We are new homeowners and our tank was very low on gas. Their response time and customer service were second to none. They were able to come out the same day, out of concern for us to have heat. My representative was William sparks and he was not only exceptionally friendly and efficient but great at what he does. Highly recommend!

William scheduled me for Oct 12th and was here on time. He moved my old tank where I wanted it, and got new one installed quickly. Mike the gas truck driver, showed up same day and got me filled up. Everything ran like clock work. Mike and William did a wonderful job.

Switched my propane service to Holston Gases, Columbia last week. They have been a long time provider of industrial gases, and began providing the same great service to residential propane users this year. What a pleasure to work directly with people who care and whose goal is total customer satisfaction. My prior provider had been steadily raising prices last couple years (almost 50% over Holstons), and customer service relegated to a call center. I had held off transferring thinking it would be a great pain, but it was as easy as just asking Holston for help, then notifying my old provider. William was out last week, transferred my remaining gas from old rental tank into brand new rental from Holston, moved old tank out of way to location for old provider to pick it up, and connected new tank. Two hours later, Holston driver showed up and finished filling my new tank with propane at $2.49 a gallon vs the $3.49 my old provider was quoting. What a pleasure to deal with people who care and are proud to help. Thank you Holston.

Ive dealt with a variety of propane providers here in the Columbia area, and they were all awful. Holston Gases has been punctual, polite and efficient, best experience Ive had in the area. If you need a propane supplier switch to Holston in Columbia.

You never know what it is like to have a 1) live person to work with 2) deal with someone locally and 3) receive excellent service until you have been to Holston Gas! Stay away from the big guys (AMERIGAS) who you will never get a response from.

Hands down the best customer service and quickest response! Saved us multiple times in a pinch. We won’t be calling anyone else!
