Had to recommend this place to family and friends after me and my husbands experience! We were in the market for a new mattress, and decided to visit this location, so glad we did. Robert Davidson has outstanding service, great product knowledge and does not hover. We finally decided on a Beautyrest Black X-Class Medium. Weve already been back to purchase a pillow after our first visit, but I have a feeling it wont be the last. Cant thank Rob enough for his help.

Robert was very knowledgeable about different types of mattresses. Good variety for you to try and they have the main traditional name brands, Serta, Beauty Rest and my favorite, Stearns and Foster. Great customer service and I look forward to doing business with them.

I just wanted to say how pleased I was with a recent purchase we made at this store. My girlfriend needed a new mattress so we went in not knowing what to expect as it had been awhile since either of us purchased a mattress. We ended up with a Sealy Hybrid and we absolutely love it! Robert was our sales person and we both appreciated his non-aggressive approach. He educated both us and we believe the mattress was sold for a great price. Also, the delivery team were extremely professional. All around good experience!

For Christmas, I wanted to help my parents get a new mattress so I traveled up from Charleston to meet them and let them try some out. We tried a few different stores but we were not happy with the pushy nature of most of the sales people we encountered. We finally landed at Michaelis and worked with Robert. Huge difference. He made it all very simple and got us set up for delivery much quicker than expected. From the sales process to the delivery, we were extremely pleased. I will be in need of a new mattress soon and I wish there was a Michaelis in Charleston.
