get me on a 2013 heritage and get me in the wind . Since I have reestablished my credit and was able to trade up to a 2018 street glide. Pay your bills stay in school and these people will take care of you . If your reading this your on the site . Find your bike send Mike a email and they TCBThanks to the whole Team !

I want to share two exceptional employees at this shop. Ryan and Savannah. Even though I did not purchase my new bike from them they where so incredibly helpful and professional during my visit. Ryan’s personality is one that when you see him you feel like you are meeting with an old family member. I came in with no real knowledge of what I was looking for and he helped me narrow down my search and helped me find out exactly what I was looking for in my new bike. Savannah was incredibly kind and had a personality that absolutely lit up the room! She helped me with my options and even offered to line everything up so that I could ride away that day! Went in on Saturday. They were slammed. The bike we wanted was sold. Our sales rep Ryan did an amazing job. He found another bike we loved. Stacy our paperwork person was amazing. She did all the work and never once was rude to us. She acted like we were her only customers of the day, when clearly we were not. Best personality ever. The entire staff was awesome. They are really busy, but have the most wonderful staff ever. Had a great experience here purchasing my first bike from them, but now have tried to work on trading my bike in a getting another one from them but have had no success in being able to talk with the salesman except that he would call me back and never did call me back so with that I have decided to goes else where to do my business,use to recomend this place to every one that I knew was in the market but I dont think so any more.

Friendly staff. Very helpful . If you want it they most definitely have it. Parts and accessories. Knowledgeable staff. Showroom full of bikes ready to go. Also they have card, campers, boats and trailers. You just gotta stop by and check it out. Not on Sundays though it a day of rest.

Would not recommend again bought my first bike didnt even make it a mile back tire locked up then they say they 100 percent looked over it well started happening again so I let one of my guys look at it well hard to say you looked at somthing and the break booster is empty the back tire is completely dry rotted called and ask them if theyd work with me on a tire and they tell me 260 for 1 when when cycle gear has the set for 120 there qa joke

Absolute scam of a dealership. Bought a boat from Tim and it had issues off the start once I brought it home. Was assured that they would help cover cost of the problems it had (broken motor mounts, jet plugs, the list goes on...) after getting the receipts to them I’ve yet to hear a word from them. On top of that they financed my boat through another boats VIN so the payments looked good on paper, once the credit union caught it they assured me again they would help fix the lemon they sold me if I signed; so I made a contract saying nothing was to go through until it was fixed or they could have the boat back. They went ahead and put my paperwork through and still have not heard anything after several calls and emails. If your looking to buy a new or used toy I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using some place else to avoid any issues they try and cover up just to make a “sell”. Trust me. Brandon (manager) wouldn’t give me the contact to the actual owner. This place isn’t ran on integrity so if you’re buying anything at all seek out your options but definitely don’t trust anything they tell you.

I just bought a bike from here today. I was told that the bike had never been wrecked or dropped. Well after they received the check I noticed some damage on the left side of the bike that I didnt notice before because there was no inspection done. When I was leaving to go to the bank I was told that one of the workers was going to take me to the bank to pick up my check..... oh I think the hell not. I was not getting inside of a vehicle with some random man. That seemed a little crazy and they almost lost a sale. I was not happy at all with the service. I feel like they were very dishonest about the bike because they obviously knew that the bike was damaged. It was more about how the situation was handled and less about the damages but on a more positive note, I really think it is a good bike and Tim helped as much as he could with making me feel comfortable. I would suggest that if anyone goes to purchase a bike from them, please ask for Tim because I think he is sincere about what he does. If not double check everything twice.
