We stopped in on a recommendation from a friend... and so glad we did! Wasnt sure what to expect. Its a small place compared to some of the Bigger Chain Restaurants ... this was Awesome Authentic Mexican food! Coctel de Camarrón, Taquitas de Mexicana, and Quesadilla de Camarrón. Fresh, Tasty & a Great Value! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

This place stunk so bad. And nobody tried to help us. We are American we speak English they refused to speak English to us and wouldnt take our order instead they acted like they didnt understand us. Why have a business in America if you cant speak English? Also there were bugs (roaches crawling on the counter around the tamales) nasty nasty place. I only gave it a 1 because I had to. I walked out we didnt eat here and will never be back

Tacos de tripa crunchy like my mom used to make. Pupusas they are not not really a curtido nor the sauce. But good. Nachos need a pico de gallo and beans to make it worth it. Almost mexican the way I hoped.

I ordered the fajitas had to wait 45 minutes after I called in the order, felt very uncomfortable while I waited because there wasnt any place to sit down. When my order came I was happy and left, when I got home I realized that they forgot my tortillas. I ordered a lot of fajitas and got zero tortillas. What is up with that?
Food is always good & inexpensive and the staff are very friendly However, if you know very little Spanish you might want to take a friend with you then knows how to speak it! I highly recommend the place. A great little hole in the wall for some really good authentic Mexican food and grocery shopping!
The taste of the vegetables was bland. No flavor. The hot sauce was watered down. There was hardly any sour cream to speak of on my plate. I will never have a reason to go back again.
Quite authentic. You have to step through the grocery store to get to the restaurant section. We could hear them cutting the meat in the back -- thats fresh! Not like the typical gaudy Mexican places -- and that might be off-putting to some, but we liked it and our food was tasty.
The food is good, service is good, but the servers English is sometimes difficult to work with. Not difficult enough for me to stop coming, though

Best authentic Mexican food in Columbia. Don’t be afraid of the location or the fact that it’s tied to an ethnic grocery store. That is all the more reason to try this place. Don’t order the things your recognize from other Mexican restaurants - that’s there “American” menu. Order a la carts - their tacos are so good.
Great Mexican food in a comfortable atmosphere. My waitress was very friendly. I had tacos and cheese dip. Nachos were hot and fresh. I will definitely return for the lunch buffet.

Enter thru the store entrance and you will swear you just travelled to Mexico. The aroma of the groceries, and the brand of true Mexican goods. Just go a few more steps and you are in the restaurant. The food is fantastic and authentic.. They have real cokes. It wound be helpful if you can speak their language, however it made like me feel like I had just gone to Cancun for lunch. Enjoyed my wonderful, plentiful portions and very quick attentive ladies to get your order. One server has tried to get me to pronounce the dish correctly. Geat food

Well I went for breakfast chorizo and eggs were good I order coffee but it was hot chocolate and I order some fried potatoes but they were French fries

Big servings, very filling not much taste.. refried beans,& rice come with the meal.. It was alright for hungry folks but dont expect a lot of flavor.. Enjoyed looking thru the store, seeing mexican peppers and foods, utensils from Mexico.
Food was terrible and expensive. Totally not worth my time. The restroom was so dirty, I gagged when opening the door. Overall a bad experience and well find better Mexican food.

Food was good, but that owner guy hovered over us the whole time making my wife and I very uncomfortable. He was very stingy with the tortillas. My wife and I bought the fajitas for two and he gives us 3 tortillas. 3! I told hime zi needed a few more and he actually charged me an extra dollar. Screw this guy. Bad business if you ask me. Ill never go back.

At first I was happy to dine at this establishment my wife and I had been looking forward to it as we had never been to this Mexican restaurant. I heard that the food was good. Well, the food wasnt the problem, it was the service.. The owner came to meet us and seem friendly at first, we placed our order ordered the appetizer of cheese sauce and ordered the fajitas in the quesadilla. The food came, everything looked good,but the cheese sauce was very watery and very very small like maybe 5 tablespoons worth for $5! also the fajitas only come with three small small tortillas and if you ask for more they charge you a dollar! I mean if you order fajitas for $12 for one order, I expect that they would come with at least four or five tortillas not just 3! I will never dine there again. When I asked the owner about this he snarked at me. Terrible customer service. Thanks.Update: I just tried it again after years of not going. I ordered the fajitas and chili relleno. I didnt think to check for tortillas. Low and behold, when I got home there was no tortillas with my order. Zero!!

No exaderation when I say they have the best lengua tacos and jorchata that Ive had since I visited my family in Mexico. Authenticity 10, food 10, service 10, even with the language barrier she knew what I wanted before I ever asked. And when your finished, grab some pan dulce on your way out. And the service was fast. Cant go wrong. Wish I had a picture but Ill be back for more. You have to try them.
