We have bought all our furniture here since we moved to Tennessee. The customer service is the best. We’ve had Ebonni as our salesperson and she is the most helpful person ever. She goes above and beyond for you. The owner of the store has been so helpful getting us exactly what we have needed at a great price. We enjoy doing business with this place and plan to use them again anytime we need something new.

After buying through Farmers Home Furniture and Badcock Furniture, I can confidently say this is bay far head and shoulders above its local competitors! We went to Furniture Innovations looking for a sofa to fit our large family. We had been to other stores and just didn’t find anything that met what we were looking for, but THEN we found the perfect sofa at Furniture Innovations. There was a miscommunication regarding an extra piece for the sectional that we thought was included, so we thought we were going to have to leave the perfect couch behind, but the owner gave us an additional discount on the extra piece to help us fit the whole thing into our budget. He also pushed our delivery up, and the sofa was delivered that same day! The service was great, the inventory gave us lots to choose from, and the quality of the furniture is solid. Highly recommend!

Great service until you pay. They will tell you 4-6 weeks delivery tops, I paid for my furniture 6 months ago and still have not received it. Everyone keeps saying it will be a couple more weeks. I have been super patient but enough is enough! And they don’t give refunds 😡

We moved here from out of state and have visited this store twice so far, once to view furniture and once to purchase... I cannot recommend this business highly enough!! They were always courteous. They delivered our furniture earlier than anticipated. And all for an excellent price on brand name furniture. We will be repeat customers!

Manager said my furniture would be here by last Wednesday another manager called and said it would not be ready until Friday when they finally came they only brought my dresser and 3 boxes said they could not set my bed up because they did not have tools to put it up or headboard basically things were still missing also no box spring or bed was even delivered so I just have 3 random pieces in a box sitting here I was excited about my delivery but this business keeps failing in customer service and satisfaction tried to call but line cuts out or says busy

My experience at Furniture Innovation was outstanding. We went in search for our dream couch at a reasonable price and they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Their customer service is superior. And they have their furniture in stock!! No waiting 2 months for delivery. In fact we went in on a Saturday night around 5:30 and had our bed delivered bu 6:30. You cannot get that kind of service from a chain store. We will be shopping there again.

It has been weeks since I have ordered and they still cant tell me when I will have the furniture promised to me within 3 weeks. The owner just keeps telling me how important he is, how he pays cash for everything and how he can make calls - but wont actually just help me get my furniture. I cant get a straight answer and when he is questioned he just keeps throwing up a contract. Calling these people and trying to get information is such a pain. Next time I will just go straight to Ashley in cool springs, at least they can give you accurate information.

These people were great to do business with. I enjoyed my experience from the time I walked in the door and was greeted by a sales associate, to agreeing on a fair deal with Mr. Ed, and then interacting with the two gentlemen that handled my mattress/bed delivery. I found everyone to be courteous, respectful, and a pleasure to do business with.

If I could give them no stars I would. We bought a dining room table, couch, loveseat, coffee table and side tables from Furniture Innovation. They talked us into buying the warranty and we also paid to have it delivered and set up. They delivered it and then left, we had to set the furniture up ourselves, take it out of boxes, unwrap and assemble. Had we not it would have been a week before they said they could come back and do it. We assembled it and called them to let them know not to bother coming out. Do NOT waste your money on the warranty because they do not honor their word. They will tell you it will cover everything, pet urine, human urine, pets tearing or chewing it up, any rips and tears. We recently moved out of state and noticed a tear in our couch, as well as scratches from our pets. Contacted Furniture Innovation who said they would send the info to the warranty department, 2 months went by so I contacted them again regarding our warranty. They said they could not honor the warranty because it was torn in transit and their warranty doesnt cover that. We dont know if it was torn in transit or not, but regardless, this was never disclosed to us. And I emailed Ed again regarding this issue and he came back with they cant honor the warranty now because we moved out of state. My recommendation is if you want excellent customer service, a real warranty then go to a real furniture store with real professionals that are honest and trustworthy.To your response Ed, I have attached my receipt.... looks like we DID IN FACT pay for DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY! As well as nothing on there stating the warranty doesnt repair furniture damaged in transit if moved.

We worked with Ed and Ebonni on purchasing living room and dining room furniture. These two people where a blessing to my daughter, her roommate, and the rest of us who came along. They answered all of our questions, were patient with our decision making process and gave us a great deal on our purchase. They treated us like we were family. We just moved to a new house and needed some new furniture and went here to get new furniture since mine was 10 yrs old. I got a great deal on a couch, loveseat, media chest, and night stand. I have not received the sofa but that is to be expected as it had to be ordered. The financing company I used was a bit of a pain but that was not the stores fault. However, all issues have now been resolved and my new sofa should be here this week.

I was in the store this morning when a employee was fired. I was extremely disheartening and taken aback by the level of disrespect Mr. Edward showed towards the young man.I heard him threaten and try to intimidate him by bringing up that he was a member of a gang. He even went so far to threaten to call the police because the young man wanted to get his possessions before he left. Edward then threaten to call the police for no reason at all. Not to get political but for a black man to call the police on another black man after everything that is going on in the world today is truly sad. I will never come back to this store after what I witnessed today.

Left them still wrapped and boxed, unassembled in my livingroom. They said thats what they do.Just go to Ashley directly. The folks at Furniture Innovation helped us with our need for multiple pieces of furniture for multiple rooms in a new residence. They dont try to sell you furniture that you dont want, and they were very helpful in correcting a couple of manufacturer issues that we had discovered. The delivery team is professional and friendly, as well as, efficient. I would highly recommend this business - they are top-notch in quality and service.

We have been to furniture innovation twice. The owner, Ed, begins as a very inviting, cordial man. However, as you to continue to negotiate with him, he agrees to a deal and then his attitude changes. Twice he has become short and curt with my family after he has agreed with the deal...as if he didn’t want to do the deal and is blaming the customer because he made a deal he didn’t really want to do. The first time this happened, I followed through with the offer thinking that maybe he was just having a bad day. We had decided at that time we wouldn’t go back. Being a person who believes in grace and considering he might have just been having a bad day the first time, we tried the store again about a year later which was recently, May 2020. We had negotiated a deal and were waiting in our car for the salesman to come and get the cash (the store was closing up) and I decided to walk the cash to the door. Again, the owner, Ed, became very short with my husband and I. I said, “it sounds like you would prefer not to do this.” He said, “not really.” He was short and curt. I proceeded to inquire about why he agrees to deals and then behaves as if he is upset with the customer. He said, “I am not upset, I just need to lock up the store and set the alarm and get out of here.” I proceeded to inquire why he was treating us like this when he accepted the deal. We were getting ready to hand them $2,700 in cash for a couch and a desk. He said, “I can sell that couch for $2,500 tomorrow.” His attitude was very prideful and we felt meaningless as his customer. I was flabbergasted. At this point we left. I told him how disappointed I was in how he was treating us. I have waited to give a review so I could pray about it and not react in anger and hurt. It has been 2-3 weeks. I am disheartened at how we have been treated twice...especially when the owners make it known that they have Christian values and are so giving. We all have bad days and I am not the judge and jury. However, two times without any type of evaluation of how you have treated a customer is a pattern. A piece of me thought maybe someone would reach out to apologize for treating us this way. Nothing...We left without the couch and do not plan on returning. I am well more disappointed (and, honestly shocked) in the owner’s treatment of us then not getting the furniture. I want to support small, local business, but I would not recommend going to this store if you are a negotiator and also want to be respected and valued as a person. All of the pictures of the owner giving to the community and do-good work posted on Facebook is great, but if you cannot treat your customer one-on-one with respect and dignity, there is an issue. Character is the most important bc it is who you are when no one is watching. I pray this ends with us and hearts are softened.

Me and my husband came in and bought furniture About 2 or 3 weeks ago I was told it would be 2 to 4 weeks before I receive my purchase. So four weeks had passed I was told multiple dates and basically was being lied to every time I called to check in on my furniture. Ed the owner is very rude/arrogant and disrespectful he talked in a very condescending tone and he doesnt care about his customers please do not buy from this place you have been warned.The only positive experience we had was working with Jay The young man who helped us pick out our furniture he is just a sweetheart .

I was referred to thus place buy an assisted living facility because they delivered the same day. I went to visit the store and liked the collection they have there. They told me that a conjunction of 12 different suppliers and have a very wide website as well. Tim, the salesperson that interacted with me, has Tim long hair and Indian features (just mentioning this, as he said there are other 2 Tims there). I talked to him he gave me a lot of attention, Ive summarized the situation we are trying to address in a little longer term and he was all there for me. This morning I called him told him there was change of plans and that we were going to go visit today to make some decisions, he made himself available and was waiting for us when we arrived. He was very helpful as we got to the store, he was very nice talking to the manager, to the owner and getting us discounts. We are very happy at this point with them, with the options and with the kind of customer oriented business they are. Because it was late in the day they were not able to deliver the,same day, but they promised tomorrow and they were also going to assemble the bed setting. Looking forward to having it delivered and confirm my 5-star review. Thank you very much!

Buyer Beware!!! These guys are crooks. They show you one thing, you agree and buy and they deliver something entirely different. They refuse to return product and call me a liar saying that’s what I ordered and that they have a no return policy. Bait and switch. I have purchased several pieces of furniture from here and spent hundreds of dollars. The last item I purchased was a couch, the sales associate sold me the warranty and told me it covers any type of accidents including any type of pet accidents (he did not specify that it was only dogs and cats). About a year later my pet had an accident on the couch, I cleaned it up and contacted them regarding the warranty. They then sent me an email saying that the warranty is not valid if I tried to clean the urine up! Basically Im supposed to just leave urine on the couch with my pets and children. They also told me that the type of pet made a difference, when the sales associate said ANY pet. They then offered me a discount on a new couch! Sounds like a scheme to just get people to pay for a warranty and not follow through. No one in their right mind isnt going to clean up a urine mess on their couch. I will never be shopping here again and regret sending people here for furniture.The sales associate should never had said it covers ALL pet accidents if that is not true. Just tried to push the extra sale. Id rather spend my money else where, even if it is more expensive, than being lied to and brushed off.

Initially I had rated my experience as a 5 star experience. I also recommended my parents check out Furniture Innovations as they were in the market as well. They bought a very nice leather living room set and specifically wanted a rocking recliner for infant grandkids. The original recliner would not close properly, and after contacting the store they sent a replacement which is a stationary recliner, not useless but try rocking an infant in one. My dad went round and round with them for weeks and never received what he for. We will not do further business here.

I was helping a friend try and purchase a couch and coffee table. They failed to provide the couch we original picked out and purchased.
