This is a very smart looking store. Ron is friendly and really knows vacuums. Wide selection of vacuum cleaners including Sebo and Riccar and lots of other floor care products too. If you need to replace or service your vacuum cleaner, this is the place to go.

Went in looking for replacement wheels and the Vacuum Etc staff delivered! Helpful, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. Definitely will return next time I need a vacuum or for service on my vacuum.

Great experience. I took my Riccar Vacuum Dinosaur in for an emergency! Ron took one quick look hit the reset and explained what was going on. He is extremely knowledgeable of the past, present and future of vacuum cleaners. Such a friendly environment. I highly recommend it for repair or if it’s time to lay your dinosaur to rest. The best thing I can say is owner is very nice. Other than that I was disappointed in the services. I called ahead of time and was told $39 for my cordless vacuum. Upon arrival, owner apologized and said the guy who answered the phone shouldve asked if I had a Dyson because those were harder to clean and would be $69. Okay.... not what I was expecting, however I was already there. Then he gave me a receipt that said it would be ready by the following Monday. I called late Monday and a different guy answered and said it had not been done yet and it wasnt on his list of items to clean that day. I called back Tuesday and it still wasnt cleaned but was told I could pick it up Thursday (who can wait this long to vacuum their home anyways). I couldnt pick it up Thursday because I was going out of town that day for Labor Day weekend. I finally picked up the vacuum after my trip (he showed me how clean everything was) only to get home and discover once I disconnected the roller brush/power nozzle, that it had not been cleaned on the inside where it attaches to the long tube. Also, the bottom still had dirt fuzz balls in it that shouldve been cleaned out with something like a q-tip, in my opinion. I dont have time to take it back up there and wait a long time to get it back, so I will just clean that part myself. Pretty disappointed for a $75 total charge with taxes for cleaning. Im not one to normally write reviews but this whole situation really frustrated me.

Absolutely gorgeous store. You’d never know it was a place bring your vacuum to be repaired. I love their Lampe Berger scents—they always have so many. If you want a top notch vacuum that will last and expert advice about what you need to best clean your home, go and visit.

Fixed my beloved Baby Lock, AND they were super fast, AND they are very nice people!!!I thought my Baby Lock was dead. No way would I take it to Triangle City where I have been both overcharged AND treated like dirt. I thought I would give Vacuums-Etc in Irmo a try. I am so glad I did!Fixed in one day - probably wont always be the case, but at Triangle City it was a wait of 2 weeks last time it was serviced, and huge pressure to just buy another more expensive machine. 1 day!!! They even carried it out to my car. Lord knows Triangle City didnt even do that when I bought it from them.This is my new go-to business for my sewing machines and serger. I am going to take knives and scissors to get them sharpened.

I am making mask for my sons ER department at the hospital and my brand new Singer sewing machine locked up. Took here and the owner was there. Fixed it while I stood there and I was out the door in 10 mintues. The owner wa so nice and very knowledgeable. I cant say enough great things about this place.

I would 100% recommend these guys! I brought my Dyson into them and was told theyd call me back with a free estimate by the end of the next day. They called me the next morning with the estimate and also told me my vacuum would be ready by 2 pm. When my vacuum initially broke I was upset thatd Id have to go out and buy a new vacuum. Less than 24 hours later I have my vacuum back that looks brand new and is working like new. If you have a vacuum problem Id go see these guys before doing anything else! 5 stars ++!!

Dyson vacuum was just clogged in several areas and they got it working again... could have said it was a number of things, but he was honest and got it done in about a week.
