These folks have personal service that I highly recommend! They have went out of their way many times to see that our orders are complete and in good order. If they don’t have it- they send us where to find it - and they offer us suggestions along the way that many times can save time and money! We tried the other guys - but their service sucked compared to Danny and his team of good ole folks!

Wife called for a roofing issue that needed fixing and was given a number to be their roofer or contractor or whom ever it may have been. When we called Saturday and the roofer said he would save our number and call back on monday to schedule a time for an estimate. He never called, and we called back on tuesday (today) the man was rude, and we were told it wasnt really worth his time, and claimed he was trying to help save us money because his fee to come out would be more than what the cost of the job would be. So he was effectively wasting our time to save us money. With a beam potentially needing to be replaced and a hole in my daughters ceiling we do not have time to waste. Never recommending this company to anyone.

Ordered some metal, picked out the color from their samples book and took delivery today. They ordered the wrong color and when I called back to see what could be done the woman I spoke with said I made a mistake and there was nothing I could do about it except sell me some paint at $20+ dollars for 9 oz. I guess they want to make another $800 in paint. Yes I did make a mistake. Should of never done business with this company. Now I will have to color match and paint.

Excellent people

Needed to return some lumber not used on job and was offered in-store credit. When I told them I wanted my money back only then was I told they would charge me 15% to return the unused lumber. Not pleased with this.

The actual roof was great, but their customer service is seriously lacking. I would never do business with them again.

Called ahead, as its a bit of a drive, and they said they had the metal i needed in stock, but when i arrived they claimed they did not. They decided to double-check and found some. I waited 45min while the yard worker unsafely banged metal sheeting around with the forklift (damaging much of it) and unburied the metal I needed only to inform me that that particular metal would have to be purchased at full length and cost more per foot than if i ordered the exact length I wanted ($60-70 difference). I ordered the metal, something that could have been done on the first phone call, and went home after a 2hr ordeal empty handed and my project delayed by two weeks.Update: after ordering the metal, they ordered the wrong color even though i provided the manufacturer color name, code, and a swatch to reference. After driving to pick it up and learning the mistake they refused the provide me the metal pieces they unburied in our last encounter as a consolation and wanted to charge me again to order the right color. Only after being firm with them and threatening to reverse charges through my credit card company did they comply and cut the metal for which I waited another 30 minutes.
