Called and explained the issues with my Magnum MS2812 they called me back the next day like they said and got me in the next day with an appointment, met Robert at 9 am sharp he asked me a few questions to refresh our conversation took inverter to bench and found a couple issues and asked me if other things I noticed on the monitor because of some extra things he noticed and gave me a verbal estimate and said once the secretary got in she would would have a better estimate and his estimate was a little over but close enough. I said just go ahead and fix it as it has to be on the Newmar Essex for everything to operate correctly as time is also money on both sides. Robert, Mike and Barb are outstanding. We had an older inverter that quit inverting. They listened to our issue and said it sounded like it could be fixed. We handed them our inverter and in just a few hours it was working again. A transformer was bad and, as it was an older unit, the part is no longer available. Not to worry though. We were not the first with this issue. They had already made a replacement of their own that works. They are efficient and very reasonably priced. Thank you PCS!

I had a problem with my Magnum 2812 inverter/ charger. Called them up got me in that afternoon I was there maybe an hour and a half...fixed and done.It was minor problem with a ribbon cable. Replaced it and the 2 cooling fans.. inverter works perfectly now.Robert really knows his stuff and Barb too very honest and friendly folks.. I could not be happier. If you have any electrical issues in a Class A motorhome this is the place to go.

I had a 30-year old Lestronic 48V battery charger that suddenly quit working. Unit was off a 30-ft. electric boom lift. These guys were super accommodating. They diagnosed the problem and repaired the unit correctly. Theyre honest and the turn-around time is excellent. The cost to repair, including shipping, was a fraction of what a new unit would have cost. I was able to finish my project on time. Highly recommend these folks.
