Customer service was not good. it was like they hate attending people

I went to pay for my electricity and everything was fine until a lady called Taty was yelling at all the customers like we were dogs. I think this lady has to learn to appreciate and respect her clients because thanks to us she has money to eat. I better go somewhere else where they know how to treat one.
