We had a great experience at Play It Again Sports in Columbia! We needed baseball equipment for our son. We looked at several of the bats and we were able to use the hitting cage to try them out until we found just the right one. Then we found a used glove for him in great shape but somewhat broke in making it easier to use, a batting tee that will last him his lifetime due to being very well built and adjustable from child to adult in height. They had everything we needed plus lots more in both new and used. I would highly recommend going here for all of your sports and exercise needs!

Great store for sports and exercise equipment. Seems like baseball takes up the most of any activity there. The store is currently for sale for new owners. They have a decent selection of frisbee golf discs. They also have free weights, treadmills, and other exercise machines.

Employees were very friendly. One that helped us was very knowledgeable and nice! The store had a lot of new and used equipment. Store was very well organized and easy to find what you are looking for.Parking lot could use repair.

I absolutely love that this place still exists. I was a poor kid, whose parents couldnt afford all of the equipment that was required to play sports growing up. I never would have been able to if not for the excellent selection of used products, and great prices, that play it again offers. I needed to buy some plates for weightlifting, so to save a few bucks I thought I would try them out. Some of their used plates were a little bit on the beat up side, but that doesnt really bother me. They also sell new weights for anybody who requires a more aesthetically pleasing setup. If you are trying to find sporting equipment on the cheap, I would definitely check here first.

Found a disc that was reported lost and had contact information written on it in the used bin. Mentioned it to the cashier and provided proof of contacting owner. He said they could charge their cost— fair. He then went on a rant the whole time I was checking out, raised his voice, and criticized me for even asking about it. I tried to drop it multiple times to no avail. Terrible customer service experience.

Play It Again is a responsible and friendly local business. They helped me to order pre-owned dumbbells and put me on a call back list in case items I wanted came in. They were professional and polite, and I will buy my future dbs from them too. I strongly recommend just giving them a call if youre in the market for any gym equipment--the employees are very knowledgeable.

Great place to go for sporting equipment, generous return policy. Friendly staff, if they dont have an answer they find it for you. Prices are decently made. Not a whole lot of exercise equipment here, however what they did have was in great condition and resonably.priced as well.All in all if youre needing sporting clothes, shoes, equipment, ect. And do not want to pay full retail price, this is the place to go.

Was advised to come here to buy golf clubs. They have an awesome selection of used clubs and the staff is really helpful. Anything from beginner friendly equipment to top of the line stuff. One of the workers chopped some of the price off since I bought a whole set. Whatever your game is, they have it. Will definitely shop here for future needs!

I wish the had one in the town I live in. Or I should open one. The prices on the used gloves were through the roof. I can buy the same gloves online all day for 70 80 dollars less.. 15 year old A2000s and Gold glove series for 109$ lol. I repair gloves for a living. But the batting cage are really nice. And the young lady that helped me out was very knowledgeable.

This is a great place to take your gently used sports equipment. Very helpful employee. Its at the end of business loop just before you get to The Terrace for Independent living.

Huge and varied selection, and when I had a problem, they were really nice and went above and beyond to make it right. Free delivery, and unlike Amazon, will even carry heavy equipment up stairs for you and put it in place. Highly recommend.

Not a good variety of items and what they do have in most used items are very poor condition. It is a long drive but the one in St.Peters is far superior to this location. The workers are very helpful and kind though which is where the stars come from at all!

Not even a hello. Definitely self-serve. I was looking at used treadmills for 10 minutes or so. I was one of 3 customers. My presence was never acknowledged though I was seen. Someone needs trained to say, Hi or I will be with you in a moment or How can I help you? One star because they have lots of stuff. Now there is just one customer. Think I should go back in? Naa! There is always Craigslist.

3 Stars because of how nice the customer service is, but honestly all they care about is baseball at this location.Which is a shame because they have one of the biggest and cleanest stores I have seen. If you have needs for lacrosse or hockey take the drive to Kirkwood even though its so far to get your gear they actually had a big selection.
