Great job! We loved the look and the quality of the quartz we ordered from IWS Granite & Marble (via Lowes) and the guys that installed it were fantastic, Javier made sure everything was to our satisfaction with an infectious smile! The guys that did the installation really showed pride in their workmanship. We definitely would/will use them again and ask for the same guys that installed these ones. In the pictures you will see the IWS quartz countertops in our new cabin, paired with the RTA Forevermark Townsend Gray cabinets we bought from Kabinet King and put together ourselves.

Our experience with IWS was a very good one. They made the process of choosing and installing the granite very user-friendly and convenient. Their communications regarding what they needed on their end were concise and to the point.The staff was patient,approachable, and in no way pushy or did they ever try to over-sell the job.Their installer crew was professional and punctual,and their fieldcraft (fitting and fusing seams) was impeccable.We opted to provide our own sink,for which the technicians made custom cuts in the slab from our (provided) templates,so if you have a special sink that you like,they can make it fit and you’ll get what you want.I liked that approach as I have my own brand of sink that I like.Their way of doing business is a reputable,above-board way that is fair to both sides. You pick your slab and they make measurements based on computer-aided-design programs and then they give you a quote. If you’re happy with that,they take a deposit and cut the stone and keep you informed of the delivery/installation schedule.You don’t make final payment until the job is complete.That keeps your interests aligned with theirs.I like that way of doing business.In fact, I enjoyed my experience so much that I contacted IWS about a job for my neighbor.She was very pleased with her job as well.Bottom Line-A local business that is small enough to actually interact with the owners, but with the heft to deliver a quality job with a good product.These folks would definitely be on my short list of countertop contractors in and around columbia.
