I walked into the store wanting to rent a violin and was quickly helped out by Chris, a member of the staff. He got me set up with a violin and everything necessary for a beginner. Great service, would recommend to a friend.

The place is so nice and so are the peole. Everyone is really friendly and they work well with you if you need to change your lessons. Definitely always going to come back

I was given one due date ON MY CONTRACT the day of signing only have to changed WITHOUT notification causing a late fee and throwing off my entire budget for the end of the month when the payment came out. Customer service was zero help because the damage was done on my end and could NOT be rectified with an apology and a $9.00 credit. As soon as I find a different company to rent or purchase from I will be giving this thing back, IF I cannot convince my daughter to drop band. Yes, I am so frustrated with this company that I want her to drop band to not give them anymore of my money... Terrible business right out of the gate! I DO NOT recommend! I will NEVER do business with this company again! EVER!

The best store for an instrument, i played the clarinet and when we bought it,the instrument was in good condition and they have great costumer service unlike other music stores.
