Sure, disgruntled employees can happen. Having been employed at Manor for 9 years, I’m a little more than that. All in all, I’m grateful to no longer be associated with a company who seldom completes jobs (even if owners make full payments upfront), don’t stand behind any type of warranty work, avoids/blocks calls if workmanship is in question, and so forth. I truly hope Manor can develop into a more ethical company. Currently I would highly suggest homeowners to always get second opinions, never make payments until work is fully completed and ensure warranty paperwork is signed. I sincerely wish Manor can grow into the honest, reputable company they’re capable of becoming. Also, your BBB award was over 5 years ago and is a paid subscription to get an A+ rating. Thanks

Pretty sad that your previous employer of 9yrs wont pay you your final check and you have to take him to small claims. If you do business with them please ask for a lien wavier to ensure they are paying for material and labor.

I can’t thank Manor Roofing and JAY enough for what they have done for me. I currently reside in Columbia and several years ago they had replaced my roof due to hail damage and I had a great experience with them.I needed a roof replaced on another house out of town. I had called and looked at several roofing companies, the reviews weren’t the best. So I decided to call Manor Roofing, I told the receptionist what the issue was and she told me they normally don’t do residential homes out of town just commercial. I totally understood . I then told her I have used Manor Roofing in the past, she told me she would see what she could do. She went above and beyond and the same day they agreed to do the roof. I was so happy I didn’t have to worry because I knew they would take care of .I spoke with Jay and he said they would go look at the roof and take care of everything. Needless to say my insurance company was a nightmare to work with and Jay was very positive, uplifting and emailed me every time My insurance was giving him the run around about something.I have to say Jay got everything taken care of with the insurance company and my roof is finally finished after at least 3 months later. I have to say I was at my wits end with the insurance people but Jay didn’t give up. I just need to throw this out there. Joe Sowash at Manor Roofing has been fighting for us with our insurance company for 2 and a half months. Everything the insurance company is requesting he has been right on it. He had even gotten the insurance company to cover alot of things they initially refused to cover, which saved us money. He personally came out to visit with my wife and I to go over the type of shingles and siding we would like on our house. (They have an immense amount of possible options for both) They have been great to work with, their team is exceptionally professional and they will get your projects done quickly.Thank you Mr Sowash for being so great to me and my family.

We had severe damage to our home and an out building last April due to a strong hail storm. Nick and the team at Manor Roofing & Restoration provided us with extremely professional and high quality work. The entire process was easy and painless. We had siding replaced, an entire roof replaced, all gutters, multiple screens and a full screened-in second story deck. They took all of the hassle out of the claim process and worked well with our insurance company. We didnt have to worry about anything! Would highly recommend this company.

Not sure who was driving the company truck and pulling the company enclosed trailer down i-70 Friday 6/5/2020 about 6pm. But they need to take the driving test over again. They were driving over 80 mph and changing lanes back in forth and cutting people off, almost causing several wrecks. I would think that this behavior should be reprimanded!

What a great company to deal with! I had storm damage to my roof that was causing some interior damage as well. Jay was my initial contact person and from the first moment that I met him he just immediately did what he could to ease my worries! He helped assure me that everything was going to be ok and that I was in good hands... and I was!! I had an additional leak that happened due to all the excess rain we had before they could get to my roof and James came over and retarped my roof and took pictures and measurements for the insurance!!! I gotta say that when you go with Manor Roofing your not just getting a new roof (or whatever service you need) your getting peace of mind!!!

Jacob at Manor was great to work with. Was recommended by my real estate agent whos worked with Jacob numbers of times. So you know you have someone with experience and expertise to do a great job. Jacob/Manor handled all the details with my insurance company/others so I didnt have to. I just had to confirm things. Quality was great, job was done on time, and Jacob even handled subcontractors who replaced my garage door and gutters. Total quality professional in Jacob and Manor Roofing.
