Very good customer service. Was able to get a door sweep or my shower door very easily.

These people are extremely rude and unprofessional. Silas thinks he is better than anyone else and treats you that way. Their installers were arguing and shouting with each other. They were literally throwing tools and breaking them. One guy threw his Milwaukee impact at the back of the box truck and it smashed to pieces. When I called to complain they asked what I did to start it. Seriously? They were arguing with each other. But who says that to a customer? They are awful and I will let as many know as possible. Super rude. Super unprofessional. I will never have them on my jobsite again. Good luck when you treat people that way.

Had someone break into our house that is going on the market in a few days. Called to see if Koonse Glass could help in anyway. Receptionist was very short, not giving straight answers to my questions, and just kept telling me to put plywood up. Never said when they had openings for someone to come out and look. Offered zero help. Very disappointed and frustrated as it was recommended we call here. Would not recommend others if this is how youre treated on the phone.

Theses guys are good at the glass. If your planning on building a custom tile shower, Your going to need a glass door. Let them help you with that part. They have a variety of options

Called the office on a Friday, to see if they would provide a quote to install a mail slot in a glass door for me. The person I spoke to explained that the commercial department was not available that day and he would take a message and they would call me on Monday. Received a call on the following Wednesday, not Monday, from Silas Koonse telling me they had a work order to install a mail slot. I explained to him that I have already contacted another vendor, because no one returned my call, to advise they were going to be going to the site to make an assessment. Then he has the nerve to tell me that I should have explained that to them and to never call them back, and he hangs up the phone. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! If someone would have called me back, like I was told, I could have told them I already had a better company that is doing the work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I am the Property Manager at Campus View apartments and we needed our office windows tinted so our workers didnt get blinded anymore. The guys came out and they did an amazing job! We love the look!

I had a stuck window break while trying to get it open, and Koonse was able to get out to take a look at it the same day. We called another company for a bid and they never got back to us. Koonse has been professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Highly Recommended!

Ive ordered glass from single pcs of picture frame glass to customer shower enclosures. Regardless of the size of the order, service has been the same great service.

Contacted them about getting a replacement glass top for a patio table. Service was friendly and prompt. Upon delivery I wasnt 100% satisfied but they went to the next level to make it right. Glad I chose someone local instead of online.

Horrible customer service called to ask a question about my bill and was yelled at by their billing specialist and then transferred to the owner Tom and let me just say he is burned out with owning his business overly rude not helpful and just hung up the phone! My family and I have been using koonse forever but will never again so sad to see a good local company treat their customers like that!

Very good people to work with. You might find some other place a little cheaper. But you cant get quality for the price any better.

In the past they have fixed screens for me. There time frame is a bit long. I called today because I had an emergency and needed my front window fixed, they were unconcerned and couldnt do anything for me, charging me 150.00 to put a temporary board up while it took a month to get cheap glass cut for the window. It just seems they could be more helpful with emergencies and be able to schedule them in.

Took in our busted window for them to measure to get replacement insulated glass for. Was told $98 for the window and it would be done within few days, fine. Show up to pick up the new window after receiving a call that it was ready, but no its was actually $118, pretty unexpected but whatever. When the know-it-all salesman went to go get my glass, he brought out a single pane of glass, which I told him wasnt mine. He proceeded to argue with me about that not being my pane until he finally went back to the back to get what I actually ordered. Lastly, they wanted to charge me $45 to install my insulated glass in the window frame. It literally took less than 5 minutes with a screwdriver to replace the glass myself. What a joke. I wont ever recommend them or buy from Koonse again.

Had a screen repaired nice job well done little pricey but youre about the only one around that does it name your price.

Ive used Koonse many times both for installation (shower stall and mirror) and for just cut glass for old window pane replacements. They treat me well and are always friendly and helpful. I wish I got this kind of treatment everywhere that I do business.

Great Service. I brought them 5 window sashes with broken panes. They had them reglazed the same day so I didnt have to go a night with open windows. I would definitely recommend this company.

I have had Koonse Glass do a number of jobs for projects, and I am glad to have them in COMO. My jobs are usually non-standard stuff, and they always know what I want done, and they deliver. I will use them again and again.

Called after the scheduled time that was supposed to show up hopefully after they reschedule theyll show up at the schedule time next time.
