I would highly recommend Bright city lights. We ordered two ceiling fixtures from them, had a small problem with one of the boxes that they came in and they made it right immediately. I didn’t have to complain,I simply told them what happened and they said “oh let me take care of that”. I won’t ever buy light fixtures anywhere else

Wonderful customer service!!!They did not have what I was looking for (no one does really; it’s pretty foreign) but they did their best to help me search for what I need and event sent me a link to help expand my search! Their store is super cute and very welcoming! I will definitely be going back to look for more accessories from them! Thank you ladies!!!

The staff is friendly, super knowledgeable, and I had the most amazing customer service experience with them. When they say they stand behind their products, they mean it.I recently called the store from my home where I couldn’t get our five year old ceiling fan to work. After describing the problem to Becky, she walked me through a number of steps to figure out what was going on. When we determined the fan needed a new part, Becky asked where I lived and showed up at my house 15 minutes later with the part! It was an unbelievable experience in the most wonderful way. We don’t live in a time where people go the extra step and my experience with Bright City Lights is that they always go the extra step.I really appreciate people who know their stuff and Becky and the staff at Bright City Lights know their lighting. They’ve certainly earned my business for our ceiling fans and interior/exterior lighting needs. They totally stand behind their products with no hassles!I recently had the opportunity to drop in their new store in downtown Columbia and it’s very nice. They’ve also expanded their inventory to include accessories and gift items. I will definitely be shopping there for gifts now as well as lighting!

Staff was very knowledgable and acknowledged us when we stepped in the door. Nothing worse then when you want to talk to someone to ask a question and no one is there or you have to search a store for help. Not the case here, their employees were all very quick to help or ask us if we needed anything and offered actual suggestions. They werent pushy to try and get you to buy a certain item, rather helping you decide what fits best in your space. Pricing is good for the quality you get.

I recently purchased new lighting as a gift for my sister. Bright City Lights helped explain the differences in the 2 styles of lighting I was interested in. They had so many styles to choose from, but they helped me make an informed decision. The cost was affordable and the customer service was top notch! My sister was thrilled with the new lighting. I would recommend Bright City Lights for all your lighting, fan and home furnishing needs.
