Don’t stop here if you think you’ll be in and out in less than 5 hours. They only have 1 technician. Had a brake valve that needed replaced. Arrived Sunday evening around 8pm. The lady in service “Kimberly” was extremely nice and went above and beyond to look for the part. Drove herself to another facility Monday morning at 8:15am to get the valve and was back by 8:45am. The technician on the other hand was 2 hours late to work. Didn’t arrive to work until 10 am and didn’t get started on it until 10:45am. It’s now 12:15pm and the valve is finally off the truck. They work at a snails pace here and don’t give a hoot about getting the job done in a reasonable amount of time. If it wasn’t a must to get this changed I would of kept going after reading the reviews here. Lesson learned about this TA that’s for sure. I do want to commend the girl Kimberly on being so polite and professional and a big thank you to the technician for not giving up even though it took him 5 hours to change 2 brake valves which is why I am giving 2 stars instead of none… $640 for 2 brake valves is ridiculous but it is what it is and why I only use TA if there’s no other option.

I come in to park for the night, have dinner and shower. I mind my own business, but I am sick and tired of being solicited and begged for money. Won’t be coming back for a while, this is a dirty place. Inside the TA the staff is accommodating and friendly the showers are are clean.

Nice little ta, not a lot of parking but the staff inside went above and beyond. They were breaking down the food bar and I asked if I could still get some. The cook stopped what he was doing and made me a large plate of some really good sausage ribs and pork chops. The food was Awsome, the service was Awsome will definitely stop in here again

Probably the best Taco Bell at this location. They did it quickly and professionally. Ingredients good quality and evenly distributed on my Tacos and Mexican pizza. Highly recommend this one.

Need anything done, stay away from here! Mechanics are not certified, lazy and dont want to work! Lady in the front only concern is taking cigarette breaks first chance she gets! Black run shop where no one cares whether anything gets done or not. Mad at the customers because they gotta work on a holiday, smdh! Be the first to complain when another race takes their job because they are lazy! No worries, Ill continue to take my work to the White man! At least I know itll get done right and in a timely fashion! By the way Im a Black man! 🤔🤔🤔

TA truck stop horrible the mechanics have to get their own tire gauge because ta dont supply them for their mechanics🙄🙄🙄🙄 if you need to buy one they dont have the proper one for commercial trucks🙄🙄🙄 there used tires 200 plus dollars a piece you might as well buy a brand new tire better have your own spare tire cause THE TA used tires are extremely high!!! Im glad I had a spare tire. Dont like going to the TA only if I have to I deal with other places

Its always a pleasure to visit rest stop. Very clean, as well as, the restrooms. Friendly staff. Alot of options for food choices in one place. Very conveniently located. You can see from Interstate-20. Parking May seem confusing at times, but well worth it! Stop by if you live receiving great customer service!

Need service or any work done.....dont come here. Go somewhere else. Mechanics slow as hell and just standing around. In for a dot inspection. Guy just checked lights and trailer tries. Then walked away and been talking to his buddys for a hour and half now

This place has laundry machines and even an exercise place for truckers. Bathrooms are large and clean. Just a little bit of everything.

Got to do something about people knocking on driver door. After more than 14 hrs on duty what we deserve is peace inside our trucks!!!! Great place to buy diesel and have a shower. Dont expect much is a TA in east coast.

Need to start practicing social distancing. When I first came in employees standing around in a circle. When I ordered my food manager had to get it for me. The employees once again all gathered at the entrance door. So once I placed my order with the manager he immediately washed his hands which I truly appreciated. Once the employees saw him about to fix my food the came from the door to help him but they have already been in huddles. Then you going to stand over my food and attempt to fix it. I think not. The Manager was the only one practicing social distancing. This is the time to be socializing when you have customers around. Please be attentive of this when visiting this establishment.

The lady work on freight liner service point Malena not sure name in day time she is not good.. watch carefully your truck repair bill . She was cheating in total bill on the name of discount.. be careful

I highly recommend this place to have your truck worked on. Ms. Melanie at the service desk found the parts I needed and had them delivered. And she was very nice and professional, but also spoke her mind, had me laughing so hard I was almost crying. And Donald the mechanic fixed my truck and had me back on the road in no time. I really appreciate their effort they went above and beyond to help me out. If I ever need anything else for my truck and im in the area this is the first place Ill go to.

I was told ill be in in a hour after they fixed a glad hand..then i was told im after a mudflap. Now im after a guy whi called in with a ETA.. Thanks so much for for your hospitality, I have my truck in the shop getting batteries replaced and starter. The mechanic are so uncomfortable working due to the heat. There are no shop fans or any circulation of cool air for the shop workers. Please correct this for their sake, Thanks so much in advance.

If you have to make a brief stop and I mean gas, quick snack and stretch your legs not expectimg interaction then I recommend this location. Not really a friendly place. Im from the area, and there never really seems to be a consistent customer service effort. Sort of professional staff everyone knows what not to do but not so much what their job entails and going the extra mile for repeated business simply could not be encouraged by this companys location.

Im a company driver and cant always choose a service department but Ill avoid this one and the day shift woman (I wont mention her name) who thinks she knows about trucks. Its about noon and she tells me that she didnt have a day shift tech to diagnose and replace a starter. They can get me in at midnight when a tech will be available. Im concerned that my truck idle will shutoff and then I wont be able to start again to get into the bay. She says as long as there is a little juice in the starter, the tech could get it started. What? A starter has juice? I think shes been drinking juice. I explained the starter is the issue and not the battery. It seems she didnt listen. I check in at midnight and as you can guess, the truck wouldnt start so I couldnt get it into the bay. Night crew are upset with day crew and said the day crew did have a tech AND the night crew cant do the repair in the parking lot for safety reasons. Oh, they couldnt get it to start either so Ill gave to wait for the day crew. Ugh. Day crew comes out in the morning and uses a hammer to get the starter working. Yes, a hammer. I pull into the bay and they run diagnostics and everything passed. Great, except we already know the starter is an issue but Freightliner wont replace under warranty since diagnostics passed. So where will I be stranded when it fails again? Is a hammer the approved repair procedure? To further twist the knife in my back, my company wouldnt approve a new starter due to the passed diagnostics. It only passed because of a hammer. I suppose my company is cool with a con late fee which will likely result when my starter fails. Anyway, if your starter is under warranty, dont let anyone use a hammer before they run diagnostics.Dear TA,Thanks for wasting my time and ensuring Ill get delayed again in the near future.Lastly, I do like the techs; however, your methods messed up my ability to get a new starter under warranty and get me back on the road with a more reliable outcome.

Not the cleanest, but I was there during a particularly busy time. The gas was fairly inexpensive, the restrooms were okay, and the food options were decent (as both Dunkin Donuts and Taco Bell are located inside). Also convenient for truckers with amenities suited for their needs. All in all, its not the worst place to stop.

I had a long wait for service but it was the middle of the night and I am sure they were doing the best they could Mr Houston the mechanic was the only guy in and he is awesome Mr Bernie bless his heart I hope I am half as good as him when I am half his age he is a good soul over all my experience was awesome yes the place is set up backwards from the fuel island but it is a good place and please spend the 5$ for the massage chair it is so worth it

This location only has 3 fuel island, not much parking, and most of them are occupied by local trucks. The only reason for the 2 Star rating is the inside is nice, with a dunking donut and a taco bell, also have a fitness room and a drivers lounge

UNACCEPTABLE 530 AM. A woman was in the restroom at the sink brushing her teeth. I continued to a stall to handle my business and to my surprise i hear a man come in and start conversing with the woman. The woman explains to him that there is another female in here we will have to go. They start arguing. Seriously it is 530am i just rolled out of a bunk in a truck and want to go to a safe bathroom. They finally leave i come out to the service desk and after standing there for 15 min she turned to me and says i will help you down here. I then ask about the security guard that was supposed to be on duty. I was told. Oh she is right here. Yes she was, leaned up on some merchandise playing on her phone. So I ask what the HELL? All i wanted was a safe place to pee not cause a PTSD EPISODE. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. So please remember the next time you go to the store and they dont have what you need. All i wanted to do was go pee and get back in my truck to get your stuff to the store for you. Instead the security guard thought it better to play on her phone and not take care of the riftraft carrying on in the safe place.

Poorest example of the TA chain in the whole lower 48 states. Workers standing around watching one person work. Waited almost thirty minutes for roller dogs, settled on a salad instead.

This spot is conveniently located off i-20...Easy on/off exit access....Its a truck stop, so be prepared prices are going to be more...So no thinking youre going into their taco bell, and getting the box for $5....😬😂NOPE!!! $6.30

On we the best that Ive seen so far in the country!Plenty of parking, Truck repair,car wash on the outside if the property,&on the inside they have, Barber shop,movie theatre,drivers lounge, laundry facilities,Iron Skillet restaurant,fitness room, convenient store,clean showers&restrooms&much more!!

Very clean, friendly works, it had a Taco Bell and Duncan Donuts as well. But the parking lot was just a little small for customers to park. But over all its a good stopping point.

Parking for big trucks is tight. Didnt go inside but heard they got some good breakfast food with Dunkin donuts inside.

This place has really made a comeback. It was an old run-down, nearly dilapidated place for a long time. Now that they have renovated, brought in a Taco Bell and a Dunkin Donuts, the truck stop, while still old, is way more modern and up-to-date. They keep some of the best prices on fuel too.

Good staff, good food and selections, reasonable fuel prices and centrally located. I definitely recommend them.

Stop in for a quick pit stop get some coffee at fuel. The only problem is the scale and entrance is not the same direction is leaving the fuel Island so you need to scale first then head out to do a U-turn to come back to the fuel Island

Ordered my a shower upon arrival through my phone app, go inside premises, wait about 10 minutes, nothing pops on shower screen. Ask the lady for help at front fuel desk and she came at me yelling she doesnt have showers available at all and to speak to a store manager called store manager several times no answer..ended up going to petro 10 miles down. (Avoid this TA, barely has any parking..Petro 10 miles away is much bigger, newer and cleaner).

Killer hot bar. Taco Bell and Dunkin Donuts arent 24/7. Nice and clean. Nice drivers lounge.

I am a truck that lives across the of this truck stop.I have been parking here for a long time now,so on this morning the security guard Larry came to me and questions me about parking on the side of the store.which the general manager of the store gives me permission to park there.he the Ill talk to David and whatever he says Ill let you know then I said fine cool Ill the following day.which I am left to believe that my vehicle is safe but it wasnt Larry behind my back and tell assistance manager to call and my vehicle towed and lie about our conversation.I call that a lieing coward.

Shop not all that great. Used once got in & out on a friday. So I went back & Benny told me itll be about 2 hrs cause of a road call. I had to wait til shift change which was 7 hrs just to get a hub valve fixed on the traileron that to 20 minutes to fix. Store is ok wouldnt recommend the shop. Pet is a little better 12 miles down on I77.

Showers clean. Bathrooms need attention. 2 fast food restaurants. Decent I guess.

Clean and still friendly. Hadnt been here in 15 yrs. Was disappointed to see Berkeys gone. That was the only reason I stopped. Used to stop and eat there every week. Sad to see another old school place gone.

As far as truck stops go, this one is pretty basic. Its has just enough to get you to pull off the road but unless you are a huge fan of donuts and tacos, this so not going to work.

Went in for a cup of coffee this morning, they had one flavor in the store and it was so weak I could barely tell if it was coffee at all.( you gotta do more than just go re-use the same grounds by just pushing the button people. Hard to find the entrance and very unforgiving if you miss it. Its on an access road from the north side of the interstate.Just like every other TA, staff was friendly, place was clean.We stopped for the Taco Bell that is on the side of the building and got good food from there.

For a truck stop its okay have some common sense and you will be fine, as far as the shop is concerned they did my oil change in a timely manner with good quality work. My only complaint is the fact the technician was sloppy on the filter removal letting the contents of the old filter hit the ground unchecked.
