I’m not sure who the assistant is that takes appointments but she needs to do her job better. I booked an appointment 2-3 months in advance due to their availability being extremely limited. Normally when booking, the company is supposed to accept the groupon certificate upon arrival not at the time of booking. This company redeemed my certificate before even providing a service. I have never had that happen before and that is not in Groupon’s policy. They did not confirm my appointment or send a reminder knowing they booked me nearly 3 months in advance and when I called to reschedule they tried to charge me $25. It is 2020, why don’t you all have a scheduling system that reminds clients and customers of their appointments? We live busy lives too. Good customer service is making sure your clients have a trouble free experience. I have NEVER booked with a salon or spa that didn’t send confirmations or reminders. It’s a minor task. Do better. Thank goodness Groupon refunded me.update: I’m glad to see you all think it’s okay to talk to your customers however. Maybe you all don’t need to accept Groupons if you can’t keep up with notifying people who spend money at your facility. Accept customer feedback and do better! But clearly that seems impossible for you all. I’m sure if I had this issue others will begin to as well & I hope others see your response and that deter them from booking. As you can see my time was wasted as well, clearly you value money over positive customer-experiences. Well congrats, not only did you all waste an appointment but you lost money from my refunded groupon as well. Hope you learn from this experience. Good day.

I scheduled a 60 minute deep tissue massage that I purchased on groupon. The staff was professional and courteous.They are well prepared for COVID19 restrictions. The massage therapist did an excellent job. They offer a variety of services from massages to include the infrared sauna. I will return for a second visit.

Went to this place for a colonic and the lady apparently missed calculated the price of everything even using a calculator waited a week and called me to say she made a mistake and expected additional money. Well not ever return here and will not recommend

I had a Spa Party with seven of my friends and myself. The services was great just a little unorganized. I thought there was going to be a male massage therapist. But nonetheless we still had a great time and I will be back for my monthly massages. Some of my friends even sign up for the package deals, and some of my co workers are requesting a spa day. Very clean, smells good, friendly knowledgeable staff. They offer many services here, I believe I just happened to do one that was not the best choice for me. I did the V-Steam with a friend, the concept just was a bit weird for me, I guess I dont have any understanding. We sat on a stool type thing with a hole in it, a burner that heats water and herbs underneath it, and this giant curtain like thing was draped around our body and the entire stool to trap the steam. We sat over the steam for what felt like 30 minutes. The water was heating up while we sat so it seems it didnt get hot enough until it was close to be over. And also, I repositioned myself to try and open the vaginal open to ensure steam actually went inside. I guess that is what the steam was supposed to do, go inside the vagina. Overall, I would give them another try for other services but I wont do the steam again. Because two of us went it cost us $61+ a piece.

I got good service at first. I signed up for a monthly program and when i fell on financial difficulty I was billed 1500 for a colonic i never even got and then my credit was affected twice by two different companies both claiming the debt.Now the debt has doubled to 3000 wow this isnt fair no matter how you look at it.

I have been using back to essentials holistic WellCare services for 6 months now and would definitely recommend that you try it out. From Chiropractic care, Foot Detox and V-Spa. There is something here that can assist you with your WellCare needs. After recently experiencing irregular menstruated cycles, I tried the V-spa package. To my surprise, and I was skeptical, my cycle has started back normally.

I was looking to get a foot detox and saw where Bare Essentials offered far more. My daughter and I received the ear candling services and it was awesome. The foot detox was great as well. My daughter who is 12 had some complications and I booked a colonics and it worked wonderfully. I had one as well and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I also purchased the activated charcoal, probiotics, electrolyte water, colon cleanse and chiroflex. Ill be back soon. The staff is knowledgeable and polite. Love Ms. Goodwin and Ms. Sylvia!! These people have nasty attitudes, they steal, and not to mention very unprofessional especially the owner !!! I called on Wednesday (February 28th) to get an appointment for that Saturday (March 3rd) for a $75.00 service and I was told that I had to pay a $25.00 deposit and I said ok and then on that Thursday morning I received an email from my bank that showed Back To Essentials had taken $162.00 out of my account unauthorized. I was upset and confused so I called back to the business and Sylvia answered who was the same person that I had talked to on Wednesday to schedule the appointment and she proceeded to tell me that she thought I wanted the special and it was going to end on that Wednesday so she took it upon herself to charge my card so now Im livid and ask to speak to the manager because I couldnt believe it and the owner Claire gets on the phone and gets an attitude with me for reporting that they had taken money out of my account Unauthorized . The owner stated what did I want her to do about it and I said refund my damn money and she said well what about your appointment and I said do you think I would trust yall to do a service on me and you just stole from me and then she said omg Ill refund your money and hung up the phone in my face ... So please be very careful of trying to do business with these people !!!! And I did get my money back but it was two days later and by it being the first of the month and with my mortgage and other bills coming out of my account it made me even that much more upset because I dont have hundreds of dollars to spare on the first of the month for someone elses unlawful greed.. Dont Trust Them !!!!!!!!!!
