It’s now the 26th of May 2021 at 3:00pm and I just walked out of the Harbison location. The cashier was unbelievably rude, eye rolling and everything. I tried to point something out to her that I wanted and she said “I know, I can read”. All I was trying to do was make it easier for her. Unbelievable, if you don’t like your job then find something else. Smh

Customer service has dropped at this location. It was way better when it was Hess.

This is a God awful gas station. It’s advertised at a Dunkin’ Donuts but really they just have a jar of coffee with a dunkin label on it. Would not recommend.

Bought small bag of chips and a chocolate bar and cashier charged my car $43 dollars after she told me it was $4 something. Hopefully I’m able to get my money back. Very disappointed of the service.

Showed my idea and clerk refused to sell without scanning my ID SHE ASKED ME IF I WANTED TO ASK A MANAGER AND THEN NEVER WENT TO GO GET ONE AS I STOOD THERE. I left because I do not have to shop at this location ever.

Kevin has the best customer service around, best gas station in town. Atleast in the morning time

The website stated it was 24 hours, I just left there at 11:25 pm On Harbison Boulevard and it is closed! The clerk was also rude and nasty!

Rewards machine didnt work and employees didnt know how to give fuel discounts from the cash register!!!!
